Beautiful location! Great beach view! Spacious and cozy place.

This condo has such a homey feeling that makes us feel so comfortable each time we visit (this was our 3rd stay at this unit). Convenient to eateries and great walks on the beach. And what a view!

Best views, the owner is amazing and delivered an air mattress, and the building is safe and very secured!

Love the San Diego area, the location is more laid back on Coronado Island.

We feel so lucky to find such an amazing and affordable place on the beach. The owner was outstanding. Housekeeper responded within minutes. Super easy check in and out. Place has absolutely everything you need. Kind of like staying at a friend’s condo. Going to book our next vacation here as soon as we get home. Thank you so much for an awesome vacation!

The condo was a perfect fit for our family spring break! We just stepped right onto the beach from the property! Having a secure parking garage and locked entrances to the property helped with feeling of safety in what is already a very nice neighborhood!

The condo was well stocked with everything you need for a family vacation. Beach toys, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen and puzzles and games. We really enjoyed our stay in this family friendly neighborhood.

Very enjoyable and comfortable place. Furniture is comfortable, Wi-Fi is good, plenty of dishes, plates, etc., very user friendly. View is amazing from the condo, as soon as you walk in - you see the beach/ocean. Exterior windows are a bit tired due to the sea air. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

We truly could not have loved this stay more! The condo was great for us and our 2 young kids. The direct access to the beach was amazing! The bedrooms are spacious, the living area is a great open concept. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. It is such a perfect family place. Close to a great playground, delicious cafes and breweries, has plenty of beach toys, and even had a pack n play and high chair! We hope to be back for another stay someday!

The condo has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We traveled in January and therefore did not utilize the beach; however, we did enjoy the beautiful sunsets right outside the complex.

We stayed here for 10 nights with our almost 3 year old, and it was such a great spot. The pictures really don't do this place justice, and we realized it's because it's been renovated and has new furniture than what is shown. The ocean view is breathtaking and the beach is lovely and quiet. You literally step out of the condo and onto the beach. It wasn't really beach weather in Dec/Jan, but we still enjoyed playing in the sand with all the included sand toys, and going for nice walks. There are several great restaurants close by, and a few great breweries. There are lots of great board games, books and even kids books at the condo for enjoyment- we played several games after our little guy went to bed and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook with. This place was quite spacious for just the three of us, and could easily accommodate a larger family or two groups of friends. While this was in the South end of San Diego, we had quick highway access to everything we wanted to enjoy- the Zoo, the aquarium, Mission Beach, Coronado Island, Shopping etc. Overall a fantastic place- if we ever come back to San Diego we would stay here again!

We enjoyed our Monday through Friday stay in Imperial Beach. The beach access was great. The location to shops and restaurants is very convenient. We made the short drive to San Diego bay and Coronado multiple times. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

This is our second stay at this unit. Not the fanciest out there, but feels like home. Furniture is comfy and the view is great.

Coming back home to visit and staying in the hidden gem of I.B. is what we do. This condo had everything we needed for our families much needed break. Look forward to coming back for sure.

We had our family of 6 here for about a week long stay. The place is not overly huge (a little deceiving with the use of lots of floor to ceiling mirrors), but it provided enough room for our family to not be cramped, even with extra comfortable beds to spare. The place has been updated quite a bit from the pictures in the listing. For the most part the updated decor is great (minus the naked lady painting in the living room that we had to take down during our stay). The place is really well stocked with everything from beach towels to boogie boards. If you need anything for the beach, this place probably has it for you. And on the topic of beaches, the view from the window and private deck is so nice! I could stare out over that view for so long. While Imperial Beach may not be the most perfect beach, it's very decent. The whole area (complex and neighborhood) feels a little "beach grunge" but it's about what you'd expect for the price. The complex has a pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, picnic tables, and an outdoor shower (for coming in from the beach). The overall location is good. There are decent restaurants and grocery stores a short distance away and access to the I-5 is pretty good from this location. Most major San Diego attractions are only about a 30 minute drive from this place. All in all I would recommend this place. Sure, it wasn't the cleanest or nicest, but decent enough for sure. If you have a family or group of about a half dozen people and want a good beach access on a budget, this is really hard to beat. Lastly, a shout out to the host who was awesome with communication by text, despite VRBO's messaging system having some maintenance issues.

