Une fois que vous avez visité Casa de Familia, vous voudrez revenir!
Nouveau sur le marché des locations de vacances! Je viens de faire de la peinture fraîche, de nouveaux carreaux et des améliorations.
Il est situé à Las Conchas, une communauté résidentielle de premier plan avec accès contrôlé (garde 24 heures). Las Conchas a les plus belles plages.
Ils sont propres, calmes, privés, sablonneux, expansifs et sûrs. Vous pouvez toujours marcher sur la plage sans toucher personne!
La maison est deuxième niveau… ..Il est situé à 50 pieds de la plage .. Avec de belles vues!
Juste quelques minutes (5) au centre-ville de Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point).
Ceci est un grand, confortable, spacieux quatre chambres Beach Home.
Casa de Familia a également trois niveaux:
Premier niveau (rue) est le garage et 3/4 d'une salle de bains et une chambre avec un lit king size.
Le deuxième niveau est le salon et la cuisine avec son beau plafond Boveda. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, sauf votre nourriture et vos objets personnels.
Aussi trois chambres, deux avec lits King et une avec deux lits jumeaux. Une salle de bain complète avec baignoire et une salle de bain complète.
Le troisième niveau est le plateau Margaretta avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et des vues panoramiques sur les couchers de soleil.
Casa de Familia est Second Tier, mais à seulement 50 pieds de la plage.
Casa peut accueillir 8 personnes.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, casseroles et casseroles pour tout, une cafetière, un mélangeur, un four à micro-ondes et un grille-pain. Linge de maison pour tous les lits et les serviettes. Les lits sont neufs et très confortables!
C'est une maison sans animal domestique et une maison sans fumée!

This suited my family and I well. Everything went well. Would stay again.

It lacks basic cleaning. Pet hair all over beds, bath towels are atrocious, mop is disgusting, no outside lighting makes it impossible to enjoy evening dinners outdoors, we love this house, unfortunately it does not meet the basic cleanliness standards. No deodorizers to give a pleasant clean smelling ambiance. The fridge has old expired food and the kitchen towels are dingy and discolored!

The property was great and met our needs. Just as described. The place was clean and accommodates a larger group nicely.

Property was great, clean, spacious. Only downsides were the rooms were hot as the AC has a tough time cooling the whole house, more outside furniture, and a real grill would have been the icing on the cake.

The check in was super easy. The road to get to the home is mostly dirt/sand so be prepared to have a dirty car when you leave. The kitchen/living space are spectacular, the house cools down fairly quickly. We had one issue the first night with the AC in the bedrooms not working (all the upper level bedrooms, lower level bedroom split unit AC was working). I spoke with the local home manager, Chino, and messaged the owner and they were very quick to get someone out to fix the AC. The stairs are something to watch out for with little ones. There is no handrail on the stairs in the garage leading into the kitchen. During our stay, there was construction going on a house nearby so the walk to the beach was littered with concrete and construction material. It wasn't horrible, but I had all members of my family where water shoes in the sea to avoid getting hurt. The beach is not crowded at all. There were quite a few vendors that come by to sell various things. We enjoyed the fresh fruits and alcoholic drinks at the beach. If you buy the drinks, be sure to bring a water bottle with additional liquor. the drinks they brought tasted like they didnt have any. The fruits were great, but a bit pricey. We also had a massage on the beach that was amazing and well priced. The out door shower and lower level bathroom were a great convenience since we had young kids with us. Overall, the trip was amazing and the home topped it off. Thanks to all!

Great beach access is the best part of this property! Right across the street and one house over. The beach in this section of Las Conchas is nice and sandy too. The house was great with three bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The fourth bedroom and bathroom are downstairs off of the garage and completely segregated from the rest of the house. Great if you have a loud snorer in the family! The only downside to this house is the A/C. Notes on both units to instruct you not to turn it below 75 but neither one ever got that low. It was so hot at night!

Beautiful home in gorgeous and private Las Conchas. We had a great family vacation with ages 20's through 50's and everyone loved it. The decks are amazing, steps to the beach and only minutes from a market and restaurants/bars. We really enjoyed grilling on the deck with margaritas. We are already planning our next visit.

We loved the location of the property! The house was very large and had all of the amenities that we needed. We were just a short walk to the ocean. Our children loved playing in the water. We will definitely book this house in the future.

They say don’t judge a book by it’s cover and thats what should be said of this property. The outside is pretty rough being that it does have any useable outside area(backyard side yard front yard). We didn’t end up barbecuing there for that reason. The only area to barbecue with charcoal grill is the front driveway. The electric barbecues on main floor deck are very dirty and weathered(rusty). The inside is very beautiful and well maintained. The person in charge is property was awesome and very communicative. She answered very quick which was great. Our stay there was great and would definitely recommend to friends and family!!!! Thank you for everything!!!

This is a terrific home that we would love to return to again & again. The home is so much more beautiful than the pictures convey - it’s modern, clean and gorgeous. I love that every room has a bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped. The beach is a 1 minute (probably less for most people) walk away and the house has ocean views thanks to the vacant lot across the street. We loved it!

No dishwasher satellite dish was broken shower not functioning properly not much water coming through the hurricane Kay took out all the sand from the beach we had to climb down the beach we enjoyed the last two last two days the sea was perfect to swim overall was a good time

Lovely house & great location
House had everything we needed! Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Very clean with all kitchen amenities. Owners are extremely communicative and had zero issues with check-in. House is literally steps from beach. I would definitely recommend this home & we will stay here again.

Great roomy place.
Nice home a minute walk to the beach. Very spacious and comfortable. Manager is responsive and flexible. The home has 2 main AC units and one was not working. Chino came over in less than an hour to take a look and had AC repairman over right away to fix it! This was on the weekend to boot! The other unit kept the house cool so it wasn't even a problem. Great home, great management!

This home was very nice-great location - close to the beach - . The hostess info and directions were on point. It has everything we needed except washer / dryer. Also, we didn’t use the grill - extremely dirty ( I’m assuming from last tenants). But overall property was nice.

The Home was great my family loved it, n a couple of rooms is a rocking chair which was perfect for putting the little ones down for a nap or to bed, easy to find we enjoyed our stay for sure no real issues owner was very responsive

Amazing property!
This place was beautiful, spacious with amazing views. A skip and hop to the beach but felt like you were beach front. The house had everything to fit our needs during our stay and we felt very secure with our surroundings. I would definately choose to stay here again on future trips.

Excellent view
We really enjoyed our stay, the house had way more space than we needed. Beach was extremely close, easy to walk to not crowded at all. The house was close enough to town to enjoy Puerto Penasco, far enough to be peaceful. The house had everything we needed, we definitely over packed! Beds were big and comfortable. House is well kept. We would love to return for a visit!

Cynthia's place was located just steps from the Sea of Cortez ( across the house), tastefully decorated. Very nice beach, few people on the beach even during the busy season.

Great place steps to the beach
We rented this place for my Dad’s 70th birthday.
The house was really great, quite large in fact! There are two large decks that have a great ocean view. House was well stocked and equipped with everything we needed. Having a central A/C was a nice surprise! The place was quite cool inside. House was clean and beds were comfortable. The house was only a few minute drive into Las Conchas. Quick drive to the malecon or Manny’s. Would definitely come back again.
