Free parking (but its like a maze there are so many exits but your key opens only one hard to find)

We were at the place around 8PM; I wasnt expecting a single flat like airbnb. The house wasnt ready, the cleaning lady was inside cleaning. She talked me i had to call before 30 mins of arrival :) why? If you have check in and check out time If i respect you respect as well…!!!

The apartment is spacious and has everything we need. Great location. It urgently needs renovation. Mylene very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is in poor condition and needs renovation and cleaning. The same goes for the balcony.

Location was good.

Property was too hot in the summer as no air con and the fans don’t do anything. It was so uncomfortable that we booked for 2 nights and moved to another place for the 2nd night that had air con (paying twice). Also taking a shower was an issue as no shower curtain or screen so after a really hot sticky night you couldn’t take a shower without getting water everywhere and no shower floor mat. Also the garage was too small for us to park our car so we had to pay and park in a car park up the road.

Fantastic location couldn't be more central. We used it as an overnight stop on our trip to Italy. Perfect and excellent value for money.

The garage was very very tight to get into. It would have been useful to have a bathmat.

Great location for Colmar

Many reviews have complained about the broken sofa bed and lack of shower screen. This has still not been addressed. Apartment is a good size but barren (resembles a poor student flat). Almost impossible to shower with no curtain. Parking is a real struggle. Very secure but don’t arrive in anything wider than a regular car. Colmar is a lovely town and the apartment is located well to see it. The sofa bed can not be slept on. We tried it and all the slats fell out. Only 2 small double beds are usable.

Nothing.. This property was advertised as having two bedrooms with five beds. We were in a group of 5 elderly men. The apartment was totally unsuitable, it only had three beds. We couldn’t stay there, and had to book into a hotel. We should be refunded..

Poor area, part of an office block and falsely advertised.

The location of the appartment is just perfect, with a balcony, central part, there is a grocery store and bakary near by. The appartment has enough space for a big group, comfortable beds and nice kitchen with the fridge and oven to cook. We were able to leave our luggage earlier than check-in as a cleaning lady met us and was very helpful.

It will be nice to change the sofa in the living room (needs repairing).

The location was excellent only a couple of minutes walk from the historic town centre. Mylene kept in contact with us on our journey and therefore met us punctually and quickly showed us the apartment so check in was efficient. There is free car parking and a municipal car park nearby which is not expensive. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, although not all were open ( it was January), along with supermarkets and shops. The flat was clean and we were able to cook dinner and breakfast with the equipment and utensils in the apartment. The flat was nice and warm. The price was ok. The flat has the potential to be fabulous with a little refurbishment.

The free parking is under the Mercure hotel so be aware that the entrance is quite narrow with headroom 1.8m. We were unable to use this with our Toyota Hilux. The flat is on the 4th floor and there is a lift but there is a small staircase to reach the lift which could be a problem for disabled guests. Beds were ok but not super comfortable. The furnishings look great in the photos but are now somewhat shabby and there is damage to some of the furniture. Only 3 mugs and one was chipped and very small glasses. The coffee machine also seemed to be falling apart. We appreciate that the pandemic and recession etc may have affected replacement and repair. We stayed 1 night on the the way down and 1 night on the way back from our holiday which was ok but if you wanted to stay longer there is no furniture in the bedroom other than the bed, bedside table and chair and therefore no place to hang or store clothes. There is a little space in a cupboard in the hall way but only 2 coat hangers. The microwave did not work although Mylene said she was not aware and did apologise so hopefully it will be fixed or replaced for future guests. The WiFi worked well on our first visit but didn't work at first on the second visit but Mylene responded quickly to our text and texted instructions as to how to get it working again so that was ok. The flat could be noisy as every time someone opened a bedroom door the other door also banged. It was obvious that other guests had tried to wedge the door shut. We couldn’t find any instructions for working the equipment and it is often useful to have this.

Mylene met me at my convenience, was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean with plenty of room and the location was excellent.

Nothing to complain about

The property was clean.

We were there at 3pm as communicated to the owners the day before our arrival but our flat wasn’t cleaned. The cleaner explained that she had to clean the other flat first as instructed by the owner. Also, I was looking forward to the breakfast after reading the reviews online. However when I messaged the owner to ask about it, the reply was that they stopped serving breakfast since the beginning of this year.

bed is not enough for 7person one of us don’t mind to sleep on sofa bed but it is broken, it is not extendable as few of the rack is broken, so one of us can only sleep on sofa, but not bed washing machine is only 6kg load

The garage is ridiculous. Impossible to get in with a normal car. The overall perception is that tis appartement is a little bit old fashioned, just ok for a short stay.

there’s no shower curtain, water all over the floor and parking is a little bit complicated 😀

Excellent location. We arrived early whilst the apartment was being prepared. The lady doing this was most helpful, especially in helping to find the underground car parking space.

There was no information in the apartment about the area,, what to see or do. The bath had a bath shower mixer. Threre was no shower screen, so showering was difficult and no working bath plug so a bath was not possible. No hand towels were provided .

Location great. View from balcony lovely. Apartment great size, very spacious.

Main issues were with the towels and bed sheets. Very old and doonas stained. Human hair in both beds and on pillow cases. Balcony wasn't clean and looked uncared for. Wardrobe had a door missing and the other two did not slide so unable to utilise it. Washing machine was full of washing! Presumably the sheets from the previous guests hopefully washed by the cleaning lady who we meet on arrival. We weren't sure so we didn't use it unfortunately.

Clean, comfortable and perfect size for our family of 5. The apartment had everything we needed for a weekend stay. 2 good sized bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen if you want to cook, comfortable living area and balcony that was a big hit for my boys to sit out and watch the evening sunset. A lovely close location to the centre of Colmar. Came with underground parking so no worries about our vehicle overnight. Was great to just park up and walk to all the wonderful places in Colmar. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

i love the location and the space.. but it could be better if it was cleaner

when we arrived in the arrival window, we were told our apartment was given to another family. We were fobbed off on a different apartment on a main road. no apology, never had such bad customer service before. The underground car park was also hellish.

Fantastic location right next to the beautiful old town, with a nice balcony to sit out on. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. The hosts were super-helpful. I'd messed up and booked the wrong dates, and this apartment wasn't free in our first night, so they quickly got one of their other apartments ready for us to use instead. It was much smaller but still very well equipped - and we were just so grateful that we had somewhere to stay!

The shower could have been better as there was no curtain so you couldn't really stand up.

Great location, literally on edge of the historic core. There is a grocery store very close. Has parking. There are nice views out the windows.

The parking spot is the typical very tight parking spot. The shower doesn’t have curtains.
