13 Puma Lane est une maison propre et confortable de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec un excellent emplacement. Il est à seulement 5 minutes à pied du SHARC et est livré avec 8 laissez-passer SHARC illimités avec la location (jusqu'à une valeur de 25 $ / jour par personne).
La chambre principale a un roi de Californie et une salle de bain. En bas a une deuxième chambre avec un lit queen et une chambre d'enfants avec deux ensembles de lits superposés dans le troisième. Le bas de l'un des lits superposés est un grand format parfait pour les adultes. Un canapé-lit gigogne très confortable en bas est également disponible.
La maison est livrée avec deux espaces de vie chacun avec une télévision HD et Blue Ray idéal pour les familles qui souhaitent un espace séparé pour les enfants. La télévision par câble / satellite est disponible avec une connexion Internet Wi-Fi haut débit.
La cuisine bien garnie s'ouvre sur l'un des espaces de vie, ce qui la rend parfaite pour se divertir. L'étage dispose de deux ponts chacun avec des meubles confortables pour se détendre sur ces incroyables après-midi ou soirées Sunriver. Le grand bain à remous est situé sur l'un des ponts où l'on peut faire tremper à la fin de la journée. My husband, Teen boys and my sister and her husband all stayed in this family friendly property. The xtra living space downstairs mad a great game room for the boys while making upstairs an adult space. The village and pickleball at Sage Springs was in walking distance! Highly recommend!

This house is conveniently located near The Village at Sunriver, giving quick access to shops, restaurants and ice skating (we were here in the winter). It's also a quick hop onto the highway to get to the main drag that takes you up to Bachelor, so we appreciated being able to get on the road quickly. We drove to the SHARC only because it was snowy, but if we were here in a warmer month it's an easy walk.
We stayed in the house with friends: two families of four for a total of eight people (four kids). The kids slept in the bunk bed room which had enough space for them to all settle in.
The property was adequately stocked with dishes and pots/pans/silverware. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels for the hot tub/SHARC visits.
The only downside we found was the toilets are older so they didn't flush the best and would easily clog. We also found the washer needed to be monitored because its sensor was off so it kept flushing water to "reset", but all we had to do was stop it and then hit an extra spin cycle. There were other parts of the house that were "well loved" and could use a little upkeep, but all in all the space was clean and met our needs.

This was a lovely rental close to everything in Sunriver. Shannon and Todd were gracious and answered our inquiries promptly. It was a super easy check-in/check-out. The house was cozy and rustic, and we made good use of the hot tub every day! Finally, the experience was topped off by the 6 bikes provided and the passes for the SHARC facilities (family fun aquatic center) just across the road. Thank you for a lovely experience in Sunriver! 😃

We have stayed in Sunriver before. We look for the following and this house met all those requirements-house with a garage for our mountain bikes, more than 1 couch in the living room, easy walk to the Sharq, and a hot tub.
The bedrooms and house were adequate. Nothing fancy- which is fine. The master bath could use some updating (toilet was wobbly and the shower head is very low). My parents slept in the downstairs bedroom and did mention that the noise of the hot tub was very loud at night (it is on the deck about that room).
The best part about this house is the location. It is very close to the aquatic center and just a short walk/ride to the village. Quick to get in and out of when heading up to mountian bike or into town to float the river. Lots of beds and two loving rooms make it a great space for multi generational groups. Lots of towels and the laundry was great. The kitchen had nice pots and pans and plenty of dishes.

We loved our stay at this house. It was perfect for our three teenage daughters. We rode our bikes everywhere and never used our car once. It was clean, the beds were comfy, we enjoyed the board games and watch a couple movies since unfortunately, the smoke was so bad that things were closed during our stay. We also loved the hot tub.! Would definitely recommend this place! It’s not fancy, but it’s nice and just really comfortable, truly like a home away from home.

13 Puma Lane was perfect for our stay with friends and family. The SHARC passes are a huge bonus with kids and the house came with enough bikes for everyone to enjoy multiple sunset rides. The house was clean, with a well stocked kitchen and the AC was a plus for the warm summer days. I must give a shout-out to the owners investing in supremely quality mattresses!!! The king bed upstairs was a dream to sleep on all week and good sleep can make or break a vacation!! We woke up rested and ready to take on all the amazing outdoor activities Sunriver has to offer. Highly recommend this property!

