I would first like to say the condominium was as it appears online. It was very well maintained, clean, lots of extras, and an excellent view of the Yampa River Valley. We watched both sunrise and sunset from the condominium balcony. It was enjoyable to watch rain and thunderstorms roll into the valley from the west. Most mornings brought a view of a hot air balloon rising and setting not far away. The condominium was well situated for our needs. We met three other couples from Pensacola Florida in Steamboat. The condominium was well stocked with dishes and other nice amenities, as we entertained a couple times. Three things to know about the condominium: 1) There are four steps down from the parking lot to access the unit; 2) There is only one overnight parking spot; and 3) The master bathroom is small. None of these were problems for us but it was good to know when planning a trip.
We only had one issue during our stay. The master bathroom toilet and cold-water valve in the sink were controlled by a cut off valve under the sink. This valve was closed when we checked in, which meant the previous guest, or the maintenance crew was aware of the issue but failed to advise our host. To stop the toilet from constantly running, we had to get down on the floor and reach into the vanity cabinet to turn the water on and off. When the toilet water was turned off, so was the cold water in the sink. We informed the host, but she was unable to get it fixed during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, it's a nice condo in a very quiet area. Only negatives were the pillows provided weren't very comfortable and the floors in the unit above were pretty creaky when that owner walked around. However, having A/C was nice to have in the summer, and you can't beat the view from the balcony.

Beautiful place! Had a few issues and inconveniences with some repairs. But Ann was very accommodating and apologetic for things that were out of her control. Would absolutely stay there again! Thanks Ann!

our family thoroughly enjoyed the Spring break skiing made comfortable and convenient by lodging at the condo. The unit is good size for family of five, very clean, kitchen well equipped and in unit laundry is useful during longer stays. Hot tubs and gym on the property were also enjoyed by us. The shuttle service to Steamboat base area is just steps away from the condo and frequent enough to make for a "slope side" feel.

Place is great. The view is awesome, the place is clean, and has plenty of space for a group. Hot tub is also really nice. Lastly, the shuttle comes right to the place to take you to the gondola.

The view was 100 times better than I imagined. It was so nice to go back to this place after skiing, to look out over the valley while we eat our dinner and lunch. The host really did think of everything, which is rare for a rental. the kitchen had everything the bathrooms had everything, there is even a heater in the ski closet, the kitchen is functional and stocked with everything you might need. The ski shuttle works Perfect, the hot tubs are hot, the cable has all the channels… Everything was perfect!

The place is nice. The shuttle to/from the base of steamboat is easy. Ann is easy to communicate with. Instructions are provided throughout the condo for operating things like the washer/dryer or dishwasher.
We felt like we were staying a a friend’s place and our friend wanted to make sure we had a good experience.

The condo is exactly as advertised. The view is incredible and worth coming back for. Access to the mountain is easy with the shuttle and it is close enough to walk if that suits you. Our family enjoyed the fitness center and hot tubs during our stay as well. Ann was very responsive and made the entire experience seamless. Thanks for the wonderful family time in Steamboat.

Son and I spent four nights in mid December for skiing before the holiday rush. The condo is excellent. Super comfortable rooms, great kitchen, and what a view, day and night. At night all of Steamboat is lit up for the holidays. Even the grinchiest of hearts will grow three sizes looking out while in this cozy place. The shuttle pickup for the ski resort is essentially at the door and runs very frequently. Ann was a great and communicative host. We will definitely stay here again on our next ski trip to Steamboat.

Ann is a terrific host and very quick to respond when I had questions. The condo was comfortable and very well stocked with necessities. If you are looking for a place that is quiet and has great views this is it. I takes about 10 minutes to get to Steamboat Springs, but there are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within about 5 minutes. Having a car is a must. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our first visit to Steamboat Springs and it was such an amazing little get away! Ann is so sweet and very attentive! Her place is so homey and very very clean! The view is breathtaking! This is probably the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever used! And the description is spot on… gorgeous views. It’s so cozy to sit by the fireplace and watch the snow fall. Ann was extraordinarily friendly and helpful with all our questions. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We loved our stay at this mountain condo. Great location with easy access to the shuttle right out the front door. The home felt so homey and nice to come back to and hang out at. Kitchen had everything we needed and the views were the best part to really feel like you were getting all the mountains views in Steamboat. Property owner was very kind and timely at responding. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We loved it here and would highly recommend renting this property.

This property was amazing. Everything was provided as described in the listing. The jetted tub was so relaxing. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, the beds were warm and comfy, towels were provided for showers and hot tub, and the views took our breath away. We also enjoyed the continuous shuttle service to the ski area. This “home away from home” was utterly delightful. We plan on coming back! A big thank you goes out to the wonderful premier host of this incredible condo.

Checking in was a breeze once you got past the vehicle registration. Place was well equipped and the accommodations good for our big family and the furnishings were beautiful. We had a man awesome view. Groceries and dining establishments were fairly close.

Just like the other reviews have stated and we had hoped this property and host more than lived up to our expectations.
Communication from the moment we made our booking to pre arrival was excellent, with great tips & guides for our trip provided regularly.
Upon arrival, the room was ready earlier luckily for us and Ann was more than flexible and letting us checkin a few hours earlier which is a life saver with young kids in tow.
The location, and property are exactly as advertised; beautiful, great location and very easy to get to.
Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen as advertised, a great living room area where most of the family stayed playing games or watching tv.
Two good-sized bedrooms with plenty of pillows, storage and a super comfortable mattress welcome you after a long and tiring day having fun.
Our favorite part of the property was the heated bathroom floor which everybody loved to walk on and heat their feet. The bathrooms are well equipped, clean, and with good water pressure.
Overall, as every other reviewer has mentioned before us, the property was fantastic, as well as the host. We loved our time there and we already planning our next visit and stay with Ann.

My goodness, I'm not joking when I say, "a home away from home". My family decided to drive into Steamboat, since we are Denver natives. We have driven to other resorts, so we figured a 3 hour drive wasn't a big deal and we really wanted to experience Steamboat for the first time. I am always apprehensive discovering new locations, but the condo was so easy to find, the streets were cleared and easy to navigate. Naturally, Steamboat just had a recent snow storm, so the streets and the landscape had snow everywhere. What a beautiful scene.
Upon entering the parking lot to the condo, I noticed there was plenty of parking. The door code was very easy to use. I love how there are instructions inside, on the fridge. This makes it easy for EVERYONE to understand the use of parking, use of other items and leaving the property. I find it has been a nuisance in the past on other properties, because I would be the one responsible for opening the app, finding the property and going over the rules. The condo was clean, it had everything we needed for preparing meals, taking showers, using the hot tub, sleeping with comfy bedding and most importantly COFFEE. I also loved how the rooms were separately heated, so I could choose to lower the heat or use the fan for bedtime. I also can't forget the heated bathroom floor. I didn't think it was a big deal to have a heated floor, but my mind will forever be changed. The view in the daytime was astonishing, but at night......WOW! All the Christmas lights were up and shining. I have to admit, several times while watching tv, it was either myself or my husband, but we would look and each other and say, "this place IS real cozy and comfy." Ann, I just want to express my gratitude in opening up your cozy home for others to know and feel. I can't wait to return.

This property lived up to all of its 5-star ratings. The location is wonderful, within an easy 8-minute shuttle ride to the Steamboat Springs base village. The no-joke view is just that - no joke! The two large west-facing windows provided a perfect vantage point for watching the colors of the valley change from daybreak to sunset, on bluebird days and in snow. The kitchen, bathrooms and living area were all stocked with everything a small family could need. And Ann is a gracious and welcoming host. We will be back.
