Rude man so we didn't stay. Would love our money back

Nothing.
Very, very noisy heating fan, with no thermostat, so either you have to keep it running all the time and can't sleep because of the noise, or shut it off, and the room gets cold within minutes, poorly insulated.
Also, carpet on the floor, extremelly dirty and stained.

The staff was great and the bed was very comfortable!

We were arriving late and staff waited to give us a key.
The room we were in you could tell someone was previously smoking in that room even though it was a none smoking room. Did not make for a good sleep.

I needed a place to stay and everything else was sold out
dirty, unkept, nonsmoking room had been smoked in, poor lighting, dirty shower curtain, no coffee mugs, poor mattresses

Located in an area with many amenities. Quiet, comfortable room.

The court yard, bbq. The rooms faced inward to each other with lovely plants, benched. So u dont hear traffic. Quick check in. I was upgraded at no charge. Super clean! Full size fridge! Long stay available. They are my Rocky mountain house go to! Cozy duvets!!
The odd parking leading to the curb. Tough to park but doable.

Rooms clean, quiet location. Like the wood walls, gave it a rustic feel. On a side street which seemed to make it quieter.
There was no shampoo in bathroom and one of the lights was missing a bulb. Parking could be a bit tight.

The price of the room.
Stains on the carpet, and bedding. The room had a weird smell, and there was a rolled up dirty sock in the corner. The room was pretty inexpensive, so I guess the value was good, but we opted to sleep on top of our sleeping bags rather than the supplied sheets.

AC didn’t work, plumbing leaked all over my bath kit under bathroom sink they came and tried a fix with electrical tape and it still leaked, floor slopes down towards head of bed so you get the blood flow to your head, barely enough room to get between foot of bed and wall, stairs up to room do not have much room and parking is little to be desired had to jump curb to park.

Was quiet and cozy.
First off he said I only booked for 1 person , had to kinda argue a bit and when I showed him my phone that I actually did book for 2 people he changed his mind and said that he mistakes me for the other guy. Then he changed us almost $20 more that I booked it for.
No coffee stirsticks in the room, had to use the arm of my glasses, no shampoo either.