For those with mobility issues, the steps to the main level are a little steep but it was fine for our family. We loved the hot tub, used the bikes every day and appreciated the SHARC passes plus the 4 minute walk there!

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The stairway in the house is very narrow and steep, which may present a problem for some guests. We would have appreciated a few more towels. As much as we would have loved to use the upper front deck, we were unable to as there were no cushions for the chairs. The hide-a-bed, down below had a collapsed corner, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Also, there were not adequate linens. We could only find one flat sheet and one pillowcase. We would stay here again. It was great being so near The Village and Sharc facilities. The Sharc passes were greatly appreciated.

This house is in the perfect location for enjoying Sunriver! We loved being able to walk to the SHARC and Village. Instructions about the house were very easy to follow and we had no issues at all. The weather was very hot during our stay and the AC in the house was fabulous. The floorplan of the house was perfect for our needs. There are bedrooms and bathrooms on each level, as well as a TV room on each level, which was ideal for our multigenerational family during our stay. We enjoyed the selection of various sizes of bikes and appreciated helmets were provided as well. We definitely recommend this house and host!

Wonderful property, close to everything (2 minute walk to SHARC). The house was "as advertised." It has everything you need with the SHARC passes and hot tub and bicycles. We even contacted the owners about a TV issue and they responded within a few minutes. Thank you for sharing your property.

We have been staying in Sunriver for 20+ years during our own childhood and now to be able to bring our kids is such a gift! This property was such an incredible location! The amenities were wondering and helpful to our family! The hot tub was Awesome! The beds were very cozy and we loved the size of the washer and dryer! Overall an unforgettable family experience we will treasure always! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This is the second time staying here for a yearly ski birthday trip. Location is great, Sunriver is always great, and access to bend/mt bachelor is perfect. Hot tub was so appreciated! Rooms very cozy.

We enjoyed our winter stay so much, that we’re hoping to be able to come back in the summer and stay here. There were lots of beds for our family of 5 to choose from. The kitchen was easy to use and the washer was so big we could fit all the towels in one load to prepare for check out. We enjoyed the fire place and just lounging by the TV. The hosts were super nice and easy going.

Well-equipped very nice 3 bedroom home very close to SHARC and less than a mile to the entrance to Sunriver, providing quick access to the Hwy up to Mt. Bachelor. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor; master suite, kitchen, living room on the 2nd floor. Nice hot tub. Worked out great as a base for a 5 day ski trip.

This home was just as it appeared in the photos. It was lean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was great. And when we did have a problem it was dealt with quickly. My only observation is that the lighting was a bit dim but that’s just me.

Great Stay!
We had a wonderful time at 13 Puma Lane! We can’t imagine a better location for our family. It was so close to the shark we walked there each day and enjoyed the passes that came with the house. It was an easy bike ride to the village for our young children. Good selection of bikes, games, and books for our family too!

Great location
This home is in a great location for us, as we love to swim at the SHARC a few times during our stay. It was just across the street. The amazing bike paths in Sun River make this place so much fun. We also paddleboarded down the Deschutes from the Sun River marina. Having access to SHARC and to park our cars at the marina before floating were great perks of this property. The only complaint was the kitchen had quite a few tiny ants on the counter to the left and right of the sink. We were able to get rid of most of them, but it would be great to not have to deal with them during our stay. Two of the medium/large bikes in the garage were great, but the others need a bit of tune up (brakes, pedal rubbing on the frame). It was super nice to have these bikes to ride, even with their issues. The back deck and front deck were both so nice for morning coffee and meals.

Baseball Weekend
This rental was great. Good location to Bend. Fab amenities, the kids LOVED all the bikes on the property. Good location to the SHARC, we weren't able to fully enjoy, as the weather decided to be stupid, however, that wasn't the owners fault.
The kids rode all over Sunriver, loving the bike lanes, access to the shops, and the ice cream.
We will definitely be back so we can take advantage of the Sharc in better weather.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and was a cozy home base for a few days of skiing. Great communication with owner who issued a small refund for a minor maintenance issue. Above and beyond! We would definitely stay again.
