Cette propriété a été construite par mes grands-parents dans les années 1950. Récemment rénovée, la Sunday House est impeccablement aménagée. Les planchers de bois franc et les meubles merveilleusement chaleureux et accueillants ne font qu'ajouter à son charme et à son attrait. Une belle cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable pourrait vous donner envie de cuisiner quelque chose de délicieux!

what a sweet little home. Just the right size for a long weekend stay. so much more comfy than area motels, which we've also stayed at. I only wish the weather was cooler so we could have enjoyed the cute front porch.We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We have stayed at a lot of houses, and this was one of the best. Really high quality finishes, comfy beds and great shower. Renovation was done very well. There was one really minor issue with an iron, and the owner immediately provided a brand new replacement. Everything was top quality!

This adorable 2-bedroom cottage with a welcoming curbside appearance was just perfect! The warm aesthetics and cozy decor made for a home away from home. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortably decorated, and equipped with all the necessities for a weekend getaway. The owner has wonderful taste in decorating! I highly recommend this property.

Sunday House is one of our favorite places to stay for so many reasons. The home is immaculate, has every convenience, upscale linens and a front porch that beckons a glass of wine, a good book and rest.

The home was clean and just the right size. We did not cook just coffee and tea. ( Bring your own coffee, tea and sugar). There are a good # of pots with Teflon coating. The bath was great it had a good size shower. Keith our manager was very nice.

The house was cute, comfortable and had so much character. It was also convenient to restaurants and shopping. Enchanted Rock was an easy drive. The locals are so friendly, and service in the restaurants was really good.

I was truly impressed with this home. It was very spacious and comfortable for a family. Extremely clean and well stocked. I met the owner and she was very friendly and accommodating.

The Texas Hill Country has many rough and rugged areas. This property smooths out the rough spots and provides a comfortable and peaceful place to relax. This house has a mother's charm that melts away the stresses of life. We, especially enjoyed the sitting area on the front porch with wine and good conversation.

Property appears to be a recent remodel and owners did a good job with the remodel. Older neighborhood with some run down houses as neighbors; however, several homes have been remodeled and appears more are under construction. Overall a pleasant stay. Town of Llano is becoming popular as get-a-way from Austin. "Artsy" look with new businesses coming downtown.

Charming cottage, quiet neighborhood, excellent customer care
Sunday House is a charming little place. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. The neighborhood was very quiet, and those that strolled by were kind enough to say hello. Kristie went out of her way to be sure we were taken care of, which we appreciated very much.

Nicest place I’ve stayed at hands down!
When a friend and I decided late to take a few days during July 4th weekend it was very hard to find something available. This lovely home in Llano was available for 3 days and close to Colorado Bend State Park. Kristie responded immediately to a question I had after making the reservation. The entire home was both lovely and scrupulously clean! Everything we needed to cook was available and the entire house was beautifully decorated. “I could live here it’s so nice!” I Actually checked the tags on the bedding and living room furniture! Wish we had more time to stay here longer and would definitely consider returning again. It was very close to the state park and only 2 hours away from Guadalupe River State Park where we went one afternoon to enjoy the river. Blanco State Park even closer. Don’t hesitate to book this home— just not when I want to return!

We were in town for a family reunion and did not want to stay at the terrible hotels in Llano. This property is immaculate and so charming! It is close to everything in Llano. The beds were comfortable and the house is nicely appointed with everything you need. We will most definitely stay here again when visiting our family.

As always, the best!
I hesitate to continue to sing the praises of homes offered by Phoenix Nest because eventually it will mean they will stay so booked up, I’ll not be able to make a reservation! We’ve stayed at Birmingham house before, but Sunday House is just adorable! Not a crumb, not a speck of dust, just spic and span! Cozy, definitely decorated by talented eye, bed linens comfy, and the kitchen is absolutely the best equipped! A crockpot! Trays, and casseroles, pitchers, whisks and tongs! Beautiful dishes and loads of them! Thank you, Kristi, for another wonderful stay!
