Cette grande maison au bord du lac dispose de 6 chambres, dont 2 suites parentales avec vue sur le lac. Cette maison peut accueillir 18 personnes confortablement. Amenez toute la famille ou plusieurs familles pour une escapade parfaite sur le lac.
Vue sur le lac de chaque pièce avec des fenêtres surdimensionnées. 180 pieds de front de mer avec un énorme quai en forme de U. Porche avant couvert avec des chaises à bascule surdimensionnées pour se détendre, et aussi un grand patio avec des sièges confortables en plein air, un foyer et un grill. Grand espace gazonné, quai privé avec cale de bateau et zone de baignade de l'autre côté de la rue. Sentiers de randonnée directement derrière la maison (mois d'hiver, ce sont les sentiers d'État de motoneige)
Cette maison est également idéale pour une escapade de ski en famille - à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de Gunstock Ski Mountain et à seulement 30 à 45 minutes en voiture des stations de ski du Nord.
Les propriétaires ont un petit appartement au-dessus du garage indépendant sur la propriété (séparé de la maison). Souvent pendant les mois d'été, ils sont là le week-end pour accueillir les invités à leur arrivée.

The house is perfect set up with two living rooms and 5 bathrooms! So close to the boat rentals and has nice yard and fire pit area! We loved our stay here the set up is awesome and we would love to return!! Our only complaint was the listing says 2 are bunk beds and the way it is laid out it seems like there would be 6 beds total in that room if two of them were bunk and there are 4! Could have just been the way we all read it but wanted to give anyone a heads up if they were confused as well !! Overall 10/10 recommend!

My family and I had the most amazing trip, and the house was spectacular. The adults and children has plenty of space and there were so many things to do - lots of games, paddle board and kayaks, fire pit, you name it! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Wonderful location and exceeded our expectations for our NH trip!

we had a wonderful time at this property. Its great because there are several different places you can "get away" from everyone to give you the feel you are not with a crowd or if you are looking for some quiet time.
I love that you don't have to bring sheets and towels. everything is very well kept. would love to go back.

We had 10 adults stay at the house for bike week. The house was excellent and very accommodating to all parties. The owner was very accessible for anything we needed. The fire pit and stack of wood they provided was the hit of our nights during our stay. I would definitely rent this house again.

The property manager and Vrbo's representative were great. They listened and responded quickly to questions, etc.
We had 14 guys, all over 60 and fraternity brothers. We are a pretty easy going group who just wanted to play cards, cook and drink a few. The layout with the fire pit and fire place worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with decent pans and dishes. Overall, we had a pleasant and positive experience. Dawn was excellent.

We particularly liked the front porch, sprawling lawn and fire pit.
The waterfront was comfortable. We enjoyed swimming out to the raft and sunning ourselves there.

Awesome Trip!
The home is beautiful and has everything that you could need. We took full advantage of the incredible fireplace in the main living room. Firewood is nicely provided by the host. Very convenient location into town. We loved our stay.

However, some things were disappointing. Both jacuzzis did not work- one had no hot water and the other had hot water but jets do not work. Dryer makes a LOUD noise. Handles in several showers and baths missing or broken. One oven inoperable. Smalll oven for 13 people? PlayStation advertised but there is not one. Closest in one of small bed rooms smells of dead rodent.Unfortunately I do not believe we would rent this house again.

Amazing stay and beautiful home
The house is perfect for a family getaway or get together with friends. The views are like nothing else and make the stay that much better. The house is very comfortable for a large group and offers plenty of space. The house is clean and updated. The host was very accommodating and their communication was excellent. I would highly recommend booking this home and hope to stay there again in the future.

Great for family vacation
Great spot for our annual family gathering. We had 6 adults and 8 kids ( from 19 to 7). Good size yard for cornhole or whiffle ball. Plenty of room for water toys at the dock. During our stay we had a windy (white caps on the lake) night and when we woke the next day, the swim platform had broken free and float into a neighboring dock. Called owner and the float platform was reattached the next day. Great response! Would have no issue with renting again.
