BIENVENUE A ST AUGUSTINE BEACH! Détendez-vous et profitez de ce condo de 3 chambres, 2 et ½ salle de bain. Cette maison est située à un pâté de maisons et demi de la plage et à distance de marche des commerces et restaurants locaux.
L'étage principal présente un plan d'étage ouvert avec beaucoup d'espace et de lumière naturelle. La cuisine comprend des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et est entièrement équipée pour que les clients puissent préparer leurs propres repas. Le salon dispose de sièges confortables avec une télévision à écran plat, le wifi et le câble Xfinity. Les trois chambres et deux salles de bain complètes sont situées à l'étage, avec une demi-salle de bain au premier étage. Il y a un lit king size dans la chambre principale et des lits queen dans les deuxième et troisième chambres. Sortez par la porte patio pour un patio magnifiquement paysagé qui est clôturé pour plus d'intimité. Le patio comprend des meubles de patio pour votre confort et vos repas à l'extérieur. Amazing spot and amazing location l. The place couldn’t have been any better and the host was all as well!

Good location. Loved the patio. Spring break so probably noisier than usual. Place was neat and clean but could use a little updating.

We were so happy with this rental. The inside is totally updated and clean, comfortable and so well equipped. The beds were comfortable and had quality sheets and pillows. The bathrooms were modern and had soft fluffy towels. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils need to make a meal. Great back patio for enjoying time outside. The rental is a short walk to the beach and a short walk to drive to many great restaurants. A 10 min drive to the city of St Augustine give access to all of the historic sites there. We’ll come back again!!!

There are a lot of restaurants in the area and easy access to St Augustine. We went to a show at the St Augustine Amphitheatre which is only a few miles away. The condo had everything we needed for leisure and for meals. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved staying at this place. It is super close to the action near A street, but not noisy. It is spacious and clean. The owners were friendly, helpful, and highly communicative. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay here. Communication was more then amazing, Lee and Steve were very responsive. The house had everything you could need. The towels were soft, kitchen well stocked, house was a lot bigger then I expected. Master bed was super comfy. Rooms had black out windows making it very easy to sleep. Walking distance to the beach and food. There’s that yummy taco place on the corner. There’s fans in every room as well. Pretty much everything you need for vacation is in this condo. Driveway fit both our SUV and car. Will be coming back!

Very nice vacation spot. Home had plenty of room with decently stocked kitchen. Home was surface level clean - could use a good spring cleaning. Would stay again! One recommendation, have a child lock on cabinet under kitchen sink that houses chemicals.

The property was clean and very spacious. The mattresses were so comfortable. Everyone in the family commented on this. Towels were plush, kitchen was well stocked and had every utensil we could need. We also appreciated the beach chairs, as we had forgotten to bring ours. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Property was just as described, and the reviews were spot on. Very clean, close to the beach and great foods/drinks, and all the amenities you could think of.
Linens and towels (including beach towels) were nice and clean, beds were super comfortable.
We appreciate the hospitality and would highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable! Lots of room to move around. We had everything we needed. We had some young people out on the street on Friday night making a ton of noise, it made it difficult to sleep. Other than that it was a great stay. Close to restaurants, the beach and downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was cozy with everything we needed, including big fluffy beach towels. The brewery and burrito stand were patronized often. Stir It Up had great smoothies. Lee was very hands on. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, the condo is very comfortable and is in a terrific location. The condo had been well cleaned well before our stay. There is some wear and tear—bedroom carpets could use deep cleaning. For instance, a small bath rug was placed next to the primary bedroom’s bed, turns out it’s hiding a large stain. Some of the paint is worn or a bit dirty. But I can’t stress enough that the kitchen, bathrooms, hard floors, and linens were quite clean. There were more than enough bath towels and beach towels. The owner provides beach chairs, but that was it. I purchased two inexpensive beach umbrellas/anchors, and two boogie boards, which I told the owner I was leaving for future guests to use. Since we were flying, we couldn’t take them back with us. There is not a wagon provided to transport chairs, etc. to the beach, unfortunately. The kitchen is decently equipped, and appliances are in working order. The stackable washer/dryer work well and are surprisingly large. The owner and property manager were very responsive. I would definitely stay in this property again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2.5 month-long stay. The area has it all - the beach, restaurants, and things to do. Not far from old town St. Augustine which is well worth visiting. Our host, Lee, kept in touch, and even bought new pots and pans for the unit when we mentioned a need.

The condo is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need! Very efficient kitchen, all new appliances, all the beds are super comfortable. The area is very nice, coffee shop around the corner, steps to the beach. We will be back next year!

The condo was very clean with nice updates. Everything was as described. It is about a block and a half from the beach....which is also beautiful!
All linens and beach towels were provided plus there is a washer and dryer so that helps with packing lighter.

There is a Walmart, Publix and and a few other stores close by for shopping in case you don't want to eat out all the time, or to just stock up on drinks. One thing I wish is there were a few more pots.

Beach Trip
Great location and plenty of room. The city was a short drive away and the beach area was fantastic. You can easily walk to the beach and restaurants. The only suggestion I have is to add that there is no alcohol allowed on the beach to your check in information email that is sent out. We would stay there again and have recommended it to all our family and friends.

Great location!
Our family had an unforgettable stay at this wonderful condo. It was exactly what we needed. It wasn’t fancy but they’ve thought prepared for our stay! They had beach towels and beach chairs and it was perfect!
Also the owner checked in on us to see if we needed anything and leaving was a breeze— definitely recommend!

This place was amazing. The location is phenomenal - literally could not be in a better spot for access to the beach while being close to restaurants, bars and the Kookaburra coffee shop.
The place itself is very nice. Nice backyard, very spacious and has modern updates. Many bathrooms, great natural light too.

This VRBO is just as advertised. Comfortable beds are top priority and the beds were great. The hosts definitely go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach and several restaurants.
