We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this great little property. After booking, I was a little concerned that it might be too small (2 adults, 2 teens), but it was the perfect setup and lived much bigger than it seems. The washer/dryer was great to have, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was great. Should we find ourselves back in this amazing little town, this will be our first choice for accomodations!

We stayed in the area to visit Yellowstone. We also took a few days to enjoy Livingston and the cute downtown area. We felt that the location seemed to be in a safe neighborhood, we liked that we had a kitchen to make some meals. My kids enjoyed the upstairs area. The host was really easy to connect with when we had any questions.

This is a great location with an easy walk to downtown Livingston. The owner communicates well and is quick to respond to inquiries. The house has everything you could possibly need with a well-stocked kitchen and bath and the living space is comfortable. The neighbors are very nice as well. If you can stay here, you will be happy you did!

The kitchen and bathroom had everything you could possibly need and the home is very clean and organized. The owner is quick to answer questions and helpful. If you can book this place you will have an enjoyable stay.

Property was very clean and well stocked. The neighbors were also very friendly. It is very convenient to downtown Livingston and only 1 hour to the North entrance of Yellowstone. The only issue with the house is the stairwell going upstairs. It is extremely tight, steep and difficult to get luggage up. However, this is shown in the photos of the property.

LOVE Livingston! This place is perfectly placed within walking distance, super well supplied, clean and just a great place. Owner was super helpful with all my stupid questions and even supplied a great restaurant list! Would stay there again in a NY minute!!

Wonderful funky, eclectic 1 bedroom, 1 loft home in walking distance to the equally funky and eclectic downtown of Livingston. All the features of home with easy check in and check out and easy communication with host. Would love to stay here again. Awesome outdoor area that we werent able to use due to snow.

We rented this property at the end of a family trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. with our adult children (20 and 22). We loved the Industrial design and decor of the home and especially enjoyed the outdoor space for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour :) The home was super clean with comfortable beds. It was so easy to relax and enjoy the down time after a busy week at the National
Parks. The kitchen was fully stocked with tools and spices. We picked up steaks at a local market and used the gas grill one evening for our meal. We enjoyed exploring the town of Livingston and also made a trip to Chico Hot Springs to soak in the pool one afternoon. The weather was also perfect for us - which made this last leg of our trip even better!

Kirsten’s cottage was the perfect base from which to explore Livingston and the area. Super clean, very comfortable bed, and great shower pressure & temp are just a few things I’d call out. You can tell the owners have put a lot of care, thought and love into their home, and the guest experience.

We had a really great time. I love the enclosed outside area! Would like you to know that the coffee maker quit on about the 2nd day. Could have been user error. Found the French press and use that, so no problems. Just wanted you to know. Thanks for sharing your property.

Great house to spend a summer living in!
The house is nicely situated even though close to neighbors, east of downtown and is quieter. The kitchen has everything you will need and beyond. Well stocked with plenty of everyday items. Two Great patios in the back. It stays cool on hot days, has heating for cold nights👍cozy queen bed with a really nice mattress. Close enough to walk or bike to town. Really enjoyed our visit here😎👍

Lovely place, great location!
This was our second time staying here and we'd return again. The place is cute - with really nice concrete and metal touches - and well equipped. The two outdoor seating areas are a bonus and the outdoor decor is really well done and original. We enjoyed several long walks around the neighborhood and walked downtown to pick up dinner most nights. Walk to river as well. There's an excellent health food store just 4 blocks away - highly recommend! Do yourself a favor and climb the hill across the railroad tracks to look down on the town and get an amazing view of the surrounding and distant mountains in the fading light. Do note that the house is very close to neighbors and some barking dogs, but it wasn't too bad.

Great Livingston Home Base
This is a lovely, spacious, well-appointed cottage for a Livingston-based adventure. Easy walking to downtown, and a short drive away from many wonderful hikes. My husband, our dog, and I had a great time, and highly recommend this spot!

Wonderful cottage home
The house was just perfect. Updated/renovated and well-equipped with nice dishes and knives, Alexa speaker, nice comfy bedding—we wanted for naught! Perfect location for walking all around town to shops, restaurants, the park, the depot, and grocery stores and a wine shop (though the owners even provided a welcoming bottle of wine)! Highly recommend this property!

