Vous aurez un accès complet à la piscine intérieure du Mountainside Club House, aux bains à remous, au sauna, au hammam, au terrain de racquetball et au court de tennis extérieur. L'emplacement central de Frisco est un excellent choix en hiver (en voiture ou en bus pour tous les grands domaines skiables du comté de Summit) et en été (randonnée, vélo, lac Dillon et plus)… et le flanc de la montagne est l'une des meilleures offres de la ville!

We have stayed in several mountain side condos over the years. It is a very quiet area close to the bike path and hiking. Nice place to get away to.

Property management was poor, arrived to dishes put away dirty, appliances like the coffee machine with layers of grime inside like it has never been cleaned, a multitude of other blemishes, hard to be confident if the sheets had even been changed based on first impressions, property management was disinterested when contacted. Otherwise no complaints.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. We walked to main st Frisco for dinner. Short drive to Breck, and Abasin.
The condo had more kitchen appliances than listed which was great. Ooo and a Walmart is near by for groceries.
The best part was that there is a trail system right out the door of the condo! Was perfect for us!

Liked the location and the view from the deck. However, the refrigerated made an aggregating noise when the compressor kicked in and several times woke us up during sleep. Also, the dishwasher leaked. We also bought febreeze as it just smelled old in there.

We dropped our youngest at college and headed for the mountains and took our mother with us, who had never seen mountains. Perfect condo, close to town and lake. Very clean

The rental property is in a great location. Far away enough from downtown to have more of a nature feel but also not too far away as you can still walk to downtown. Loved the bike path behind the property and enjoyed the close hiking options as well. Property was spacious, comfy, and well equipped. The only downside was that the fireplace was out of commission during our stay. Management company was very easy to work with and very responsive to any needs.

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to Colorado to meet up with two other sisters and spouses who stayed at a different condo there. We only had time for a short stay but would have been great for a longer stay as well. Online pictures don’t do unit justice. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Frisco and found this condo to be in a great location. We also used the pool and hot tubs, which were nice and nicely landscaped.
The only negatives were the comfort of the bed in the loft, and the noise from the unit above waking us in the night. I think maybe they were doing laundry or something with a lot of water running 2 of the 3 nights we were there.
Otherwise, everything was great and as advertised.

Great space & great location!
Perfect launching point for skiing / boarding at Loveland and Copper. Comfortable space for our family of five. Frisco was a great town. Loved being able to soak in the outdoor hot tubs just a short walk across the parking lot after a day on the slopes. All the amenities you'd need! Great view off the deck. Loved it!

Love staying in the Frisco area and this was close to everything we needed for our ski vacation. Kitchen was loaded with its everything we needed and the pool and hot tub area were very nice. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Some hiccups but overall positive
The property management company did not have a key waiting for us as they said they would; so they had to send someone to get a key in another town and then get it to us. As soon as they realized the problem they took care of it but didn't do a good job of communicating that it would take 45 minutes of waiting on our part for the key to get to us. Also, the promised pull out couch would not pull out but got stuck at a 45 degree angle; so my one daughter slept on the couch vs. the hide-a-bed. Otherwise it was a wonderful location, very clean, with everything we needed. Close to some great walking/biking paths. There is a beautiful wetland in the back and the hummingbirds and other birds were a delight to listen to on the back porch. We would go back again.
