This condo was super convenient to the lifts and to walk into town! It was easy to come back for lunch and go out skiing after. The furnishings were a little worn but comfortable. The rental agency was super helpful when one of our suitcases was lost by the airlines and delivered to their office. We would definitely return to the Cedars!

We found the accomodation beautifully located right in the slopes with a lovely balcony overlooking the slopes. It was equipped with every thing we needed, easy to find and a garage easy to access with internal access to the accomodation - a small flight of stairs. A well equipped kitchen and laundry and extra heating from a gas fireplace. We would highly recommend this rental.

I am a returner to this property. I love it. The location is great. 5mn walk to town, 1mn to the Quicksilver superchair, so convenient! I stayed in this unit 2yrs ago, and I was very pleased to see that they updated the kitchen and partially the bathroom next to it. They were both way overdue. However, the price of the unit is twice what I paid for 2 years ago for the same dates (Thanksgiving week). It's 4 times during Spring Break. I had reached management bc I thought it was an error. I could not believe the price increase. While it's a great unit, to me it is not worth the price anymore. We reserved early and came with additional family, but due to the price, depending on the date when we go back to Breck, we will choose more affordable options (we go there almost yearly). I had stayed in other places and prefer this one but now the price is prohibitive. Others price is still ok.

- Unit needs some attention to detail given the new price (higher standards now!). For ex, the remodel in the downstairs half bath is really half way done. They redid the counter and the floor. However, they left the towel bars, light switch covers, mirror, sideboards, from the 1980s (wood/gold). The upstairs main bedroom bathroom does not have a drain cover (but the second bdr bathroom does). More hangers would help.
OVERALL, recommended but pricy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The slope-side mountain view is unbeatable, the stream in front of the unit is awesome to listen to at night under the mountain stars with a glass of wine. The unit was nicely updated (kitchen was great!) very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for a perfect vacation spot!

We enjoy spending time in Breckenridge every summer. The location of the Cedars townhome was an excellent location to walk to town or hike up the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and the accomodations.

Great location within walking distance of the Beaver Run Rec Center, ski in from Lower Lehman, and ski out to the Quicksilver lift at the base of peaks 9 and 10. The unit is dated but clean and all the appliances and equipment was working. The full size kitchen is fairly well equipped for keeping up with 3 meals a day. Bedrooms are a great size and the beds were comfortable; though the pillows were shot and we wished we'd brought our own. We're foam pillow owners though so maybe we're not the best judge. Overall, enjoyed the stay and plan to return next season.

Ski in/ski out and walk to town. Can't beat the location! Be that said, the unit is in need of a good deep cleaning and updating. Had some issues with the 2nd floor tv and the fireplace which the management company took care of promptly. They were great! For the price of the unit per night it is not unrealistic to expect hi-def cable tv - felt like we were watching tv in the early days of cable. We were lucky to have some good spring skiing so that was a bonus too!

Ski in/ski out and walk to town. Can't beat the location! Be that said, the unit is in need of a good deep cleaning and updating. Had some issues with the 2nd floor tv and the fireplace which the management company took care of promptly. They were great! For the price of the unit per night it is not unrealistic to expect hi-def cable tv - felt like we were watching tv in the early days of cable. We were lucky to have some good spring skiing so that was a bonus too!

Great ski in ski out location ! The beds were very comfortable with nice linens . The bathroom on the kitchen level was great ! Kitchen was adequately stocked. Large windows in the family room for a full view of the ski run/chairlift and mountains! Nice size balcony off the Mayer bedroom with tables and chairs to enjoy the sun and views! The 1 car garage was perfect and allowed direct entrance into unit. This property is a great value though a little warn. . 2 block walk to Main Street , shopping and restaurants galore. A few small complaints but in no way dealbreakers. The windows and screens and doors (lock) need attention , especially with the heat it is necessary to open windows for sleeping.( Floor fans are provided) master bedroom needs curtains that will block the nighttime ski run grooming machine and the morning sunlight. A definite thumbs up !

This condo was perfectly located for coming and going to the slopes and ski school at multiple times. The unit is large and we had plenty of room for all. Only needed additional flatware, six place settings is not enough. Could use a new sofa/sleeper mattress. everything else was great.

The unit was as presented, and the location can't be beat for a winter trip since it is slope side. The finishings are somewhat dated, but this did not affect our stay. The cook top does need some work as two for the four burners did not work. Otherwise, furnishings, amenities, etc were fabulous.

All in all our stay was pleasant. Management was easy to work with and accessing the unit was pretty simple. The location to the base of Peak 9 and ski school can't be beat. The unit itself could use some MAJOR updates (outdated finishes, old furniture and carpet, & shoddy patch jobs). The unit is cozy and gets extremely warm, so there's no need to crank the electric heat. For those on a budget and looking for convenience, I'd say give this one a shot.

Location is absolutely incredible, steps away from ski lift.
We paid 6k for this property and it was in poor condition, nothing is updated, property was dirty.
Also we had a leak come through the ceiling on Christmas Day, our fireplace stopped working and fan In bathroom stopped working.
My family also manages properties and if ANY of the above would’ve happened we would have made it right and offered discount for inconvenience immediately.
They offered us nothing and just advised they would fix the next day.
Again property is awesome, just wouldn’t expected hire quality service when paying that much to stay.

As other reviews state, location, location, location! About 30sec walk to the Quicksilver lift, and 5mn walk to town. Couldn't be any better, can go home and have a quick lunch and not waste precious skiing time, and then nice quick walk to town for dinner.
The unit was perfect for our family of 4. it faced the slopes & lift area so nice view from the living room window with privacy, and true ski in/out. The unit is spacious and has all you need. The 2 bathrooms attached to the bedrooms have been updated, and the master even has a jacuzzi, great to use at the end of the ski day. The furniture could also use some refreshing, like the master bedding & overall décor (80s), but all in all, adequate and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, dishes, utensils, etc., which was great as we ate in almost every night. They also provide sponges, dish detergent, dishwasher cleaning tabs, trash bags, etc., and soap, shampoo and other goodies in the bathrooms. The unit also has a washer and dryer, which was not clear from the description, so I was happy to have it (2 kids generate a lot of laundry!). They also provided laundry detergent. Note we didn't try the spa or pool.
As for parking, our car had a box on top so it didn't fit, but we could easily park right across the unit, there are private spots (maybe 20?) and you are allowed 2 parking per unit (assumes one is the garage, some units have 2 car garages). I think our Chevy Suburban would have fit in the garage without the box, but the garage ceiling is not very high.
In conclusion, fantastic location, adequate & spacious unit, but with need of an upgrade. But then again, the price wouldn't be what it is if they upgraded... We will definitely return to this unit, or any at Cedars.

The only thing this rental has going for it is location. Economy level unit is dated and worn with patched carpet. We had hot water int he showers only 2 out of our 9 nights. Maintenance and front desk were called and did not appear to care.

You are literally steps away from the quicksilver lift. The walk to town is 5 minutes away. This is a great location. The unit has really nice space 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs, a good size living room and kitchen plus 3 bathrooms. I would recommend we enjoyed our stay.

The best thing I can say about this place is the excellent location. You literally walk a few steps, put on your skis & ski down to the lift. Truly ski in/ski out.

You are literally steps away from the quicksilver lift. The walk to town is 5 minutes away. This is a great location. The unit has really nice space 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs, a good size living room and kitchen plus 3 bathrooms. I would recommend we enjoyed our stay.
