Absolutely loved the place and will definitely book again if we come back to Torquay. The location was fantastic being a short walk to shops, cafes and beach.

Breakfast wasn’t provided. Great location and undercover parking.

There was no soap provided for showers or baths. No toilet paper. All hand wash soap had 1cm of soap left in them. No tissues. No where to hang your bath towels. The house was very dirty. Stains on cushions, draws, shutters, mirrors even the tooth paste holder had dregs of past tooth paste. We stayed there in Nov 2021 and the house was clean and tidy and had all the amenities full and stocked which is why we decided to stay there again but something has happened between then and now and not for the better unfortunately.

The house was incredible. Spacious, clean, homely, grear furtniture, fully stocked, beautiful fireplace and boardgames for extra fun!!! We count ourselves so lucky to have been able to stay, even for just one night. This place would be great for families, young friends and families too. Superb location. Cannot fault and would love to come back!

Kept very clean. Very spacious living and dining areas downstairs, with lots of windows and sunlight streaming in. Luxurious kitchen with a butler’s pantry with a second kitchen sink for washing up. Look of holiday beach house, especially with the décor and light blue wooden bedroom doors. Surfing theme in decorations all around the house. Contrasted with a modern theme in one of the two lounges. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs, 3 toilets, one downstairs with a shower too. Big long dining table and 2 spacious lounges. Lots of entertainment available for spending time and relaxing inside the house including the piano and even bongo drums, board games, books and a box of soft toys.

Nothing much, just that the window shutters in the master bedroom, although adding to the décor and look of the house, did not fully block out natural light in the early morning.

Everything about the accommodation was great!

Great location! The house was cosy and warm when we arrived. We felt at home straight away. Short walk to the beach and cafes. Great place for a relaxing holiday!

The house is beautiful - comfortable beds, great location, close to supermarket and surfing beaches - everything we could’ve wanted! Even though we booked very last minute, Greg was super lovely and the house was spotless, couldn’t have asked for a better stay :)

We liked the two family rooms and the 3 bathrooms, parking was good, and the property was walking distance to the shops and beach.

The stairs were an issue, hard to go up and down because of the steep angle. we had a rail to deter the grand kids but it was not lockable. As a suggestion could you label the wheelie rubbish bins the days they go out for collection.

The Location was perfect. Close to shops and beach.
