Property, pool and location were great for our needs.Unit we stayed in was clean and quiet Beach in front of resort was excellent. Beach area roped off for privacy. Location close to numerous restaurants. Great unit. Had everything we needed. Very reasonable price for all we had. Only negative comment would be that

This was a wonderful condo, right on the beach and with all the amenities. Our group of friends was very comfortable here for 6 nights. Ideal location, great pool and beach access, plenty of shops, restaurants and Uber drivers close by. Easy to pop into PV or go up the coast to San Pancho or Sayulita. We shopped and cooked a lot, but also availed ourselves of taco stands on the “upper east side” and great restaurants.
As others have said, not for those who have mobility issues due to need to use stairs for one flight. Things we suggest would be: an oven and sharp knives, could have used more bath and hand towels (though laundry is possible across the street), directions for toaster oven, a newer dishwasher as this one left food on dishes regularly,

Location is amazing! But the people in charge were difficult. I was not getting responses from the owner or help from the office. We waited outside for over an hour and arrived at 340pm ish. The pool was great but a couple times in it we were being watched like hawks like we not allowed to be in it im one of the quietest so it wasn’t because loud it was like they hated us younger people. Bucerias is great but maybe stay at one of the other many locations! There are plenty with amazing views

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean, spacious and the bed comfy. We bought groceries to use the barbecue, but unfortunately it was not working. We improvised and managed to cook everything using the cook top in the condo (there is no oven). As it was just the two of us, we hand washed our dishes and didn't use the dishwasher, so I can't comment on that. We had a full jug of water on the water cooler machine when we arrived, which was great! We also had a welcome dish of fruit in the fridge including pineapple, grapes, apples, oranges and banana, which was such a lovely surprise! Didn't need the air-conditioning, as the breeze is lovely when you leave the sliding door open and use the ceiling fan. We had great stay. Thank you

We stayed 9 nights Nov 2023. A spacious 2bd/2Ba 4th floor/corner-end suite. Master was street-side, some noisy nights with music. 2nd bed on resort/beach/alley side - Some nights waves were very loud. (I'm a very light sleeper) Earplugs helped.
Beds very comfy with firm mattresses, which we both like. Some pillows fluffier than others. Lots of closet space with plenty of drawers and hangers. WIFI worked great in the condo - but not so good even sitting on the balcony and not at all in the pool/beach area. But that's okay. Read our books instead.
Good supply of dishes and utensils. Full sized dishwasher but no oven other than a small toaster oven. Induction range worked well (no ventilation fan)
Good sized fridge and pantry with a few condiments that assuming prior guests might have left. (salt, pepper, dry herbs, vinegar, etc.) We also left our unused oil.
The tiny elevator only stops on the 3rd or 5th floor. So for anyone with mobility issues this 4th flr unit would not be suitable as you have to haul your luggage up or down one flight -- same when going to/from the unit.
While we were there, they finished renovating the poolside washrooms which was nice. The first few days we had to walk thru to use the ones in "Karen's Restaurant". They didn't seem to mind. Although they are not directly associated with the complex, you can get them to bring you drinks snacks.
Cute town - friendly and safe. Walk around and explore. Enjoy!!

Look no further, this is where you want to stay in Bucerias! Location is perfect - within walking distance to all good restaurants, right on the beach, centrally located. Amenities are perfect - complimentary loungers at the beach in private roped-off area, great pool for all ages, very good restaurant on site. Parking is on the street but we didn’t have any issues. The condo is perfect - front-facing to the beach/sunset, extremely comfortable beds and linens, AC throughout, well-decorated and well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space for luggage, tons of beach toys and sufficient towels. It felt like a calm sanctuary to come home to each day. Highly recommend Cafe Bucerias just one block from the condo - excellent breakfast!!

What an adventure, our flight was canceled we arrived late. Once we arrived to our room we loved how clean and white it was. The beach atmosphere lit up the white walls. Karens place is a must, there are grocery stores walking distance and a pharmacy just a few steps away. We ended up renting some motos to cruise around. My girlfriend did run over my leg so that was a bit painful but other than that it was an experience to remember and keep forever.
Side note- Don’t eat oysters from the vendors on the beach!
And stock up on groceries from local markets/ meat markets so you can enjoy some home cooked meals.
Pretty nice overall. Man I wish I owned a spot there.

