When you have small kids - you need to haul a LOT of stuff to the beach! We weren’t expecting to be this close to the the beach AND pool :) The unit is also perfectly thought out for a family and in close proximity to the square! When we didn’t grill for lunch or dinner - we took a quick five minute walk down to the square - it was really nice not to have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to

Overall, the property was very nice very clean. Well appointed had a nice community pool that was restricted to the condos in the houses inside the gate. The one downside to the property would be the numbers of people that come through the property all day from sunrise to sunset, they have access from a community across the street, which made the beach area extremely crowded but other than that would definitely consider again.

We had a nice, relaxing time at this beach property. The beach was a short walk away and super easy to get to. The location on Seacrest Beach was fantastic, with Rosemary and Alys Beaches within walking distance. Check in and check out was super easy. We cannot wait to come back again!

My friends and I did a girls trip here and it was perfect for the four of us. The location was clean and had cute beach vibes. We loved how close we were to the beach, you could walk and were there in 2 mins. We also rode our bikes everywhere, we had to rent 2 additional ones which worked out perfect. Highly recommend this stay.

We had the BEST time here! The house is situated perfectly in that it's private but also a 2 min walk to the beach and pool - and just a 5 min walk to restaurants and downtown Rosemary. We have two young kids so these details were key to the success of our stay here (if you know, you know). The place is clean and accommodated our family very well. The weather and crystal clear water were just an absolute dream as well.
We had a lightning storm one night that threw out the key fob access to the pool but the security guards were extremely helpful.
Will definitely be back!

Nice rental for family of four - 1 king and 2 regular twin beds so best for small children. Very convenient to beach and pool. Everything is very nice and comfortable. No clutter just perfect. I loved there weren3 full bathrooms. Definite plus when getting ready.

Property is well laid out and convenient to pool/beach. Having full bathroom downstairs is great. Beach is a disaster, as there is not enough room being sandwiched on either side by private beaches. Security guards could stand to be more friendly as well.

Beautiful and relaxing accommodations. The balcony was perfect for coffee and reading during the light summer showers. Bedroom linens were crisp and luxurious. The bikes were awesome and the walk to the beach was the perfect distance. All instructions were super clear. Wrist bands, pool key fob, gate key were ready upon arrival. Rented chairs/umbrellas from Seas the Day! Great beach location for photos! Walking distance to dinner! Don’t forget to find the hidden beach bar while there!

It was a wonderful trip. The location is perfect. We could walk to the beach and walk to go out to eat or shop. It was very easy to rent chairs and carry them with us. The condo was the perfect size for 4 adults.

This was the perfect house for our small family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Definitely tighter fit if you have a larger group so consider that in your booking. The rental had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. Equal distance to Alys and Rosemary beach. My only criticism is that the small private beach is shared with a larger community so chairs and umbrella are limited unless reserved in advanced (especially during spring break). The beach was crowded compared to neighboring communities.

This is our second stay at Beach Music, Sunset Beach and loved it as much the 1st time as the 1st. So convenient to the beach, a short walk, no need for a bike and close to Rosemary, Seacrest, Alys. We had one issue with the hot water getting cold quicky and it was repaired, conveniently, within 2 hrs. Use the Maintenace #/text, super responsive.

We had a great time staying at this property. My spouse along with my two children ages 2 and 4 had the best experience staying at this great home. The location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach. The home was clean and very welcoming with the decor. Easily the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in while staying in a rental. My wife and I and our two young children (2 years and 2 months) stayed here for a long weekend. Overall our stay was great. The location is perfect - walkable to the main Rosemary beach and Alys beach town centres. Also just a 60 second walk to the beach and pool. The house was nice although tight as only 2 bedrooms. The only complaint would be that the house could use a few minor aesthetic updates. The main entry rug was pretty worn and tired/stained. The master bedroom was also extremely tight. The king bed and two side tables barely fit. The shower upstairs also had some stains on the ceiling that were concerning (potentially mold/mildew), and the drain did not work well , leaving a puddle while you showered. Overall enjoyed it - the front yard area and porch were great for our kiddos and to have a drink/grill out!

The unit was very clean and the location was perfect. You can walk to shops, restaurants and beach in just minutes. I would not recommend for more than 4 people. The bedrooms are very tight. Property management was very responsive to issues. My family visited during October and the mosquitos were bad on the balcony and porch, then made their way inside the unit. Great outdoor areas--may be better in summer. The bikes were a bonus!!

This villa was decorated beautifully and so clean! Was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very very comfortable. Literally steps to the beach! Loved the bikes and utilized them the whole stay! It felt like home! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We will be back!

Loved this cottage - beautifully decorated and close to the beach. Great restaurants and little boutiques within walking/biking distance. And the location is perfect to watch the amazing sunsets on 30A! Can’t wait to return!

Great location, it is right near the beach entry. This can be at times a pretty high traffic area since the entire neighborhood enters here. Small beach space and a 3 row chair rental scenario. The online photos are misleading as there are 2 different appearing king bed bedrooms (with different bedcoverings, angles, window hangings--seems intentional), however there is 1 master with a king and 1 room with a double twin.

Excellent location in Seacrest beach. Very close to pool and beach. As described beach was crazy busy and 5 rows deep. We rented chairs and I was glad we did. We had a first row seat. The back is hot and people without chairs just lay down wherever. WE HAD SOMEONE LIE DOWN UNDER OUR UMBRELLA WITH ALL THEIR STUFF! House was well-maintained, clean and surprisingly had everything in such a small space. Company updated us when it was done being cleaned and was responsive when we had a maintenance issue. Overall I would highly recommend Exclusive 30A!

Much closer to the beach then pictures indicate. Kitchen is very well stocked with so many items you may need. Bike rides thru town were amazing. White sand beach is gorgeous and perfect. Water very clean and enjoyable to play on the waves no matter your age. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. Rosemary beach Main Street is adorable. Would highly recommend and we hope to stay here again in the near future.

House was very clean on arrival. Very nice having three bathrooms and being close to the beach. Had difficulty with front door lock..maintenance is requesting new lock from owners. Also lock box was difficult to open and close. Kitchen supplies could use an update.
