The owner was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond. The home was well equipped Just be aware that the traffic noise is pretty loud and constant. Besides that, we were happy there.

This condo is every bit as beautiful as the photos. There are lots of little touches that make it special, including the most functional kitchen we have ever experienced in a small space.
There were a few maintenance issues that we have alerted the owner and manager about, and I'm confident they will have those fixed. Here are some additional pros/cons.
Pros
* Feels quite roomy. Lots of places to sit, and comfy furniture.
* Pretty inside, as noted, but also the grounds of the complex are beautiful.
* Covered parking.
* Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows.
* Kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped
Cons
* Nearby street noise may be a problem for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise.
* We temporarily switched out the dining room light bulbs with some LEDs we picked up at the store, because it seemed too dark for us.

Jim (owner) and his assistant Marc provided amazing service and communication from the beginning to the end. We loved staying at Jim's property as it was perfect. When we arrived to meet Marc for a thorough walk-thru, Jim the owner gifted us with a large meat/cheese charcuterie plate, bottle of champagne on ice and a large birthday balloon. He knew is was my girlfriends birthday. Went above and beyond a very nice touch. The condo is much larger in person than the pics. It was plenty spacious for two and had everything you needed. The pool area was great as we got plenty of sun and palm trees surrounded the area if you needed a little shade to cool off. The running waterfall was very meditating and helped calm down the street noise. The property was located very close to downtown Palm Springs so taking an UBER was 3-4 minutes costing us about $9-$10 each way. (Did not rent a car). There was many great restaurants, bars, art and shops to choose from. Every place we went to the service was amazing which is always a bonus when your visiting a town for the first time. Overall a fun trip and looking forward to bouncing back again soon for some more sun and good times. Thank you Jim and Marc for everything. Cheers, Michael and Sarah :)

Lovely condo located next to a busy road, and on the airport flight path. Noise not all that noticeable when inside, but can be quite distracting when sat on the patio. Wouldn’t stop me going again, but if traffic noise bothers you this place may not be your best choice.
The condo was clean, except for the floors, which needed a good scrub. They’d been given a superficial mop with a Swiffer, but those things don’t touch ground in dirt. I cleaned some of the worst spots myself on my hands and knees using a floor rag. But the entire floor needs attention.
Despite that we enjoyed our 3 week stay here, because it’s a beautifully decorated condo in a very pretty complex. The pool area is lovely, and would have been even better if the pool and hot tub were heated. But, unfortunately for us, the HOA had decided to turn it off for 3 months to save money, and the condo owner forgot to tell us. He did put the info on his VRBO site but, as we’d booked a year ago we didn’t think to recheck the info on the site before making our final payment, so were unaware. Lesson learned; always recheck the site info before finalizing the deal!
He apologized profusely, but I think he should have sent me a message at the same time as he changed his ad. Because I really would have preferred a place with a usable pool and hot tub.
Nevertheless, provided the pool and hot tub are heated, and provided the floors are cleaned properly, I would stay here again.

We stayed 3 weeks at the condo & despite unusually cool weather found the indoor & outdoor spaces really comfortable. We didn’t use the pool due to weather, but did enjoy sitting at the pool with our sweatshirts on!
The dog run is a fabulous asset to the condo & made caring for our dog very easy.
This is our second time staying at this condo & we certainly would again!

Relaxing condo complex with no shared walls. Plenty of space with extra bathroom and two private patios. Nearby gated pool and hot tub. Only drawback is proximity to loud roadway. Would stay there again if in Palm Springs.

Very pleasant stay thank you. Bed comfortable. Slightly noisy at night due to traffic noise. Close to downtown Palm Springs. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. Nice hot tub and pool. Good response from manager when there was an issue with the garborator.

This property was very comfortable and had all the necessities! We loved the location and were close to grocery stores, good places to eat, and attractions like the art museum and hiking.

Lovely home away from home
Spacious and inviting condo had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were great and just a few steps away. Location was perfect, the only thing that could’ve made it better was less road noise. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

A True Oasis
I'm an urban planner so I was very interested in--and happy with--the way the colony was laid out. Great combination of privacy for the individual units and a fairly high density of dwellings. This unit definitely was ideal for me, with one large bedroom and an enclosed and shady patio opening off it, two baths and a living and dining room. Although there was a desk in the bedroom, I preferred spreading my work out on the dining room table. The kitchen was small, but well equipped, including an apartment-sized dishwasher (yay!). Good wi-fi, and when an outage occurred as I was meeting a deadline, the property manager and the owner immediately got onto the problem--and I made the deadline. Location convenient to shopping, restaurants, downtown and highways. I hope to stay again.

Great Condo
We found the property to be quiet, spacious, well-equipped and within a short distance to central Palm Springs. We appreciate the personal touches that a home provides and this condo was outfitted with care and thought. We are very happy that we selected this property and the entire experience went smoothly. Kudos to Marc for the great communication before, during, and after the stay.

Privacy and Style
The perfect getaway. Easy location, quiet, comfortable, with all the amenities and great style. We like to cook for ourselves, and the kitchen was well equipped. Private patio with gas grill made cooking and dining very enjoyable. Pool was lovely. Disappointed that hot tub/spa was out of order during our stay. That was the only thing that could have made it better. Would definitely come back!!

Communication with owner and property manager was very good. Property had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, close to amenities. Modern decor, bright and spacious. Very functional space, all appliances in great condition, nice barbeque, extra supplies, fresh linen & towels. Outdoor patio a tad noisy from traffic but otherwise 5 stars.

GREAT GETAWAY PLACE
We stayed at Jim's property during a mid-winter trip seeking warmer temperatures and relaxation. This was the perfect place for us. It is decorated in pleasant "Palm Springs" style and has lovely grounds with pools and hot tub. It is very clean and is well-stocked with everything one might need. My husband and I stayed here with our dog, Jax, and plan to return again.

Spacious, beautifully furnished, separate outdoor private spaces to eat and lounge, and a well designed kitchen. The pool is a half dozen steps away with a large hot tub. Great location, everything is close and accessible. We loved it and will definitely try to stay here again

Could not have been better (Almost)
The property is located close to downtown Palm springs which is only minutes away. This unit comes with covered parking (Uncovered for guests) which is great when the sun is out (Which is all the time). It is absolutely the closest door to the pool area which we used 3 times a day but rarely visited by the other residents... it felt like a private pool and spa which was pretty clean and quite acceptable (it's cleaned 3 times a week). The closet in the bathroom is stocked with pool toys which we took advantage of.. The unit itself is clean, spacious and well equipped with a full kitchen and in house laundry. Really good WiFi connected to the TVs which have the owner's Netflix account logged in. We've been coming to Palm springs for years and agreed between us that this was the best trip ever.
The only downside and quite tolerable give the excellence of the rest of the visit is the traffic noise from the adjacent Indian Canyon road which serves as a secondary main artery in/out of downtown.

No drama, great communication with owner and team before, during, and post rental.
If you're looking for a place that's comfortable, peaceful, and with character, this is the spot. Close enough to cool stuff, without being in the middle of everything.

A wonderful oasis!
We enjoyed a month here & the condo was exactly like the photos! The pool was literally right outside our door. Most of the time, we were the only ones enjoying the pool!
The complex is so nicely landscaped with friendly people & lovely views of the mountains. The gated dog run was a favorite of our dog & the best I’ve ever seen.
I would highly recommend spending time at this wonderful condo!
