Let me start by saying that the view is amazing! Photos online dont do it justice. Private, convenient location (10 minutes to everything). Host is super accommodating. Great kitchen to cook a holiday meal.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out process were easy and seamless. I would recommend the property and would stay there again if ever in the area.

We stayed for 5 nights as a base camp for out outdoor adventures and it suited us perfectly. The living area is perfect for winding down after a hike. The moon rise was perfectly framed by the front window in the living room. The beds were very comfortable and the radiant heat in the bathroom floors were absolutely amazing. The hot tub was also a huge plus for helping the recovery process and soothing sore muscles. Hopefully this house will be available for our next Sedona experience.

This rental is beautiful and well appointed! The view of the red rocks is so spectacular! Pictures don’t do it justice! Hot tub was so relaxing for stargazing at night! Would highly recommend!!

This was our second stay at this property. As before, the accommodations were pristine, the views magnificent and the neighborhood just the right mix of comparable homes with lots of privacy. We'll be back!

Everything was perfect. The only thing we weren’t able to use was the hot tub. It appeared to have way too much chlorine in it. My wife or myself could breathe without coughing when trying to use it. That was no deal breaker for us. Everything else was perfect and we would stay there again.

We were privileged to be able to stay at Peter and Susan's amazing property in West Sedona for a week to celebrate our 35th anniversary. What an awesome house: immaculately clean, well stocked and the view from the family room/kitchen was nothing short of breathtaking! Although we didn't get to use the hot tub, we did use the grill to cook several meals (and why not, with that view). :-) House is in the perfect location for trips to Cottonwood, Flagstaff and some excellent trails. Peter and Susan were gracious hosts, answering any questions we had quickly. Thank you for helping to make this one of our best trips ever!

If you're coming to Sedona for the views, this is the place to be. You have an amazing view from the living room and the kitchen. Easy access to the main area of Sedona and popular hikes as well. Beds are super comfortable and extremely quiet at night which helps get a great nights sleep.

Phenomenal view from living room and front porch. Very quiet setting. Well equipped with two fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and large living space. Excellent proximity to all things Sedona.

This property was wonderful! We loved the front porch and enjoyed daily happy hour there, relaxing after a busy day and soaking in the beautiful view. The kitchen was very well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The kitchen and living area appear to have been updated somewhat recently. The hosts were helpful by supplying a list of recommended activities. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the view!

We very much enjoyed this property as our home base while vacationing in Sedona. Clean, comfortable, well stocked and amazing views. Close driving and walking distance to the main drag in West Sedona. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The living room and dining view was amazing! This home is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, so peaceful, despite neighbors close by. You feel like you are in a tree house. Great access to all of Sedona trails etc. and close to Safeway and whole foods. Only negative was windows had smudge marks like they had not been cleaned and yet the view you pay for is out that window. Also the door locked us out and we never received a return call from owners. Luckily after 20 mins we tried it again and it clicked. The home is comfortable.

My family of 5 stayed at this house and we all loved it--especially the hot tub and the heated floors in the bathrooms. Boy, do I miss those floors! Anyway, the location was right in the middle of everything in Sedona, and the view from the living room and kitchen was worth it just by itself. The mattresses in the 2 biggest rooms were SO comfortable! The smallest room, however, does not have the memory foam mattress and my daughter didn't like it at all (I'm guessing that room doesn't get used much). The kitchen was well stocked with all the usual kitchen stuff, and it was roomy. There's a washer/dryer with detergent. Check-in and getting in the door was a breeze. We would definitely come back here!

This was a great property for our family Christmas. Gorgeous expansive views, quiet neighborhood, well situated to supermarkets, trails and uptown. Property owners Peter and Susan were great! Would rent again and recommend to friends.

Property was modern with all amenities. It was very clean and well appointed. Our stay was to include two of our adult children but due to work they were unable to come so it was just the two of us. The master bedroom/bath were very large. There were two other bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed with a full bath in between. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful views from the living room and dining areas especially in the morning. We did not use the grill or the hot tub that were also included on the property. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book this property again.

The house was in a great location and it has amazing views from the kitchen eating area, living room and deck. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable. We loved staying at this home! The views were incredible, it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved watching the sunset on the deck and sitting in the jacuzzi at night. The owner was very helpful and generous. We would definitely visit here again!

This property was clean and very thoughtfully appointed. The views of Capital butte, chimney rock and coffee pot rock can be seen throughout the house and balcony and are spectacular. The property is on a cul-de-sac in West Sedona and has lots of privacy. This is definitely a five star home!

Home was exactly as described. Views out the window are magnificent! Peter the owner even was kind enough to let us know what mountains we were looking at. Big gold star for amenities. Extra toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, new kitchen sponge, and dish towels. I find this not to be the case in a lot of homes I stay in. Nice amenities such as Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Will definitely stay again!

What an amazing view! The beauty simply doesn't come through in the listing photos. And the huge picture windows in the dining/living areas brings that view inside. A truly wonderful way to start your day. Other than the incredible view, the house was clean, well appointed, well maintained, and centrally located to all the great things Sedona has to offer-- the only thing that struck us as odd was the car in the garage. When we found the car, we had a few minutes of questioning our reservation and whether we had arrived on the wrong week, or perhaps that there was someone already in the house. After about 5 minutes, we refocused on that view, opened a beer and quickly forgot about it. We ultimately assumed it belonged to the owner who was simply storing it onsite. Regardless, we didn't use the garage so it wasn't an issue. The hot tub was wonderful, and the owner changed the curfew from 9 to 10 pm, which is plenty of time for a soak and some Sedona star gazing. Peter, the owner, did stop by to check the hot tub and pull the trashcan to the curb, which was a nice surprise. Overall an amazing Sedona experience made better by a beautiful vacation home. We would absolutely recommend this property, and we would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for in our recent trip to Sedona for a family wedding. We also enjoyed great hiking in and around Sedona. This Great location is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with Amazing Mountain Views. The home is very welcoming and well appointed with everything you need to feel at home away from home. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. My husband and I had some of the best nights sleep ever. Maybe from all the activities but also the very comfy bed.
