We decided to get away for a few days from the heat in the Sierra foothills. The house fit all our needs. We brought our dog and even he loved it! The neighborhood was very pleasant and during our daily walks to the beach we found those we passed by to be very friendly. All and all it turned out to be the perfect retreat. We will return often.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is an upper level home with a view of the ocean.The master room bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.

We love Dillon Beach and have stayed at a variety of homes; it’s a casual beach town and we aren’t picky…wouldn’t stay here again. We stayed over thanksgiving and were planning to watch some football, fox sports, nothing premium- even though this showed cable and basic tv there wasn’t any, no help from host or property management. Place could also use a good cleaning: dust on footrests, mold on shower curtain and fan was gross. Luckily the beach is always beautiful. Pick somewhere else in DB there are lots of options.

This property is a nice comfortable cottage. Nice view from inside and out. We love the succulents and orchids. And the owner had decorated with pumpkin theme for October. Very cute. However, the stairs are steep and can be slippery when wet. The driveway is also very steep and small. Overall, good place for a few days rest!

Great stay at Dillon Beach! Perfect for us, and our pet. Cozy house. Great bedding. Responsive host when questions asked. Houses close together, but it only adds to the charm of the town.

Great location

We decided to go to the beach for a mini getaway and enjoyed our time at Dillon Beach. Liked the short walk to the beach. House really has everything you need and was very clean. King bed a way to soft for our taste but everything else was great.

We look forward to our time weeks before our stay at this beach cottage and we are never disappointed! We have been coming here for years and it has become a delightful tradition.

My family and I visit Dillon beach yearly. My kids enjoyed the stay bc of all the board games and coloring pen/pencils/coloring books. The house is located walking distance to the beach. The house is on the smaller side however has all the essentials. I would definitely recommend this place and will probably rent this house again.

Beautiful quaint home close to beach and store view of ocean from deck. It was a very quiet location beach is at the entrance of Tomales bay and the Pacific Ocean. Incredible sundowns off of bluffs.

Cute and comfortable! Amazing front garden! Beautiful artwork inside. The most comfy beds for a lovely night’s sleep. The highlight is the balcony with the amazing view of the magnificent ocean!

The neighbor is quiet for being a block away from the beach. You can walk or drive to the beach. It’s a perfect location if you just want to relax.

An excellent place for our family to pit stop when we weren't at Dillon Beach

I travel a lot and love to stay in little cottages. This place is exactly what I expected and wanted in a cottage. Cozy, comfy, a short walk to the beach, a nice view, and a place to call home while on vacation. Highly recommend and will be back.

I was disappointed by the house space and clutter. It appeared relatively clean but didn’t have any dish towels and other usual supplies. Blankets were thrown in a closet with other misc stuf from Christmas . The dvd player didn’t work and the bbq was on the fritz. . It was fine but I was very disappointed upon arrival

Very comfortable home with a good partial view of the Ocean. Everything we needed for a relaxing New Years Getaway was provided.

Mostly nice place to stay. Very cozy and a tad cluttered for my liking. Could use some updating. Missed having a dishwasher. Location is great in terms of beach access. Bed was very comfortable.

The cottage had a nice view and was a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable.

Felt like home. Clean and cozy. Very impressed with the quality of the kitchen pans and knives. (we bring our own knives, didn't need to use them!) Only thing, and is common, cabinets were full, and we only had counter space to put our food and spices. Would love rentals to leave at least one cabinet, shelf or separate cart for our stuff so we can have the counter free. (perhaps don't need so many glasses?) Love the short walk to beach and store. We needed one more day - always - do one more day...

The house was good overall, easy check in with a simple door code emailed to me, everything was where you’d expect it to be in the kitchen. The beds were clean, and it’s very comfortable and kid friendly, nothing feels irreplaceable. Its very cluttered in the house with to many knick knacks for my liking so it felt disorganized due to that, but that’s just my personal opinion. My husband was disappointed in the size of the TV so if you like tv it’s not really great for that. I also would have like instructions on how to use the tv, there’s 3 remotes it’s a bit confusing. The shower curtain liner needed to be replaced it had mold on it and I almost called the owners about it, definitely my number 1 complaint. We definitely could have used a few more towels. No garbage disposal or dishwasher. I also didn’t realize when booking that there’s no washer and dryer which was a total bummer when being so close to the beach and having kids!! The deck is nice to watch the sunrise and sunset and the bbq was great and super easy to use. Overall we were comfortable but there’s a few improvements that would make it better and encourage a second visit!

We have stayed at this cottage multiple times, and. have enjoyed the beauty of Dillon Beach as well as the comfort and location of this cottage. We have made many wonderful memories here and our vacations here are always a highlight of our year .

My husband, daughter and I stayed Labor Day weekend at this beautiful beach house. It is equipped with everything you need and more. Very clean and the beds are super comfy. The parking space in the driveway accommodated our compact SUV and it was a short walk to Dillon Beach. I would definitely recommend this home and rent it again in the future.

Beach coastal town quiet peaceful charming, a perfect place to get away from it all -

Carpet was stained and dirty. No screens on bedroom windows. Window was left open on arrival no screen. Really bad parking. Driveway is very sloped.

The kids loved how close we were to the beach. Weather was amazing. Loved the place.

Very cute 2 bedroom. Most everything you would need. Limited parking. For the price and overall stay I would recommend this place.
