Our stay at the ocean view condo in San Pedro was nothing short of exceptional. The property manager's outstanding service deserves a special mention—responsive, gracious, and incredibly knowledgeable, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. The condo itself, with its beautiful pool and quiet yet convenient location just outside of town, offered the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility. We relished the stunning ocean views and the easy walks to local bars and restaurants. Every aspect, from the rapid assistance with a minor toilet repair to the seamless organization of our excursions and flights, was handled with professionalism and warmth. In essence, our visit was a seamless blend of comfort, beauty, and superb management. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and grateful for such a memorable vacation.

Absolutely loved our stay here at Tres Cocos! Our family of four stayed here for 9 days and we absolutely loved it. Mike and Brittany were incredible hosts. They made everything so easy, from picking us up at the airport and getting baggage transferred to the condo as well as always having great tips for where to eat out. Truly a strength of this place is the team that is there to help you book trips and give advice on just about anything you could need. They give you a little cell phone to call them with should you need anything but they’re also always on the premises so never difficult to reach at all. The place itself was so clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Being set back from the main road a little bit made it so nice and quiet. This place is right on the ocean! The pool at this place is just lovely and we ended up utilizing it way more than we ever usually do when traveling. The five different excursions we were able to book with Brittany’s help were amazing and really made the trip so much fun. I would highly recommend anyone looking to have a nice combination of rest and relaxation along with some fun and adventure to stay here since it really does offer the best of both! Can’t say enough great things about this place or our hosts, Mike and Brittany!

The condominium was perfect for our stay. It is nicely located close to the bridge with easy access to restaurants and shopping.
The condo itself had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, the bedrooms each have a nice bathroom, and the furniture is comfortable. The place was also very clean when we checked in.
The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The beginning tour with Kimberly provided great information. While we did not use it often, they provide a cell phone for the week to make it easy to contact them and make plans on the island. They also will arrange everything from flights from Belize City to the island to golf cart rental.
Overall, we were very pleased with the condo and the staff.

The condo was perfect for two couples. The place was well stocked (kitchen and bathroom), the location worked really well for us (just a short walk over the bridge to the main San Pedro beach area), there was a grocery store right next door, and communicating with the owners was excellent. We would definitely book here again.

My son and I stayed here for a week of scuba diving. Most importantly, Kimberly and Chad are OUTSTANDING property managers and make the entire vacation rental process as easy as pie from meeting you at the airport through checking you in to your departing flights and seeing you off. The property was clean and there were no surprises - very comfortable for up to four people.

Kimberly & Chad we’re very knowledgeable and helpful planning our visit to Belize. Their property is a little north of town, providing a great base to explore the serene north side of the island or quickly pop into town for supplies or shopping.

Wonderful location, great communication, lovely view, had everything needed for cooking our own meals. Property was clean, great staff and really nice pool area. We really enjoyed staying there and would stay again! Hated to leave it and go home.

The location was great, just out of the business of San Pedro but close enough to get a quick meal when ever we wanted. Close to stores to get supplies and Kimberly and Chad were great with recommendations (Dive guides etc) and organizing our golf cart for us. Great bang for your buck

Unbelizable!
This property was perfect for us! Clean, comfortable, and great ocean view. The location—just north of the hubbub of town—was ideal. Kimberly and Chad were responsive and attentive to any questions we had, and by handling all the travel logistics from Belize City, they made it easy for us. The only downfall for us (and this is regarding the area, not the accommodations) was that much of the beach along this stretch is held back by a retaining wall so you cannot walk along and dip your toes in the ocean. I know, it was a minor thing. 😊

You can’t ask for a better location or better service from the management team. We have stayed at this location twice and Chad and Kimberly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They can arrange your tropic air flights, golf carts, tours, and even have your frig stocked with drinks for you! This condo is clean, comfortable, the pool and grounds are beautiful, and the location is excellent. There’s a grocery store just steps away and be sure to check out Coco Loco’s beach bar next door for drinks, great food, and friendly staff!

You can’t ask for a better location or better service from the management team. Beautiful complex + great hosts = Perfect vacation!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Tres Cocos!! Chad and Kimberly were wonderful hosts that made the whole process seemless! They set up our flight to the island, our golf cart rental, and even had beverages waiting for us in our refrigerator! The unit was clean and well appointed, with amazing views off of our private balcony! The grounds are kept up extremely well and everyone that we met in San Pedro were so friendly!! Be sure to pop in next-door to Cocos Locos for a beer and meet the owner James! We will surely be back again!!

Amazing stay...
I don't normally give reviews but our stay was too good not to share with others. First of all I cannot say enough about Kimberly and Chad, from long before our arrival to the very end it was an absolute please to deal with both of them. As I was spearheading a group of first timers to AC I had to reach out several times for information, not only did I receive great detailed responses they were usually within an hour or less. The property itself was exactly as advertised(a little better actually), we had a spacious 2 bedroom, great balcony with an pool and ocean view. The condo was very well equipped, we had everything we needed. They provided water(jugs), they also provided beverage provisioning which was very convienient to our group.

Best Sunrise View
Our first trip to Belize was every thing we hoped for thanks to Chad and Kimberly with The Landings at Tres Cocos. They arranged flights, booked adventures, helped with transportation, and stocked beverages for us. The unit was so pretty and clean. It had the best morning and evening views from the balcony. I don’t think we’ll make it 6 months before we try to go again!

Location is great, just North of town, easy to get to everything and just far enough away to be very relaxing.
The unit itself was great, closer to the Sea & pools than the pictures initially implied. Cleanliness was superb and beds were comfortable.
The tour providers they use are great.

Wonderful stay in Ambergris Caye
Great property in Ambergris Caye. Good location near restaurants and bars but just outside of busy San Pedro. Kimberly and Chad booked our Tropic Air flights, met us at the airport, arranged for a golf cart, had water and beer in the refrigerator, and took care of our luggage. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect property in a great location!
Kimberly and Chad were fantastic hosts. We arrived by San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi and Chad was there to help with bags and transfer to the property. The property was better than advertised, right on the water, very comfortable, quiet (concrete/block construction), and clean. We rounded up our trip here after 4 days of adventure in San Ignacio and were totally satisfied. If we return to Ambergris Caye this would be our first choice. Thanks again to Kimberly and Chad for making us feel at home and responding quickly to last minute reservation requests. Top notch service, a credit to VRBO!

Girls yearly vacay
Chad and Kimberly are absolutely amazing. Their place is well stocked, beautiful, safe and they are so accommodating. Communication is fast and efficient. They set up flights and golf cart. First time in Belize, and will definitely return and stay with Chad and Kimberly, again.