We spent a month at Casa Glea in August. It’s a very nice complex and unit. Great location beach front with lots of great restaurants near by. The space is large and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very clean and well managed. We would stay there again. The only caveat is if you have difficulty with stairs read the other reviews. But didn’t bother us at all.

We definitely went at the wrong time of the year (July)
It was way too hot! The ocean was like bath water and the pool was warm too. To make matters worse, a group of around 30 people came in the middle of the week and took over the place. They worked out by the pool starting at 8:00 am. Coach had a whistle and blew it often. They did it again at noon and in the evening, a regular Boot Camp! When they weren’t working out they stayed in the pool or took over the beach chairs.
Staff said that they come every year. That would have been good to know!
The condo was very nice and if it wasn’t for the weird elevator arrangement (no 4th floor exit, you had to either go to 5th and walk down or to the 3rd and walk up) we would stay again
Oh and did I mention that it was HOT? 😂

This condo was just what we were hoping for - great location in Bucerias, on the beach, clean, spacious, and well equipped. Communication with both the owner, and the property manager, was excellent.
This was our first time to Bucerias and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We hope to return! And, we'd stay in this rental again quite happily!

The condo was very nice, with a very beautiful view of the ocean. The only issue I had was the elevator didn't go to the 4th floor , which is the floor we stayed on....so we would have to take the elevator to the 5th floor and then walk down the stairs to the 4th floor.

Property is well located and the access to the Bay and its breezes is terrific. Please know that the elevator does not go directly to the 4th floor so if you are mobility challenged, you need to walk up or down one floor from the 3rd or 5th. My daughter and I had a great time.

As our travel dates approached, the property manager reached out for our flight information and offered to set up airport transportation. With all of the chaos in the travel industry at the moment, they stayed in touch as we experienced some delays. We arrived late in the evening but staff arrived to show us to our room. The condo was just as described, roomy for two parents and adult children. The condo had all of those things you need before you do your first grocery run - a little bit of coffee, and some sugar. There were some condiments in the pantry and fridge, and the bathroom had shampoos. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We also appreciated the Welcome Booklet that helped us get to know the condo complex as well as the neighborhood. The staff around the condo were friendly and soon recognized us and were helpful. There is a laundromat across the street and many coffee places and restaurants close by. We loved our stay here and look forward to a return!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Glea. Everything from the first communication to the check out at the end was top notch. The condo is perfectly located in what we think is the nicest part of Bucerias. Great galleries, shops and restaurants were an easy walk away. We loved the complex with its pool and reserved beach area. Not that the beach was crowded, you can walk for miles and not be tripping over loungers and vendors.
As for the condo itself, it was simply outstanding. Have you ever stayed in those places where you use a fork to scramble the eggs and then have to wash it in order to be able to eat breakfast as the equipment is so limited? That will never happen at Casa Glea. Everything you could possibly need is provided and they do not skimp! You can cook anything you can imagine and will be very comfortable in the well appointed space. We spent much of our time on the balcony enjoying the view. We even saw an owl on a few occasions!
The property management team is wonderful, kind and responsive. There were some water issues in the building and the team replied quickly and kept us informed. They were happy to answer any of our questions.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay. You will not be disappointed.

We rated the property as excellent, because it exceeded our expectations.
The only drawbacks to our stay, is that the 3 of us are 60+ years old.
The sofas, while comfortable are very low and we had some great laughs as we all struggled to get up from seating that close to the floor.
The main bedroom bed was comfortable enough, however the twin beds are as hard as a table top.
Despite these very minor difficulties, the condo is stunning. It is right on the beach and we enjoyed watching the bird life and soft waves rolling onto the shoreline from the porch every morning with a cup of coffee in hand.
The owner did an excellent job of providing a guideline to restuarants, laundromat across the street, pharmacy also across the street, and important phone numbers we might need in an emergency. Taxi drivers were available right on the corner of the complex.
The entire condo complex is very well maintained. There is a stunning swimming pool and access to a private section of the beach.
Karin's restuarant quickly became our firm favorite and we spent quite a few nights of our stay eating delicious seafood, right there in front of our condo.
The property managers were outstanding. We arrived later than anticipated, but they were there almost immediately to help out navigate the ins and outs of the condo and complex, and so welcoming and friendly.
We highly recommend staying at Casa Glea and would love to come back soon.

