Cette maison de ville bien achalandée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de merveilleuses vacances. Fajitas on Fiesta est situé dans le développement de Casitas à Sienna Hills, à proximité du parc national de Zion, de Snow Canyon, de la zone de conservation des falaises rouges et de nombreuses autres zones attrayantes pour les amateurs de plein air. Cette maison de ville dispose d'une grande chambre des maîtres avec un lit king et un lit superposé parfait pour un couple ou une famille. The place is located near zion and bryce for a great price. It has all amenities and community pool access that is need it after a long day of hiking.

Lacking some info on property, no wifi password, otherwise this was a great base for Zion National Park, ok for Bryce NP, good amenities nearby.

The property area was great. In a very nice neighborhood that you feel comfortable in. Property wasn’t completely cleaned though. Downstairs bathroom toilet was dirty with hair in the floor. Towels were left in the dryer and a basket of laundry was left on top of the dryer. Not sure if it was clean or not. Dirty dishes also left in the dish washer. Property was very nice just some cleaning that wasn’t completely done. We liked staying there and would stay again if we are ever in the area.

I was very happy with this property. The kitchen has a nice array of tools, a good selection of spices and a nice big table for dining. The living space and bedrooms were very comfortable. I appreciated the fact that it is pet friendly. A few more bath towels would have been nice for our big group, but there were also pool towels available for use. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice town homestyle home in a new community and new appliances. The pool is a nice treat on a hot day. Apparently by there’s another pool in an adjacent neighborhood where we also had access. The sleeping space is up to 12 but that’s if somebody sleeps on the couch downstairs and another utilizes the blowup mattress.
The code on the garage would not work for us. Consider getting a new remote, especially since it’s duct taped to the exterior wall.
Sand Hollow Reservoir and ATV area is 18 minutes away. Zion entrance is probably 40 to 50 minutes.

This neighborhood is a great place to stay in South Utah. The property is quite and has a great pool. It’s near the I15 so it is convenient for getting to all your activities. It is about a 15 min drive from most of the food places and stores but not bad.
This property has a great layout, very spacious for a small group. It was just me, my son, and 2 dogs on this trip so it was plenty of room. I have stay in another property in this location so we were familiar with the property. I do think the bunkbeds in the master I wasn't fond of but i understand why. I loved the fact that they had bikes, walking sticks, trekking poles, day packs, pool floaties, and a grill.
The only thing I would say was a negative for me is similar to other reviews that the place appears clean at first glance but wasn't really cleaned well. The floors were dirty and you could feel it if you walked barefoot. I wiped something up and the paper towel was brown. There was visible dust and hair in the corners of the floor, there was a hair in the downstairs toilet, some small hairs in one of the sinks in the master, some food left in the fridge, the counter tops were dirty to the touch, but i think the worst was many of the dishes were very dirty. There were serving utensils with chunks of food on them, all the glass had a drownish film on them, the pot lids had greasy fingerprints on it, the trash in the kitchen hadn't been emptied either.
All in all we like renting in this neighborhood.

We stayed for several days and had such a great time! Perfect for our young family. The house was fully stocked with all that we needed. The neighborhood was really nice and close to Zion. Our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Jeff was very responsive during our stay if we had any questions. Would love to go back!

Nice manager, location, pool. I really appreciated the access to toiletries and cleaning supplies, even though they dint require you to clean before to leave.

We enjoyed our stay…I was not able to get the garage code to ever work nor could we get the front door to lock using the code. Much of this probably could have been prevented by there being communication about the property. I received an email, which took me to the VRBO app and the brief instructions were listed. There was nothing personal about the rental whatsoever. No note from the owner, no greetings, no help on the inside of the unit to tell us odds and ends of things that most rentals do place for people visiting (suggested places to eat, things to do, identifying keys for pool, etc).
The rental was not dirty when we arrived but it was not exactly clean either. The closet had extra sheets available however, they were not folded and fell from the top of the closet; the shower was not clean at all in the master bedroom. Things were just a bit messy. Again, no communication from any person about the rental, only info from the app.

