Situé dans le cœur de Avon, ce fabuleux nouvellement construit deux chambres escapade à la montagne dispose de toutes les commodités de la maison ... et de superbes vues sur le mont Beaver Creek!
Gâtez-vous avec la commodité de certains des meilleurs restaurants et des boutiques dans la vallée de Vail. Nouveau mobilier, décoration design, nouveau tapis, foyer au gaz, balcon avec un barbecue à gaz et les meubles de patio. Service Internet sans fil. Télévision par câble dans chaque chambre, il ya un DVD dans la salle familiale et chaque chambre (un magnétoscope est aussi dans la salle familiale). Le canapé pouf se double d'un canapé-lit et une laveuse et sécheuse se trouve dans le condo.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king et salle de bain privée avec baignoire à jets et lavabo double ... en plus d'une entrée privée sur le balcon. Deux lits queen sont fournis dans la chambre d'hôtes spacieuse - parfait pour une famille - avec une entrée privée à la salle de bains attenante. Beaucoup de serviettes sont fournis avec du savon de bain, shampooing, revitalisant, et blowdryers pleine grandeur dans chaque salle de bains.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée (cafetière, cocotte, mixeur, grille-pain et tous les gadgets et des morceaux que vous pouvez imaginer portion).
Une pleine taille laveuse à chargement frontal et sécheuse se trouvent dans le condo avec un détergent à lessive, les feuilles d'assouplissant et détachant.
Un sous-sol, garage chauffé dispose d'un parking, de verrouillage local à skis pour l'unité, et le stockage de vélos. Cette unité est l'une des rares unités dans la vallée de Vail à offrir CLIMATISATION - une excellente option d'avoir sur une chaude journée d'été!

This condo is located in the center of downtown Avon and three exits (9 miles) from downtown Vail. It is extremely secure with keyboards to enter the parking lot, Building front door, elevator and entrance to the condo. It has an air conditioner which many places in the mountains do not have.

We loved this property. The underground parking is a plus (assuming you registered your car online properly. If you follow owners instructions especially length of time to show you will be fine. If not you could be billed, but parking company will remove it with proof of stay). Being seniors, the garage parking was a major plus in renting as no steps/stairs.
The owner was very responsive in our inquiries. Everything was lovely. The month of July, we hardly used the air conditioner in unit as we liked fresh air and opened balcony door and windows. At night with only window open the fan going was very comfortable as well.
The coffee table lifts up and becomes your dining table. It worked great since no “dining room table”.
The place is just as pictured. We would not hesitate to go back.

Warm, homey apartment. A cook’s kitchen, completely kitted out with all the equipment and utensils you could possibly want, including a five-burner gas stove. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, from cheap-and-cheerful to white-tablecloth. Perfect for skiers or snow boarders with easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail. A 10-minute walk to the gondola or a 100-meter walk to the ski shuttle bus. Good value-for-money toward the end of the ski season when I was there. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect condo for our family, we have two tall teens, so it was great that they had their own beds. I like the lockers that they had, the access from garage to condo was great. Location was good.
The description said, new building, however, the building, and unit seem to be older, that was the only thing that I noticed..

This is a great middle location between Beaver Creek (less than 2 miles away) and Vail (less than 8 miles away). It is on the shuttle route and Avon is a fun town with everything you would need and bonus, a great pizza place within walking distance. We enjoyed the fireplace and the jetted tub after long skiing days. Highly recommend!

This property is exactly as advertised. It has a great location to catch the ski shuttle up to Beavercreek. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Shopping is right across the street and restaurants are within very close walking distance. We will stay here often. The host is very responsive.

Nice place that is a 3 min walk to the bus stop to catch the Skier Express bus (free shuttle). It was nice to have reserved garage parking.

Property was just liked the listing stated and had everything we needed for our last minute booking and it was clean. Lorna was very helpful and I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. The property is in a great central location to enjoy the whole area. The location is within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and a nice park with a lake.

Very quiet condos. We walked to Avon Tennis courts, grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Beaver Creek Resort has free parking in the summer so we didn’t have to take the shuttle. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and making morning coffee. My husband and I would stay here again if available.

We stayed at this location, as we were attending a wedding locally. Great proximity to everything we needed. We were comfortable in this location and recommend it. Lorna was always quick to respond.

The place was too small and cramped for 3 adults. It was dark, air didn’t work, had heavy covers on beds that were hard to get out of our way.
This place needs spruced up. Kitchen was nice and having bathroom items provided was a plus. If it were my place a would get rid of all the dark heavy furniture and put in more of a Scandinavia style which would provide more room. I would get rid of the dark blinds and put in something that is lighter to brighten up the place.
It was easy to stay in communication with the owner and I did appreciate that. I don’t believe I would recommend it to anyone and I wouldn’t stay again. I’m sad because this was my first experience using VRBO!

To Westin gondola, bus stops for Avon and eagle county bus to vail. Extremely well stocked! Grocery store across road, restaurants all around. Would stay here again!

Listing is accurate and the instructions the owner provided were excellent, I had no questions that were not answered by the documents provided by the owner. The location is ideal for skiing at Beaver Creek with the shuttle picking up within the same parking lot. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We had the perfect stay at this property for our ski trip. We enjoyed every minute here. It was within walking distance of everything we needed (restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, bakeries, etc..). The bus route to BC is conveniently located right at the corner so you really never need to get in your car if you don’t want to. The condo had everything we needed and more for our family of 4. It was cozy and extremely clean with the most comfortable beds and bedding. Lorna was the best vrbo host we have ever dealt with. She responded to us immediately with the few questions we had. The underground parking was a great bonus. We really can’t say enough good things about this property. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Comfort in Colorado
This condo, in a convenient spot close to stores, hiking, parks, restaurants, and great views, was so comfortable and especially well-stocked with everything needed for an easy stay. Underground parking is a big plus in all seasons, and the building maintenance was excellent as well. We enjoyed our stay in Avon and would happily return.

This condo was comfortable for 4 adults. We enjoyed being able to walk downstairs to dine. Property was clean. We never used the ski shuttle near the condo, but it was very close.
