Nothing
It was above a row of shops next to the main road. To access the property we had to walk down a filthy alleyway, past container bins that absolutely stunk of fish and animal remains from the butcher/fishmongers on the row of shops, there were maggots on the floor and hundreds of flies. We were offered a choice of the three rooms, in the back one we could smell the fishy bins and the front two were noisy from the road. The room wasn't clean, the stairway was littered with carrier bags full of stuff, dangerous and surely a fire hazard. We stayed for half an hour whilst we looked for somewhere else. When I messaged the owner to say we would be leaving, her answer was ok no worries, it seemed like this happens a lot to her. Definitely not cosy certainly not quiet. Don't book here, it's the worst place I've ever been to.

I liked that I didn’t have to share the bathroom with the other tenants.
The place is hard to find. I had to be directed by people who work in the shop downstairs. The place is accessed through a poorly lit alleyway infested with rats, bins and rubbish strewn across the courtyard.after going up a flight of metal stairs, I called the number on the booking form. A very rude lady answered and demanded ID. I told her my name but she insisted on passport or other form of ID which l did not have and had not been informed was needed. As I was talking to her she was sending me messages about ID pretending that it was send when I made the booking. I asked for my money as I didn’t have any ID to which she told me to go and get from booking.com. It was dark and I felt l was now a target for muggers. She suggested I take a picture of my bank card and my face. I did and sent her and she said she would let me in. I wonder how she could even see my face because it was very dark. When she let me l had to go through 3 doors like l was going into prison. The room was a good size but it stank of cigarettes. The noise from other people in the place was unbelievable. A t.v on loud speaker, people laughing like they were drinking, people banging doors and running up and down the stairs and the traffic noise made it impossible to sleep. The doors have no keys and it felt like someone was coming to my door every time they came upstairs.
There was no break fast at all.
It appears everything they advertise is the opposite of what you find at this place.
I realised later on that the picture l sent of my bank card had information l should not have shared but did under duress as l was getting desperate to be let in. So spent my evening cancelling the card with my bank.

The comfort of the bed and how clean the bathroom was! The host left tea coffee and even cakes for their guest it was amazing and personally I would come back again
The only thing I didn’t like was the smell outside the room I’m not sure what it was but it came from down the set of stairs besides that it would perfect <3

I'm glad we left alive.
This room is totally a scam.
1)there is unknown sewage greeting you at the entrance as shown in the picture.
2)there are bed bugs sucking your blood and giving you infection as shown in the picture.
3)there are drunk people banging on the room door and shouting aloud at 4am.
4)there are stinky smell coming from the restaurants downstairs.
5)there are traffic noises outside the window.
6)there is no breakfast, but a cheeky landlord claiming breakfast is served and refilled.
7)there is no smoke detector, so you are welcomed to inhale the second-hand cigarette coming from the next door neighbor. and there is only one steep narrow wooded staircase, so what if there is a fire? you are welcomed to jump out from the window.

Nothing. We were not expecting breakfast but we were expecting a decent tea/coffee facilities. Instead we had a pathetic wobbly table with unacceptably cheap teabags and coffee sachets and packets of crumbly biscuits together with a box of sugar cubes (yes sugar cubes as if it was the royal box at Ascot) that leaked sugar granules every time you picked it up. The mugs were old and decrepit, the glasses were actually filthy - see photos. The TV didn't work - see photos and in any event even if it had we would not have been able to control it with the remote controller which was held together with a grimy old sticking plaster - see photos.
"Quiet Cosy Rooms" is the complete opposite of what is provided at this place. The rooms are on a busy road - not quiet. The room was not cosy - it was bare and uncomfortable. It was also smelly because the smell of toilet sewage seeps back into the room - see photos. It also smelled of paint because the painting was so awful that paint stains were all over the floor tiles and cracks in the doorframes. The sheet actually had a cigarette burn in it - see photos. The shower couldn't be temperature controlled and leaked cold water at tap/groin level - see photos. When I challenged the host she had nothing to say except "these are the cheapest rooms in London" (they are not - we found cheaper perfectly cosy and quiet rooms at 2 hotels nearby) and she refused to offer a refund even though we vacated after 1 appalling night's stay.

Nice and clean room/bathroom,just a 4 minute walk from the bus station, nice location and neighborhood, simple but good things to eat for breakfast
the entrance is in an weird alley on the back of a building and that was hard to find at night because there where no streetlights but the owner explained everything to us about how to find it and how to enter so we didn’t have that much trouble and the matress isn’t that confortable but it’s ok to sleep on it

NOTHING****DO NOT BOOK THIS*****
DO NOT BOOK THIS - I TRAVELLED WITH A CHILD, ARRIVED LATE AT NIGHT 8PM AND COULD NOT ACCESS THE PROPERTY. YOU NEED A PIN NUMBER (WHICH WAS NOT SENT TO ME) ITS DOWN A DARK ALLY TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY. YOU GO UP A SET OF WHAT LOOKS LIKE EMERGENCY STEPS, LOCATION NOT EASY TO LOCATE. I HAD TO FIND ALRETNATIVE ACCOMODATION 5 MILES AWAY AS ALL HOTELS IN THIS AREA WHERE FULL AND THE OWNER IS ADVISING THAT I WILL NOT GET REFUND. WHEN I FINALLY SPOKE TO THE OWNERS THEY WHERE RUDE, UNHELPFUL AND BLAMED ME FOR NOT HAVING RESPONDED TO AN EMAIL THEY SENT ON THE DAY OF TRAVEL AT 4PM. THE EMAIL REQUETED PROOF OF ID BEFORE A PIN WOULD BE PROVIDED. I FIND IT TOTALLY SHOCKING THAT ON THE DATE OF ARRIVAL THIS WAS THE ONLY COMMUNICATION I RECIVED. I HAD MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND NO WHERE DOES IT ADVISE YOU NEED TO PROOVE WHO YOU ARE AND THEN WILL BE GIVEN A PIN TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY AS NO ONE WILL GREET YOU