We love staying here. We have been back year after year to enjoy the beach, just steps away. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided and there are plenty of beds for a large group. The location is amazing with restaurants, shops, and the beach at your doorstep.

We have been staying at Imperial Beach Club for about 8 years now and have had the opportunity to stay in this condo multiple times. If you are looking for the state of the art, modern, sleek place to stay, then 312 is not for you, but if you want to walk in, take a deep breath and feel like you are home then this is the perfect place. The owner has stocked the condo, so you really don't need to bring anything but yourself. The property has onsite gated garage parking with a 7'3" clearance so even our passenger van could fit, and they have added some recent cameras in the garage for added security. The one note that I would make - AND THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CONDO ITSELF - is that because of the Tijuana River plume outflow the beach waters from Imperial Beach, Silver Strand and Coronado Beach often have contamination and no contact warnings. Because of new testing there seem to be more advisories than usual and for the two weeks that we were there (May 28 - June 11) Imperial Beach stayed on red status. You can still go in the water, but they will make you aware of the contamination and it is a swim at your own risk situation. My recommendation would be to do your research on the water situation so that you know your risk before you wind up at the beach with a car full of kids ready for beach fun. sdbeachinfo is a good site to view beach status. Overall, we love Imperial Beach, we love condo 312 and we look forward to returning as soon as we can.

Alexa’s condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a good view of the beach. The neighborhood was nice and it was convenient to every place we needed to go. Alexa was very responsive to all of our questions. The only downside is that Imperial Beach is being affected by a leaking sewage treatment plant in Mexico and we couldn’t swim there. That is out of Alexa’s control. We just drove north when we wanted to go jump in the waves. I would definitely stay there again.

This property was just what our family needed for a relaxing getaway from the Arizona heat! A few minor issues at check in but they were promptly addressed, and graciously compensated for, by the owners. As others have mentioned, the interior decor was unremarkable, but very functional. And I’m not there to look at the sofa. I’m there to sit on the sofa and look at the view of the ocean. :) And what a view! Just stunning! I can’t stress enough how gorgeous the view is from this unit. The patio, while a modest size, was a great spot to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset. The kitchen was well set up. There were a few minor items missing that I could’ve used but there are plenty of stores nearby to grab any necessities you might want. The fridge was great and the dual oven range was a very nice bonus! The bedrooms were spacious and super comfortable. Bathrooms as well. Only issue we had there was that I couldn’t get the spigot to budge in the bathroom with the tub. It almost seemed like it was locked in place. So it was impossible to divert the water through the spout so that we could switch from shower to bath function for the kids. My husband couldn’t get it to move either so we all just took showers. Not a huge deal but would have made Bath-time easier. The beds were very comfortable! I slept on the king in the room with the single twin and it may have been some of the best sleep I’ve ever had, next to places I’ve stayed that had the heavenly bed. It was that comfortable to me! I can’t speak to the comfort of the other beds, b/c after day one I wasn’t moving from that one, but no one had any complaints. Also regarding space, there were only 4 of us but we could’ve easily fit the grandparents as well without even needing to use the sofa bed. The tv was a tad tricky but we had our iPads so we could mirror movies for the kids or just use our own cellular data to stream direct tv when needed (husband wanted to occasionally watch NBA games). It didn’t impact me but if television is a must, it could potentially be an area of frustration for you because of the limited channels, and the fact that the Wi-Fi connection has some hiccups. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this unit and would 💯 % recommend it! It is a great value and a fabulous location; right on the beach and next to many great restaurants, a park for the kids and quick walk to the pier. You really can’t go wrong booking this unit!!

This was a wonderful place to stay to see San Diego. We loved being right along the beach with an amazing view. The condo was clean and well packed with towels and sand toys. My only complaint would be the art work above the fireplace. We have children and teenage boys and the artwork of the naked woman was a little too much. I just ended up taking it down during our stay. But overall, we would stay here again!

Great location right on the beach. Plenty of restaurants and breweries in the area. Took full advantage of the assortment of board games available in the condo which allowed for the continuation of family fun after returning from the attractions available in San Diego. Great value as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly what we needed while in California visiting our son. It is very well stocked for all your kitchen and bedding needs as well as games and movies. The view is incredible. We watched the sunset daily. The condo is located close to restaurants allowing us to walk to grab pizza, and dinner several nights. We also used the grill in the courtyard. We never made it to the pool but walked on the beach and collected shells. I will definitely save this one for any future stays.
