Excellent location! Great size apartment! Layout worked very well for our group as we had a baby with us.

Upstairs room was very hot even with fan going! Air conditioning needed. A bit of a shame apartments layout aren’t flipped so that lounge etc upstairs instead of bedroom, to get the great view!

Location was excellent. Having someone on site to assist you with any local queries would have been as assistance. Nice clean rom with plenty space.

Very impersonable, no staff on site, had to check app to get into room as no receptionist.

Re: the apt - bathroom facilities need attention. For future installations...consider shower domes which will greatly reduce condensation/mould, etc.

The location is just fantastic - you are right in the heart of Raglan - close to the restaurants, coffee shops, vibe etc. The villa is lovely and quirky, with pretty well equipped kitchen, bonus dishwasher! The restaurant recommendations were good.

There are no doors on the bathrooms - which is a bit odd. The top bedroom has an ensuite - it is private as it is upstairs (and is the only room up there) but is a bit tricky not having a door on the bathroom. The downstairs bathroom also is an ensuite and also doesn't have a door - it just has a curtain. Also, the oven and other instructions are a bit out of date.

Very conveniently located at centre of town, walking distance to restaurants and shopping outlets.

We arrived after 6pm and it was already dark. Parking area was dark except when the light was switched on through motion sensor. We had to locate the room, key, based on info provided in email as there was no staff at premises. As there were three of us, one had to sleep at the living room but had to access the bathroom upstairs.

The apartment was very clean, though there was still food in the fridge and the rubbish wasn't taken away. The second bed was in the kitchen which was a bit odd, it was advertised as if there were 2 bedrooms.

Apartment furniture was covered in stains, hot water took an age to come through, not enough towels, never saw the staff...even to check in or out.

Cute cottage and wonderful location

There was a smell of damp throughout and there was no towel provided for the master bedroom (just a hand towel and bath mat). Presumably just overlooked but this niggled because it was a high nightly rate.