The check in was a little rough. We got there at 5 when the check in was supposed to be, but the cleaner was still there so we had to wait 20 mins in the garage while it was raining. When we got inside all throughout the night we were finding kid toys, crayons, little plastic balls in the living room, on the couches. I am glad we found them and the dogs did not eat them first. Other than that, the rest of the stay was great, clean bathrooms, towels and sheets! The host was accommodating to our needs!

Very nice 3 br townhouse complex with dbl garage & level entry for easy unloading. Large kichen/dining/living room/laundry room on main. Upstairs has Large Master bdrm with TV (K + 1 bunk beds) & ensuite (shower + soaker tub, 2 sinks), 2nd bdrm has 4 bunks, 3rd bdrm has Q & walk-in closet & TV, with shared 4 pace bathroom. Complex has lovely pool & hot tub on-site. Great visit 😎

Everything was great from beginning of our trip to the end! We went swimming, beds were comfortable, and we had all the amenities needed for a fun trip! We would definitely stay there again!

This is easily the best VRBO location we've stayed at. The listing was accurate and the price was fair. Nothing was exaggerated in any way. There seemed to be quite a few other vacation properties within the townhouse complex but it was very quiet. There are ample bike paths and trails close by. We didn't use the pool/hot tub but it looked well kept and clean. The owner typically answered questions literally within minutes. Overall, a great stay.

We loved staying at this property. There was plenty of room for us and it was in a very quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located near restaurants and Zion National Park where we did some hiking. Everything was set up nicely for our stay. We will for sure book it again in the future.

This place had everything we needed, it was very clean, had plenty of space, conveniently located to many hiking opportunities and our kids loved the pool!! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is planning on visiting the state and national parks nearby!

We picked this property to be in the center of all the amazing nature Utah has to offer. We also picked this property to have pool days in between the hiking days for the teens and just have a nice place to rest and enjoy. The neighborhood is meticulously maintained and the property itself was beautiful, well kept, had all the amenities needed, and spacious. The owners even have pool floaties, hiking poles, bikes, and backpacks in case you forget any of these items.
The only two things, which have nothing to do with the property itself, is a) we were grateful to be able to bring our dog but there is no space for them to walk (no sidewalks near the street) or space to go to the bathroom. We had to walk out of the neighborhood to get potty breaks and b) the pool area itself is beautiful but the pool bathrooms need maintenance. They were dirty, water was running from the showers (tried to turn it off but couldn't completely), trash wasn't cleared out, sinks were gross, etc. Luckily for us, this property is pretty close to the pool so we were able to run back to use the restroom if need be.
Overall, a beautiful property in a meticulously kept neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back! Thank you. :)

We loved everything about this place! It was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, conveniently located to explore St. George & Zion, and we absolutely loved the pool! We will be back!

We loved it, it was great for us. Close to the pool, great location. House was super clean. Check in and out was super easy. We didn’t have to do much cleaning. A couple of the down sides, the amenities listed soap and shampoo, but only one bathroom had 1 little hotel shampoo and a bar of soap. The other bathroom didn’t have anything at all. There were 12 of us for 6 nights so a little hotel shampoo was not gonna last us the week. So we did have to go buy some shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also, there were not enough bath towels. The listing says sleeps 12, but there were only 6 bath towels. There were 3 in each bathroom upstairs. There were enough pool towels, but a lot of us had to share bath towels. Those were the only things I’d say were a bit of an inconvenience.

We enjoyed our stay w kids and friends. Pool is a short walk. Mountain biking tralis are not super close but it was nice being in between Hurrican and St George trails. Having a large garage was really nice.

We had a great stay. We came down to mountain bike and the property is in a great location....it's central to all the mountain bike and hiking locations (can even ride to church rocks from the house). The pool in the neighbourhood is heated and was awesome to able to use.
The house was nice...Clean, good layout and enough space for all of us. It could use a few more dishes that are smaller for kids...but otherwise had everything we needed. One thing the house description doesn't tell you is that there is no driveway, so if your vehicle is too big for the garage (we had a truck and it didn't fit), then you need to park in the visitor parking just around the corner.
