The space was great

Was a bit dirty cupboards shelves . Spiders in the rooms and dead ones on the blinds stuck. Previous occupants shampoos left in bathroom. Windows dirty, bins were full but this was addressed. Lawn was mowed while we were there nice and early gardeners wasn’t away place was booked out so there was a gap in communication. Dead rabbit scattered around the grounds. Bed configuration was communicated incorrectly after my query

heaps of space and nice layout with the bedrooms separate from the main living area + a bonus lounge space upstairs. amazing views over the golf course, and there’s plenty of outdoor space facing different directions so you can follow the sun throughout the day. just a quick walk to the nearby beach which was good swimming and a lot less crowded than the main beaches closer to town. really nice balcony with BBQ was really convenient as well as the cooking utensils provided in the kitchen.

the water pressure and temperature in the bathrooms were quite poor, but not a huge problem.

Location was lovely. Very clean and spacious also. Linen was comfy and towels fluffy and thick. Beautiful smelling cakes of soap . (Vive)

Surprise there were no coffee pod machines. Master bedroom bed comfy. The other beds were apparently a bit hard

The location was perfect and the scenery watching the golf was great. Our family of 8 fit perfectly, plenty of room for everyone and great walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the main street for coffees

The dining chairs need to be updated, they were all scratched up and the toaster only toasts one side of the bread

Very spacious. Lots of room to entertain. Very clean. Plenty of dishes supplied that catered for my group of 10. Great heating.

Only small issue was the hot water. It was only warm not hot after letting tap run for awhile.

The entire process was easy..booking..key to access the house and reminders during the stay. House was very inviting, clean and great family house.

I thought the condition of the chairs around the table were very worn and not inviting to sit on. Also the street light was annoying at night time, you had to close the bedroom doors to block out the light…a bit hard as an external issue.
