Superbe 4 chambres, 3. 5 salle de bain à la maison avec 3400 s. f.Cette maison a une touche toscane / occidentale avec une grande cour arrière pour les réunions de famille avec piscine et bain à remous entouré de palmiers. Barbecue à gaz avec télévision sur le porche arrière. Très grande cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée, équipée de casseroles, poêles, etc. Toutes les chambres sont très spacieuses et possèdent une immense salle de jeux à l’étage dotée d’une télévision intelligente à écran plat HD de 75 pouces, d’un son surround, de la x-box en direct, du Wi et de Netflix. Nouvelle table de billard dans les escaliers. 3 miles au top 10 des attractions Forbes Boardwalk, où le plaisir ne s'arrête jamais, abrite de fabuleux restaurants de bord de mer, des divertissements, des festivals et des spectacles en bord de mer tous les jours et un spectacle de feux d'artifice chaque vendredi soir de l'été. Caractéristiques du lac, loisirs au bord du lac, aires de pique-nique, courts de tennis, lancements de bateaux, quais de pêche, disc-golf, parc de planches à roulettes, location de jet-skis / bateaux, dîners élégants, randonnées pédestres et pistes cyclables nombreux marchés de fruits de mer frais. Fabuleux shopping au centre commercial Baybrook à 15 km. Faites un voyage à Galveston 28 miles. Le centre spatial Nasa est à 8 km. Il y a une plage publique à 3,8 km de la maison et la plage de Sylvan a 2000 pieds linéaires d'accès au rivage avec des bancs et des allées qui se trouve à 13 km. Des animations pour tous. The start was good. The frequency of the owners needing to come was a little extensive but they explain due to the weather. At the end there was a dispute on the freezer dispenser. I was willing to work it out but the owner was a little understandably annoyed. So instead of working it out they charged me 350 for a missing part. That was little steep but hey

The house and property are beautiful. It was clean and well stocked with basic essentials. The pool was lovely.
Only really had one issue with our stay. My husband had to leave on the second day of our stay to go to Corpus Christi for work for a few hours, while he was gone, the property owner showed up in the backyard, without warning and gave us a bit of a scare. I'm not sure if he thought we were all gone or what. He was polite and all, I just wish I had known he was coming. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

This house has it all to keep the good times rolling! With video games, table games, ping pong, pool, and the outside pool/spa it leaves little room for boredom. Our stay was great!

This home could not have been a better fit for our family. We had a group of 8, including two teenagers and everyone truly enjoyed our stay.
Everything was spotless, the kitchen was incredible and well stocked, and the game room was awesome.
The backyard was absolutely gorgeous; we all had a blast in the pool and hot tub and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard! The weather wasn't very cooperative during our stay, so having such a wonderful place to spend time together was such a blessing.
Terri was so welcoming and communication was a breeze, we'll definitely be back!

Had a great stay in this property. Lots of space for everyone and the pool and backyard was lovely. You can really tell they take great care of this home. Kids loved playing with the pool table and ping pong table. Beds were comfortable and house was cool and clean. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the Houston area.

This home was just as it appears in the listing. All of the amenities we needed were available and the owners were accessible when needed. The pool is just right and the location central to everything we wanted to do.

Loved this rental! The home was very clean. Alot of the little things we sometimes forget when traveling, Terri had them. She communicated very well and was accommodating. Very close to the boardwalk and near the interstate. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

House was very clean, well stocked, very functional for a large family. Pool table and ping pong table were enjoyed by many. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were the frosting on the cake! Great home with plenty of room to spread out. We were a group of 8 with 4 teenagers, 16-18yr olds. The teens loved the pool and especially the hot tub at night. plenty of things to do in the area including NASA or finding a mall to go shopping at. would definitely return if in the area again.

The property was gorgeous-- beautifully maintained home and yard. The hosts were also wonderful and coordinated to have the pool heated so we could spend hours enjoying the pool and yard, even on the cooler days! This home had everything that we needed. The kids loved the pool and there were multiple parks nearby. We were also in close proximity to NASA and many restaurants. Galveston was about a 40 minute drive. Would recommend to any family.

What a great place for my son and his grandpa to celebrate their shared birthdays! This house had plenty of room for our group of 7 to spread out and play games together. The kitchen was well equipped and I appreciated having staples like oil, spices and butter available for use. Hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Great house and pool/hot tub. Plenty of room and supplies for our family. The only issue was that we couldn’t close the dryer door to dry our swimsuits in the mornings so we propped the ironing board against it and problem solved! We would definitely rent again!

Everything was exceptional! The home is well stocked with everything you can possibly need, plus more!! The outdoor & pool area is amazing. The inside is absolutely gorgeous…and all the rooms are extremely spacious!! Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood, with other large, beautiful homes. Shopping & dining options are all very close. If we are ever in the Houston area again, we will 100% stay here.

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing less than perfect! The hosts were kind and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We chose this house because it has a beautiful private pool, pool table and ping pong table. It has a media room too.
It was clean and spacious.
My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Very clean, spacious, great pool area, everything had instructions as far as pool and electronics, which made them easier to utilize. Kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed for cooking inside and outside on the gas grill. X box was not working but everything else worked well, really enjoyed our stay!

This house was immaculate and stocked full of anything you could possibly need. Gourmet kitchen made it so easy to prepare our Thanksgiving feast! Although we had rain almost every day of our trip, the special amenities of their beautiful pool table and awesome ping pong table gave us plenty to entertain everyone. Pool and hot tub are extremely clean and the patio was great. The 2nd story was really like having a house on top of a house with so much room for spreading out! The huge flat screen TV upstairs has the perfect game set up for those who enjoy gaming. Mike and Terri were the nicest folks you could ever work with and we will jump at the chance to stay here again!

Pool and spa area were clean, beautiful and very comfortable! Water temperatures were excellent. Features easy to use. Short drive to great restaurants. About 30 min to Houston - the city pass was very nice, loved the zoo!

Beautiful house with backyard oasis, perfect for family time! We loved movie night every night in the upstairs game room! Ping pong was also a hit with everyone! We had a restful vacation with lots to see when we wanted to venture out!
