Amazing Home in Paradise!!!
Détendez-vous dans le paradis dans notre maison pour une semaine, un mois ou pour la saison. Profitez de la beauté de la plus belle rivière alimenté par une source de la Floride, à droite à votre porte arrière. Asseyez-vous sur notre quai donnant sur l'eau et regarder le lamantins, les marsouins, et de nombreux sel et la natation de poissons d'eau douce par.
Pêchez du poisson juste à côté de notre quai flottant et nettoyez-les sur le construit dans la station de nettoyage du poisson. Garez votre bateau sur notre quai en eau profonde sans souci des fluctuations des marées. Prendre un bateau dix minutes promenade dans le magnifique golfe du Mexique à pêcher, plonger, ou regarder les couchers de soleil. Faites un tour de 3 minutes en amont pour voir la vue la plus sauvage de la rivière Weeki Wachee de la Floride. Ceci est où vous ferez l'expérience d'un lieu vraiment magique. Notre maison de bord de mer est l'endroit idéal pour votre famille et vos amis pour se détendre, profiter et à explorer. Vous pouvez prendre l'eau douce et l'eau salée poissons et de crabes à droite de votre propre quai. Notre maison peut facilement accueillir 12 personnes dans des lits, 2 enfants supplémentaires sur canapé et une reine sauter matelas. Really lovely house, right on a canal that feeds into the Weeki Wachi River. Just a few miles from Weeki Wachi State Park and not far from Homasassa Springs State Park - both great places to visit. The house has a canoe and 7 kayaks and a floating dock (the kids loved jumping off the dock for a couple of hours!). Very pleasant wraparound patio, large fully screened section facing the canal. Definitely recommend!

Loved our amazeing stay on the river great location the kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing on the relaxing dock. The house was very clean comfortable and inviting for our family of 7 plenty of room and had everything you would need for an enjoyable time. We loved all the outdoor seating the lights at night it was a great neighborhood and lots to do in and around Weeki Wachee and we visited several nearby beaches. We all agreed this was now our new favorite vacation spot and can’t wait to visit again we highly recommend thank you so much

The house is in a great location. We were close to our family in Weeki Wachee which was perfect. Beautiful home. Neighbors were really nice also. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. We hope to stay here again.

This is our second year staying at this house for a scalloping trip with our friends. We love it. It accommodates 3 families with young kids (age 4-11) perfectly. Plenty of room for us all, love the dock for the boat, kids really enjoyed the kayaks this year, we love the screened porch. Great size driveway to accommodate 2 boat trailers. We love it here and cannot wait to return next year!! Thank you for keeping it well maintained and clean, and allowing us to stay!

Everything you need
Perfect home to stay with family and friends for scalloping. It's just a short ride to get the scallops. The house had all the utensils, spices, extra towels, etc. That you need. The communication was great! We look forward to staying here again when we make our way back over.

One Word...AMAZING!!!
This was the best vacation ever. The house was perfect! The location was perfect! Lots of room. Several kayaks and a canoe. On a beautiful river canal. The owner, Jimmy, checked in to make sure everything was good.

Absolute bliss!
We had so many plans for this vacation but wound up spending most of our time happily on kayaks in the canal that was right in the back yard. The house had plenty of space for our group of 12 and was gorgeous! Owner was a text away to answer all questions. If you're considering this spot for vacation, consider no more. BOOK IT!! You won't regret a thing.

Booking was easy and our host was very quick at responding and helpful.
The property is amazing and offered even more than I thought. Amazing dock on the water, kayaks, fire pit, and an amazing backyard space.
All of this and an amazing interior and space for sleeping, cooking, and entertaining, I would definitely book again and recommend to all my friends!

Family Labor Day Get Together
This was the perfect house for our family getaway. 5 adults, 5 kids. The house is very comfortable, I cooked 3 meals a day all weekend, plenty of cabinet and counter space, brand new fridge. Screened in back porch was the bomb keeping the skeeters away.
Kayaking was a blast & my granddaughters (8, 3 & 1 year old) we’re in awe of the mermaids at the park.
House is very well stocked, has a nice fire pit. We did S’mores 2 nights. Really nice grill and a plush grassy backyard.
We really didn’t want to leave! Take your groceries and personal hygiene stuff (shampoo & conditioner, soap etc.)
Nice washer and dryer so we left with no dirty laundry. Extra beach towels were helpful just because we went through lots of them kayaking and at the springs.
Wonderful memories were made, cherished time for sure when we all get together with kids, spouses & grand kids.
Our one & only challenge were the mattresses. The bedrooms are nicely arranged and work great for 3 families but we all had sore backs by the last morning.
Also, there are a lot of stairs. The babies made me nervous around them but we kept a very close watch. The stairs are well lit at night and safe but we all had sore legs at the end. I’m considering that a bonus because we obviously needed the exercise, lol. Would definitely stay here again if the mattresses are upgraded.

Great Place
This place is in a great location! It was perfect for us having a boat to go out scalloping. The house was nice and clean and the property owner was easy to deal with. Would definitely like to rent this house again.

Great property
House smelled really clean on arrival, it was well stocked, and plenty of space ! Owner was really great we had a few crazy happening unrelated to the stay and Jim was easy to deal with and happy to help. Will be back !!

Spacious Weeki Wachee Oasis
Our crew has a great time scalloping over the long weekend. The house was extremely accommodating to our large group and very close to the scallop grounds. The house was very clean, had everything we needed from a gas grill to cooking utensils to extra towels. The pictures do not do the property justice as the house and property were gorgeous. One of the bigger pluses was the canal being completely fresh water making the boat easier to clean and refreshing to cool off after a long day in the salt water.

Thanksgiving
This was our 2nd Thanksgiving at this home and we loved it so much. Got to see some manatee, schools of fish, a bald eagle, and crabs. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Home had some upgrades since the last time we visited.

Weeki Wachee Fun!
We had a great time! This home is perfect for family and friends. We brought our 25' ft boat. The dock was perfect and the parking in front of the house was great with plenty of parking for our boat trailer, cars, truck etc. The canal is deep for an offshore boat, but definitely watch the tides to get through the skinny water before you get to the Bayport Ramp.
The House has pretty much everything you need for a perfect stay. We cooked in and used the grill. The down stairs refrigerator was great to store drinks and prepped food for the grill.
We used the kayaks and paddled up river under the bridge to hospital hole. We found out from friends that you can kayak from the dock and head right toward the end of the canal and it will take you along side Shoal Line Blvd directly to the bridge and skip kayaking against the current, LOL, Oh well, the exercise was good too!
The house is perfect. Nice neighborhood, nice neighbors, Clean, Spacious and for teens and young adults...Wi-Fi.
We will definitely return to this home in the future.

Wonderful, spacious home.
we had a great stay. The house was well-stocked, spacious and ready for us.
The location was super convenient - we were able to launch boats right off of the dock in order to paddle up the weekie wachee river. It is about a 10 minute paddle to get to the clear river water, and then another 4-6 miles upriver to get to the state park.
