Condo spacieux et bien entretenu avec vue sur l'océan! Ce charmant condo a des planchers de bois franc partout, sauf la salle de bain qui a amélioré le plancher de carreaux de céramique de 12 ". La salle familiale dispose d'une télévision à écran plasma de 42 "avec lecteur DVD / magnétoscope et de portes vitrées françaises menant à une grande terrasse couverte, donnant sur l'océan! La chambre dispose d'un dressing et d'une autre télévision (écran plat). Bien que vous souhaitiez peut-être vous promener et profiter des nombreux restaurants du centre-ville de Folly, si vous décidez de cuisiner, le condo est équipé d'une cuisine complète et d'un grill extérieur électrique.

This is really a great property. Love the front covered porch and location. Pam answered my questions quickly and was so easy to work with. Everything you need is available. My only suggestion might be for a queen/king instead of a full size.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and in Folly Beach. The property was perfect for two of us. We spent most of our time on the balcony. Great spot for people watching plus you can see and hear the ocean. Our favorite restaurant was steps away as was the best convenience store. We look forward to coming back.

The condo is situated just across the street from the beach which gives you the perfect view of the ocean from the porch - this was our favorite spot and we spent many hours in the afternoons just taking it all in. It’s one block from Center St. where everything happens in Folly Beach - extremely walkable and love that there’s a private parking space allowing you to avoid spotty parking. A stocked kitchen has everything you need to make a meal! We will be back!

This was our first stay on Folly Beach. We loved the location of the condo. It’s within walking distance to town and many of the shops and restaurants. The beach is literally across the street and you have great views from the back porch. The condo had everything we needed and was just perfect for my husband and I. We can not wait to go back!

The perfect place to enjoy all that both Folly Beach and Charleston have to offer. (Easy drive into Charleston.) Loved sitting on the porch watching and listening to the ocean. We had a great time staying at this property. We have made numerous visits to Folly and always have a fine time, but prices are really going up and it's getting harder to find a place we can afford. This was a wonderful VRBO in all ways. Our host had everything we needed. The location was a perfect spot for walking to town, to restaurants and with the beach right across the street it couldn't be better. We stayed only two days as we were there to attend a party at The Tides and wish we had a few days more. Thank you Pam for sharing your wonderful slice of paradise with us. Hope to be back some day.
