Ce condo de luxe en bord de mer fait partie d'un complexe privé et fermé avec un garage souterrain sécurisé et 2 places de parking et ASCENSEUR! Le Beach Club est situé sur la plage, aucune rue animée ou promenade ne vous sépare de la plage. Il a sa propre douche chauffée pour se rincer de la plage, une piscine chauffée, un jacuzzi avec de nombreuses chaises longues. Espace barbecue avec plusieurs barbecues à gaz et tables pour profiter de prises fraîches ou de steak dans la grande cour du jardin. Cette cour de style Resort est une bouée de sauvetage pour vos vacances! Bien que le temps soit excellent à San Diego si un jour / après-midi devient frais / venteux, vous serez reconnaissant d'avoir choisi notre propriété !!!

Ce condo est une unité au deuxième étage qui vous offre une belle vue directe sur l'océan, le parc, la jetée et les pittoresques îles Coronado. Peut accueillir jusqu'à six adultes + 2 à 4 enfants. Deux chambres à coucher deux salles de bain complètes avec douche et baignoire. Le maître a un lit king, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen et des lits jumeaux, la chambre avant a un canapé en "L" et un lit d'air queen de haute qualité (préféré par les anciens clients plutôt que par un lit pliant!).Vous vous détendrez au son apaisant des vagues de l'océan Pacifique et de l'air frais de l'océan. Cuisine / salon à aire ouverte avec vue sur la plage et l'océan Pacifique! Balcon privé modeste avec vue sur l'océan.

We stayed here with our kids ages 17,17,15 and 9 for 5 nights and when we are back to SD we won’t look anywhere else.
Regardless it was under construction outside, we had the best time.
We travel for work with our business and staying in rentals about 7-8 months out of the year.
This place is upscale, super clean, amazing location and super comfortable!
Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions because the owners will do their absolute best to make sure you feel good while you stay at their property!

We were two families that stayed for a baseball tournament. The location was close to everything; All fields we played on, Sea World, The Zoo, most important; Ocean Beach. The house was equipped with everything needed to accommodate two families. Hosts were EXTRA generous! We plan to come back next Summer, with or without baseball!

We had the most wonderful time. Our make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. From toothpaste to cooking utensils to beach chairs, and toys. Everything was there for us. The property was clean and beautiful and even better than the pictures. We definitely will be back

The property was perfect for us. Very Nice Pool and Condo. Each Bedroom had its own bathroom which was awesome! Loved the easy beach access and Coronado was very close and easy to get to.

My friend Natalia and I were unfortunately unable to stay at this exact property but loved the alternative location we were offered. Very nice and clean plus quiet. Great location near the airport. I would highly recommend.

Although our original listing was unavailable, we were given a very superior alternative which was very clean, modern, and with everything we could hope for. I highly recommend choosing Nataliya and Harold as hosts. The townhouse was spotless and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. It was also an end unit with beautiful views of a wildlife sanctuary just outside the door with walking trails that went on for miles. A very enjoyable vacation!

condo was clean and comfortable. owner was very responsive. The beach views were beautiful. It was what was advertised and helped make our visit great. It was disappointing that the ocean water quality is bad in this area. That is not the fault of the owner or a problem with the condo itself. We enjoyed great restaurants in the area. Area seemed safe on our walks, but we also appreciated the secure building the condo is in.

Property as advertised. Great views, great sunsets, complex has amenities. Nice location. Only disappointment-- the larger bedroom had no closet and neither bedroom had a bureau. The hosts were attentive and regularly checked in.

The condo was great for what we needed. Although we traveled to go to a concert Saturday night, that canceled at the last minute. We still enjoyed ourtime at the condo. It's located right on the beach, and close to attractions. Thanks for a wonderful spot to vacation!!!!

Very nice condo. The owners were very supportive and responsive and were in constant communication with us which was great. Our disappointments had to do with imperial beach itself. It’s definitely gone down hill since pre-covid days. The raw sewage in the ocean was a major bummer too.

Communication from Harold and Nataliya was fantastic and they even met us when we arrived to make sure ever was perfect. Unit is very clean and has everything we needed. Close to everything so we could walk everywhere.

This is our 3rd year staying at this condo. The owners are willing to help with any problem, they dropped everything and came over to fix a problem at 9pm at night. It is newly renovated and very clean.

20 minutes to San Diego main attractions. Nice park/ neighborhood close to food, stores and restaurants. Owners are very accessible and attentive. Overall we were very satisfied with the accomidations

We loved staying at this property! Nataliya was in communication with us as soon as we checked in. The view of the ocean from the unit was our favorite part of this trip! The unit is well stocked with items, such as kitchen items, toiletries, laundry soap, beach accessories (towels, beach chairs). We will be back to stay here again soon!

Wonderful views. We enjoyed our stay here. We felt safe. We loved being near the pier being able to walk out of the complex and walk along the beach. The host was helpful and friendly.

Our family rented the condo when visiting with our son in the Navy. The condo was awesome and perfect for us. It is very clean and well maintained. It is very convenient to everything. Having a full kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. Harold and Natalyia were great and kept in touch with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely be renting from Harold and Natalyia again.

It would be good to have the garage opener also in the lock box to make it easier for checking in and out. Lots of extra trips to get the garage opener which other guests staying in other units did not have to do. Thanks so much for the unit and beautiful views!!!

Had a great time despite the weather. Condo was very nice and well equipped. Was a nice perk having everything you needed in the bathrooms! Did not need to pack all of the necessities. Beautiful view right on the ocean! Condo was chilly but the extra heaters and blankets helped out alot. Owners were responsive to our needs.