Eastside Charm
The property is very well laid out for a small cottage, it feels spacious and comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you need to feel welcome. It’s a pleasant walk to downtown the park and river. The patio with grill, tables chairs is a great place to entertain. The entire experience was enjoyable, at this property.

Charming, beautiful, spotless cottage
We walked in to this magical cottage and were delighted. The decor is warm, airy and light, the cottage is immaculate ( and I’m very picky), and the hosts thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The inside and outside (sweet patio on two sides) were well designed and delightfully creative. The location could not be better. We did a lot of walking through the Livingston neighborhoods. And downtown was minutes away on foot. We love Livingston and this cottage is perfect. We will be back!! Thank you!

Awesome summer homebase in Livingston, MT
My family (my wife and I, 3 kids, including an infant, and a 35 lb. mini golden doodle) recently spent a month in this awesome cottage in downtown Livingston. It was the perfect home base for us in terms of what we like to do in the area - Yellowstone (~50 minutes), downtown LIvingston (~3-4 blocks), Paradise Valley (~15-20 minutes), Bozeman (~30 minutes), etc. Troy and Kirsten were wonderful, attentive hosts and have the place stocked with a TON of supplies. One week, the garbage truck missed our garbage can and Troy drove over from Bozeman just to take it to the dump so we didn't have to worry about it. I would highly recommend them as hosts.

We fell in love with the cottage within minutes!
We spent our honeymoon in Livingston and the cottage was perfect. The heated floor in the bedroom and bathroom were so wonderful to have! We felt so comfortable from the minute we arrived. It was very clean and everything we needed was there. The bath towels were magical and soft. Loved having the washer and dryer. We walked all over town and the locals were so nice! We love Cooper Moose oil store!

Loved it!
This was the perfect house, for myself, husband and young daughter. It's location is perfect. In the mornings and the evenings the outside was a great place to enjoy breakfast or just relax. It was furnished with so many extras!!! We will definitely rent this house again on our next visit to Livingston.

Very clean And modern.
We had issues with the TV. Emailed the owner and she got it straightened out in a timely manner. Very good location. The outdoor patio areas are wonderful. Had some issues with parking because of the renovation going on next door.

Delightful small house
This small house is clean and tidy and very well-appointed. It was the perfect size, and close enough to downtown that I could walk on nice days. The house was stocked with virtually everything I needed. I appreciated the tasteful decorating and overall comfort. It was indeed a pleasure staying there; I hope to return next year.

The property is close to downtown so you can walk which is what we like. The house has everything you need and has worked well for us. It's a small cottage that has been wonderfully restored and doesn't feel small due to the high ceilings.

Perfect place to relax and have all of the comforts of home.
This cottage was clean and cheerful and Andrea has made sure that you have all that you need to stay comfortably. The kitchen has any gadget that is needed and having the washer and dryer made our 10 day stay easier. The outside patio was perfect for my little 10 pound dog to get outside and the neighborhood was safe for long walks. The location of the cottage was perfect for our day trips to Yellowstone, Bozeman, Chico Springs and day-hikes around the area. Andrea was always quickly responsive to all my email questions.
We would definitely rent this cottage again if we decide to return to the area and would recommend it to couples or small families.

Great House!
My husband, dog, and I stayed for his birthday and this house was exactly what we were looking for. Within walking distance to everything, very nice amenities (the pictures don't do it justice!) and all around a great respite after a long hike or a day out on the river. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to friends and family. You'll love it!

Overall the house is pretty nice, but since I am a VRBO owner I compare it with mine and it is not close. Furnishings were sparse, no kleenex, short on things like barbeque sauce, salsa and even shampoo and conditioner. The floor in the bedroom and bathroom is cement. Only two bath towels provided for a 4 night stay.
the payment terms are definitely owner oriented since they want full payment sevweral weeks before your stay.l NO coffee provided!
Overall clearly the owner just wants to make money off this and really doesn't care about visitor satisfaction.