This property was everything we were looking for! The unit was just like the pictures. The location was outstanding as it was right on the beach, had a pool, Karen’s restaurant was right on the beach which was great for hungry kids. The condo was also only four blocks from the city central market. It made our vacation very relaxing!

We were on a two week vacation, one week in Puerto Vallarta and one week in Mismaloya. On short notice we decided to shorten our stay in Mismaloya and found this condo was available in Bucerias and we were able to book it with only a weeks notice. Eron was so very helpful and quick about answering my questions. Rafael and Leticia made checking in a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Glea. It had everything we needed for a relaxing a comfortable stay, including a beautiful view and the proximity to the best stretch of beach in Bucerias! We arrived on 33rd Anniversary and wanted to go to Karen's Place to have dinner there and short was to Karen's couldn't be any easier. I do recommend Karen's for dinner, and you should try the Frut de Mar and Trio of Filet Mignon, fish filet and coconut shrimp it is amazing. I also recommend Mikohs for sushi one block up and La Cocina de Jorge for breakfast. We spent a lot of time sitting by the pool and on the beach under the palapas that the condo offers, relaxing anf enjoying our time. Met really nice people that own a condo there and wished we could make it home and stay. We will be back soon and would not hesitate to stay at Casa Glea again.

Great owner, but bad timing
We hadn't been to Bucerias since December 2019 and was familiar with this property from having stopped at Karen's place for food and drinks a couple of times.
First of all great central location on the street, nice beach, nice pool, all clean and well taken care of.
The condo itself is spacious, well equiped with comfortable beds and sofas.
There are some negetives. The bedroom dressers should be thrown away, they are all swollen from the humidity and the melamine is flaking off, they just look really bad in an otherwise nice condo.
There are some BIG negetives that can only be resolved with time. Again we hadn't been in Bucerias since December of 2019 and things have really changed, construction noise is everywhere especially in and around this condo complex. There is a major new building going up behind it and 7 days a week be ready to hear steel grinding from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. along with every other major construction project noise you can imagine. While you sit on your balcony you get to enjoy the sounds of the jackhammer just across the side road. But what really drove us crazy was everyday but Sunday the condo right beside us getting renovated including demolition starting at about 7 a.m. If you wanted to watch TV the volume didnt go loud enough, nor could you sit in the livingroom and have a conversation.
The construction noise on the adjoining unit is probably complete by now, the jackhammer noise across the side road is probably done as well, The massive new building in behind will be continuing for some time.
Obviously all of this is out of Eron's control, however even though the owners (Eron) could not rectify the problem (specifically the construction in the adjoining condo unit), they provided a partial refund for our rental.
I just want to say thank you to Eron for the refund. To others considering renting in this complex maybe wait a few months until the large construction project behind nears completion.

Restful Vaca
It is a beautiful little condo with all the things you need to be in to be in period well stocked.. The community of others living in the condo area retired and mostly from Canada I'm Canada. Grocery stores close by and plenty of restaurants with one right out in front. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. Love the beach it's easy to walk into the water for quite a ways. Saw some whales.

Our stay was amazing...this is our second time on the grounds and knew the pool and area well.....but this suite is fantastic! Had all the items we needed to enjoy our stay. The only items I was glad I brought was my own kettle, and own clock....I hate not knowing the time when in bed and awake in the night! But that is something most folks most likely don't care about. Water in shower was a bit of a crap shoot but it's Mexico and we know it's not uncommon and out of anyone's control. We would go back in a heartbeat. Loved the view, dolphins and whales, coffee and tea every morning....what else can you ask for....Leticia the Property Manager.....we can't say enough....she answered our texts right away and we never worried about a thing....Thanks so much to the owner and Leticia for an amazing stay.