The room was nice, small and cozy. Lit brightly. There were treats and coffee left for the guests. I believe there is storage under the bed but I didn't use it.
The apartment was at the back of an alley and there were dumpsters and rats outside. It smelt a bit too but that smell doesn't come into the house as the host make sure to keep the rooms smelling nice.

It was an affordable place to stay for our trip to wembley. 10 minute walk to train station
The area was quite dirty, the room was very hot with no a/c. Behind the bed was very dirty. The toilet seat was broken. The shower and sink took ages to drain away as it looked like it was blocked with hair and other gunk down plug holes. The inclusive breakfast is a few cakes. No spoon for tea or coffee, only one cup. No lock on doors.

We didn’t like the place at all.The worst experience ever. Charges somewhat equal to a two star hotel We believe. But not worth at all. Horrible Cleanliness .
We arrived this place first week of july We were shock to see the entrance first. They have their main entrance from the back yard with all the garbage bins .Neither name board or an assistant. We had to call them and get the directions of how to enter . There was key safe but no key was on it and again had to phone them to get the key safe number of the other key safe. it was sucks and it has another door with a password altogether three passwords to enter to the room. Its like a prison.
A very small room with Dirt. There was a small table with already used coffee ,sugar and tea with few packaged horrible croissants.Worst to worst Kettles wasnt cleaned for ages and it was with some sediment in the underneath. Had two dirty mugs .We had to clean those first to have some tea. Luckily we had brought our own tea as always. We requested a new tea cups but they said they dont have any to provide.Since it was night We couldn’t able to find another place to move. There was side drawer with full of dirt and.Window curtains ws the same.Full of stains.Bathroom was half cleaned .Toilet commode seat was broken .shower cubical started to filled with water with in few seconds when turned on the shower. No breakfast all .Only those half used item by someone.Horrible
This place should concern about the cleanliness first if they provide the accommodation to customers .Not cosy room at all. At the entrance of this place there is a day care( a kind of childrens’ activity place) Kids voices ruined our morning .Not safe at night as it a shared entrance and hall way .no outside light untill reach to-somewhat to the main entrance and some rats were passing from those bin at night It was disgusting and awful experience .

The only two good things were wifi communication and near underground and bus station
The so called Quite did not have not a Q of quiet and cosy did not have not a C of cosy. The room is located on the one extremely busy streets in Harrow, and since the sound isolation of the room is nonexistence you can hear even the lowest intensity sound. The same holds for the sounds coming from the rooms next door. There is obviously no silence/quiet time defined by the room owner, as we the guests in the room next door turned on music the very moment they entered the room (at 22:00) and we heard not only music but everything that was going on there. When I asked the owner of the room to ask the guests in the room next door to turn off the music and be quiet, she asked me "who are they"?!?!?!? There is no air conditioning in the room and no heat isolation, so it was terribly warm and humid in the room, just the same as outside. The room was not clean and especially holds for the bathroom. The water did not flow out of the sink. The room was offered as the one with breakfast. there is not even a B of breakfast. The breakfast consisted of instant coffee, tea bags, few lumps of sugar, honey, several coffee biscuits and several other sweets below the lowest quality level. The entrance to the room is from a very neglected and dirty yard.

nothing
everything! location was awful, the decor looked like a small child had painted it ! The furniture and curtains had paint splatters on them ! Bedding was creased and the towels which were supposed to be white were light grey and like sandpaper!

room was nice with a warm shower and bathroom and things were provided for breakfast which we weren’t expecting
lots of stairs to get to the property and 3 doors with different lock combinations. you share 1 key in the property and there’s 3 rooms that share this key which is a bit worrying if someone takes it and you can’t be let in again. would be nice if we could’ve had our own key to access the property
room was very warm, had to keep the curtains open and the window open at all times for it to be bearable
wouldn’t exactly call it quiet with a nursery next door and fans running all the time
overall a good property to stay at with good links to Wembley, good if you’re only staying there to sleep
no one greeted us when we checked in which we thought was a bit weird and I was just asked to send a photograph of my ID over before they told us how to get in the room which I thought was a bit weird and I felt uncomfortable doing

NOTHING, do t be fooled by the pictures!
it was disgusting, filthy, with rats running around outside and on the steps up to the front door
the entrance and stairwell was dirty, the stairs had no flooring just bare and dirty as we’re the handrails. there was a shelf in the hall with all the cleaning products on it which is not safe. the room smelt very strongly of cigarettes, the bed linen was dirty and creased like it had been slept in. the bathroom smelt of foul.
I couldn’t stay in the room for hygiene and H&S reasons so I am going to report the owners and demand a refund, they should be utterly ashamed.
