Gorgeous TOP Floor - Oceanfront Luxury Condo with Garage and Elevator!
Les clients sont sûrs de passer des vacances mémorables dans ce condo entièrement rénové et luxueux entièrement meublé, au 3ème (dernier) étage, 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec ascenseur dans l'immeuble. Regardez les vagues de l'océan depuis le lit king-size de la suite principale "Sea Dolphins". La "chambre nautique" a un lit king et la "chambre sirène" a 2 lits jumeaux. Tous les draps et matelas sont neufs et ce condo est confortable pour dormir 6 personnes. Le salon est meublé avec WIFI haut débit et télévision par câble avec lecteur DVD. La cuisine est parfaite pour cuisiner et est équipée de tous les NOUVEAUX appareils, entièrement approvisionnée en ustensiles de cuisine et dispose d'un robinet d'eau à osmose inverse. Ce condo a son propre système de filtre à eau Rain Soft pour toute la maison. Il y a un accès à la plage à côté du bâtiment et profitez de deux piscines communautaires extérieures et d'un court de tennis. Situé avec une vue frontale sur la plage / l'océan et une vue arrière sur le marais / Intracoastal, vous pourrez profiter d'un après-midi d'observation des oiseaux, de peignage de la plage et de sports nautiques. Pratique pour faire du shopping, manger, spa, golf, vie nocturne, canotage, pêche, activités nautiques et location de vélos. Un court trajet en voiture des parcs d'attractions de la région, vous pouvez sortir et profiter des activités locales ou rester pour se détendre et profiter de la vue paisible. Il y a beaucoup d'observation des oiseaux avec des troupeaux de pélicans quotidiennement. Observez attentivement les vagues de l'océan pour voir des groupes de dauphins se lever pour prendre l'air tout en prenant leur repas du matin ou du soir. Les lève-tôt peuvent voir le lever du soleil sur l'océan depuis le balcon et ne manquez pas les magnifiques vues du coucher de soleil sur le marais depuis le côté ouest (entrée) du condo. Inclus est un espace de stationnement couvert où il y a un garage privé pouvant accueillir une voiture supplémentaire et un stockage supplémentaire d'articles de plage. De plus, une carte de stationnement supplémentaire pour les invités. Si vous utilisez le garage, vous pouvez garer un total de 3 voitures. Il y a aussi un placard de rangement dédié près du garage pour un accès pratique à vos chaises de plage et jouets de sable.

Our family ( grandparents, parents, and teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. We ( the old folks) spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view and the most comfortable deck furniture ever!
The condo was well stocked, beautifully decorated, with many “extra touches”. We enjoyed finding all the dolphins…glass, china, wood, hand-painted, etc

We loved our stay and will definitely come back! Views were unbeatable with an unobstructed ocean view out the front and marsh view out the back! The beach was nice and quiet- a perfect family get away! Property owners were responsive to all our needs!

Beautiful top floor 3bd/2ba condo with elevator, pool and walkway to the ocean. Hosts were gracious and quick to respond to any questions. Very knowledgable about the area and best restaurants. I particularly liked sitting on the covered deck drinking my morning coffee and listening to the ocean. Condo had everything you would have at home, and written instructions where needed. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Our family stayed here for an extended weekend and the condo was immaculate with a great view and access to the beach/pool. It has and elevator which made access easy for our aging parents.
It was packed full of beach supplies so no need to bring much. Chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. We brought tennis rackets and played tennis as well.
The owners were very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The condo was great. It was very nicely decorated and had all the amenities. The beds were super comfortable, and the building was very quiet. Wilmington is one of our favorite areas; now, we have a preferred location.

This place was perfect for our family of four. We came for spring break and a college visit and despite the cooler temps, it was perfect. The view is amazing and the condo had everything we needed and more. Beds were super comfy and the owners were wonderful with their communication and information. We would definitely return. It is very close to the city of Wilmington and dining/shopping. But all we heard at night was the sound of the ocean. Amazing!

The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, amazing views. Great location, private but still close to restaurants and town. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. We had a lovely stay at this beachfront condo. Provided all the necessary amenities, clean upon arrival, and comfortable. We visited over the Fourth holiday and it was still so quiet and crowding was never an issue. We hope to visit again next summer! Had a wonderful few days at this lovely condo on the peaceful north end of Wrightsville Beach. Hurricane Ian interfered somewhat with our plans, but our host Jim was most helpful and very accommodating with our change in plans. The condo is very clean, thoughtfully decorated and well stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Master bed is super comfy.

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had!
Our stay at this location was nothing short of amazing. The owners are EXCEPTIONAL hosts and truly care about each and every guest and making their stay as personal and as wonderful as possible. Jim and Peggy were in contact before and during our trip, giving us all of the best information, directions, and recommendations we could have hoped for, as well as after our trip to make sure we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay. I could truly write a book about how great they were! The condo was gorgeous - full of beautiful, hand painted works of art, family pictures, and fun beach themed decor. It was also fully stocked with absolutely anything we could ever need, even down to box fans for white noise at night, a high chair, and a splat mat for messes. The views were breathtaking and the surrounding area was peaceful, laid back, and relaxing. To say we enjoyed it would be an understatement. My son celebrated his 1st birthday here and absolutely loved his first beach experience. If you’re looking for somewhere that’s family oriented and a beach that isn’t too crowded or busy with a little one, then look no further! We are so thankful to have gotten the opportunity to stay here and to meet Jim and Peggy, and would highly recommend booking with them!
