It was close to shops

It’s outdated and not very clean stains on carpet and doors. Beds were like sleeping on springs .

Well presented
unfortunately I ended up with bed bug bites to my lower left & right arms. My husband was not bitten. I was sleeping on the bathroom side of the bed in Room 21.

Room next door was smoking weed and extremely loud. I am pregnant and have a three-year-old daughter. Contacted reception after my stay with no reply or even an acknowledgement. There was also a cricket in my bed and the floors are dirty.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We weren't expecting housekeeping to replace our towelling and empty our rubbish bags daily as we've stayed in a few accommodations and never saw housekeeping, but it was a welcomed surprise. The linen was so clean and crisp and the pillows and bed was so comfortable!
