We loved everything about our stay. It was clean comfortable, in a great location and such a beautiful home. Phil and Sarah were wonderful hosts and we look forward to coming back soon 😊

We had a wonderful stay at The Orchard, situated in a perfect location, just a short walk from the town centre.
The house has a fantastic layout, with a large open plan living and entertaining area by the pool, with everything we could ask for, perfect for our family week away.
Sarah and her family were excellent hosts and very easy to deal with throughout our stay.

Kitchen with most of the cutlery. Pool is good but will be appreciated if we had heaters in it. Good outdoor seating and a barbie with gas bottle.
The lady was really friendly and gave me some information around the town before we moved but she claims that we damaged one of their furniture but we didn’t do any such things and started swearing later on but with out any proof or knowledge she shouldn’t have claimed on us. The damage might be there before we stayed in or she might have not noticed in her last inspection.
At the end, I spoke to all of my mates who were in the property and none of us didn’t do any suck damage. I spoke to the customer support of booking.com and they helped me solve the issue.
Also, she mentioned on the phone that she will block me and give negative feedback. I wouldn’t care what she does but honestly If we would have done something wrong, I would definitely pay them back. This is the only bad experience I had and rest all everything is good in the property and definitely value for money.

Excellent location. Well stocked and supplied. Plenty of GOOD coffee and tea. Ample crockery.
Top class bed linen and towels etc.
Large spacious bedrooms and living areas. Everything is well maintained inside and out.
The owners are very cooperative and helpful.
We will be returning to this place many more times in the future.

Toilet seat in main bathroom does not fit the toilet bowl and hence does not operate properly. Very inconvenient especially for males

Very spacious home that had everything we needed. owner was very accommodating and the location to town was fantastic - we could walk there in a few minutes.
Just a note that the pool isn’t heated (and wasn’t cleaned prior to us arriving) so we couldn’t have used it

The location was very good, and house met all expectations. I would happily go back next time I am in Yarrawonga.
Maybe better options for coffee. Instant coffee is a waste of time and money.

it was great place to stay and the house had everything we needed.
The beds were comfortable and having two bedrooms at the front and two at the back suited us as we had a baby in the house. Bathrooms and kitchen were lovely and also clean. The pool was a bonus.
First impressions of the front yard didn’t do the house justice but pleasantly surprised on entering the house.

Great house for a getaway. The location was quiet and convenient, only a short walk to town.
It was nicely decorated and well stocked with all the things necessary including pool towels, pantry items and fresh eggs!
The hot water took a long time to come through to the bathroom and the tiles were a bit slippery when wet.

We had a great time at this place as we all fit so comfortably in this house with a bedroom for each of us! It was very clean and spacious and perfect location! The pool was a little cold but it didn’t stop us from giving it a go! We will def be back! Thank you so much for being part of the memories that are built with weekends like the one we just had.
