This property was adorable and perfect for 5 friends celebration a birthday. like another reviewer stated, i think adding a couple of more seating options in the living area would make perfect. With that said, it wouldn't keep us from booking again.

Loved our stay in Charleston and stay in this apartment. Couple of things could have made the satay even better, kitchen not well stocked. Only 1 pan, 5 plates for 6 people, only 4 kitchen chairs for a place that fits 6. Living room furniture does not accommodate 6 people. Bathroom could use more towel bars. Other than that was great. Clean and great location

We were in Charleston for my sons wedding and had our other 2 adult children and partners with us. The pictures are accurate - there is an upstairs loft but there is nothing up there. Couch and chairs were comfortable. There were basic kitchen items but limited. We didn’t care because we weren’t cooking. It’s a ground floor unit attached to another building. Parking is available for a fee but we didn’t mind and it wasn’t a hassle. The location is amazing - just off king and market. We walked everywhere. I had a question when we tried to get in to the unit the first time and the property manager answered right away and was super helpful. Beds were soft and comfy and it’s a block off king in the shopping (not bad) area so very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

The owner of the property was so accommodating and the house was stocked with all the necessities which was really awesome. Super cozy home and wish all VRBO experiences were like this one.

This unit was extremely clean, great location, very walkable. Looks just like the photos. We were a group of 3 couples. Plenty of room, but could use some more comfortable seating by the TV. The kitchen was very nice but could use some pots and pans. Also some napkins and Kleenex. Would stay here again.

Nothing fancy or cool about this place but is very clean, looks exactly like pics, beds weren’t terrible, not much stocked but you’re in Charleston so we really didn’t want to cook. Location is FAB FAB FAB. I accidentally unplugged wifi plug and didn’t realize it and I couldn’t get tv to work…prop manager was over in 30 and fixed immediately. Great place would absolutely recommend and stay again

We stayed here for a wedding weekend at the Dewberry Hotel and it was such a great location. The house is tucked off the main road, so quiet and private so convenient to everything. It is renovated, modern and new - with a Restoration Hardware vibe. Would definitely recommend it for a stay in Charleston!

This is a wonderful VRBO property to stay in Charleston. It centrally located, fully equipped, spacious and clean. Our only criticism is that the beds in all 3 bedrooms are too soft. We know this is just a preference, but we would have liked to have at least one firm bed. Otherwise, everything else fantastic!

Beautiful property, short walk to king street shopping and historical district- very good location. Lots of towels blankets, nice washer and dryer and great kitchen.Small parking spot just fit our mid/small size vehicle. no outdoor space or seating
All in all- great place- would stay again if we are back in Charleston

Matt was a pleasure to work with! The house was perfect for 3 women to enjoy a weekend together. We loved the location and could walk everywhere! The house was cozy and serene. I would recommend this property and stay here again. My only suggestion would be to add a shower caddy in the front bathroom to hold toiletries.

My two daughters took a Mother/Daughter trip to lovely Charleston S.C and stayed at this wonderful property. Loved the charm and new appliances throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable and most everything was there that a person needed. Had a couple small issues and they were addressed immediately. The area is fantastic for great history, shopping and restaurants. We either walked or took an Uber for most places. Fine dining at its best! Very friendly people wherever you went-will be back! Felt safe and the city is kept clean! LOVE Charleston!!
