Nous prenons un soin méticuleux de ce condo et le fournissons comme nous le ferions dans notre propre maison, car nous aimons rester ici parfois nous-mêmes.
Notre unité est un condo de 2 càc entièrement et magnifiquement rénové dans un complexe calme - Planchers Pergo, dessus de comptoir en granit, bleu ciel nouvellement peint, nouveau plancher de salle de bains en carreaux. Il est plein de lumière, paisible et confortable.
Vous pouvez traverser la rue jusqu'à la plage de Carpinteria, l'une des plus belles et des plus propres plages de la côte centrale sud.
Nous avons une piscine chauffée toute l'année dans le complexe, un bel aménagement paysager, un barbecue à gaz et le complexe est méticuleusement entretenu.
Le refuge faunique est à quelques pas et offre une excellente observation des oiseaux. La colonie de phoques est en bas de la plage. Les dauphins et les baleines nagent au large. Carpinteria est une belle ville balnéaire avec de bons restaurants, boutiques, parcs, boutiques d'artistes, magasins d'antiquités et rues bordées de palmiers.
Santa Barbara est à 15 minutes de Rt. 101, avec de nombreuses activités et attractions familiales: magasins; zoo; jardins botaniques; pistes cyclables; sports nautiques, musée d'art, musée d'histoire naturelle. Summerland est une grande ville voisine pour les antiquités et de nombreux vignobles sont à proximité.

I’ve stayed in all of the condo complexes now on Sandyland over the years and this unit and spot is now top of my list. The rental has everything you need and feels like a true home away from home. Love when the pantry has the essentials like oils, salt pepper spices etc. The unit feels well loved and taken care of. Walk everywhere. Pool was heated to perfection. And the beds were ultra comfortable. The host was super responsive and I know we’ll be back. My only tip would be to bring your own beach chairs and boogie boards. While the owner did provide them in the unit, the boards werent usable and the chairs were really well worn.

The place was perfect for your family. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed. It’s a very cute place. The pool was nice to have right outside our door. Having to only walk a block to the beach was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved this property! We’re hoping we’ll have another tournament here next year so we can stay here again. Very cute place. Super close to the beach. Walking distance to food and shops. The kids loved the pool. The host answered my questions very promptly and was very helpful. We had a great vacation!

This two bedroom condo is immaculate and the location is outstanding. There’s a lovely quiet pool right outside the front door and the beach is a one min walk away. You can also walk into town in five minutes and there’s lots of restaurants and little shops. We had a delicious dinner at Dom’s and went into Santa Barbara most days. I only wish I lived here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this nicely-furnished condo. The location was fantastic — just a very short walk to the beach — and has a nice pool. The rental included everything we needed during our stay except dishwasher detergent and shower soap. We would gladly stay here again!

We found the place to be clean, comfortable, well stocked and it had everything we needed for a great family vacation. It was convenient to be right across from the beach and so close to restaurants on Linden. The property manager was very responsive when I asked a question and check in was easy.

This is a great place for a family stay. It's a very spacious unit, very clean, light and airy. Very quiet complex, only a few steps away from the beach, and walking distance to many of the town shops and restaurants. With an off-street parking spot you might never need to move the car.Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would love to stay again!

This was our 2nd time visiting Carpinteria and staying @ this adorable beach apartment...and we'll probably book it again! Great location and so easy to walk to the beach and downtown area. We were here during Thanksgiving and the kitchen had ample supplies to cook a full Turkey Dinner and such comfortable beds to snooze in once the carb comatose set in! This place is great for a small family and has all the comforts you'd find at home!

Great location in Carpenteria just down the road from the pricier Montecito and Santa Barbara. No frills, but has everything and is within 200 yards of the beach. Owners were great to work with and very accomodating to some challenges we had due to the tropical depression...

Perfect Beach Vacay
The beach house is in the cutest area and the beach is not even a block away! The house itself is well taken care of- there wasn't anything lacking for our 3 night stay with our 2 year old. Loved that the place was family friendly- it came with a pack n play, beach towels, umbrella, chairs and sand toys. After a day @ the beach is was great to cool off in the pool which is right downstairs even with a shower for sandy flip flops! Major plus was the very comfortable king bed and so nice they had ceiling fans and floor fans in each room for when it got a little warm- but that evening beach breeze can't be beat! Communication was promt and Check-in/out was easy- never had to stress! We had such an enjoyable stay that we plan to book again!
