Wir haben drei Nächte gebucht und hatten die große Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Es gibt ein hervorragendes Frühstück, das beste, welches wir bisher (nach 10 Wochen) in Neuseeland hatten. Die Vermieter sind unwahrscheinlich herzlich und haben uns für Unternehmungen gute Tipps gegeben. Lake Taupo und Rotorui ist sehr gut zu erreichen.

Die Lage war für Mietwagen Nutzer sehr gut, ruhig und dennoch in Stadtnähe; das Frühstück war hervorragend; Dave und Shami waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit☺️👌🏼

Etwas hellhörig, wenn man empfindlich ist. Und hat es nichts ausgemacht.

Our room was actually two bedrooms with a ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe attached to one of them. It had a very spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Our host Dave and his wife were most welcoming into the ground floor of their home. We availed ourselves of their washing service and lovely to come home to a washing basket of folded laundry This property is famous for its lavish breakfast and we certainly enjoyed a very pleasant array of breakfast items to start our 2 nights in Rotorua.

Great room, very comfortable. Beautiful surroundings and view. Breakfast was delicious. Listed as a Mediterranean, but it was so much more than that. Hosts were very friendly and personable.

Sehr familiär und äußerst freundliche Familie.Die Zimmer sind sehr neuwertig und mit Charme eingerichtet! Alles sehr sauber und richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück ist Superklasse,der Host macht noch dazu einen sehr guten Cappuccino!

The place was clean.

We booked this place because it said it has Air Conditioning. However upon arrival I was told yes it has air conditioning but the guests cannot control it. As my wife has asthma we need a controllable A/C particularly here as the sulfur smell from the geysers iratates this health issue,so closing the widows made it a hot sticky evening. Parking is very tight but manageable. The host should be more forthcoming on there advertising that guests CANNOT control the A/C.

Breakfast was good. Nice assortment of cheeses and meats. Yogurt and fresh fruit also. Great coffee made to order. Liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the main town.

Hot tub needs a new cover...couldnt open it without the hosts help. He is planning to buy a new one.

The host is very nice and helped me charging my car. The breakfast is very good. Wonderful view!

Everything! The hosts are lovely; the place is pristine clean, and comfortable. Shami is an excellent cook; you have to try her dinner, I did devour a whole lamb leg. I definitely recommend the place and will stay there at the next opportunity.

This was an excellent location just a few minutes drive out of the city with a view of the geyser and close to Te Puia. Our accommodation was downstairs with two beds, a kitchen and bathroom, and was very clean and comfortable. The cats were also friendly. Chatting with the owner over breakfast, which is served upstairs, was good to hear more about Rotorua and other parts of NZ. We would definitely recommend this BnB.

A slight mix up with the keys and initial access to the rooms was resolved quickly. There's nothing else to add in terms of negatives!

Great location, nice view, close to town & walks. The bed was really nice and comfortable. Dark rooms/curtains so that was good. Good shower pressure.
