the room so clean

This condo was just perfect for us. It was unexpectedly filled with amenities! Very comfortable and clean. Great view of the Gulf. Great location near everything. WiFi reception was not the best.Spotty at Best. Also the outdoor pool was closed because of construction so be sure to inquire if your a pool user.The company providing beach chairs and umbrellas surprised us 1st day by not letting us put up our umbrella. No not anywhere. We were told the HOA at Sundestin set this rule. This was dissappointing as we are older and need shading. We dont need a TENT which was allowed or we could use the expensive beach service. Not a good start to our relaxing vacation. 😒. After we got thru all that, things were good. None of this was any fault of the owners. We enjoyed our stay in a comfy place and left feeling relaxed and renewed.

The unit is updated and in good condition. Loved the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The location and view are fantastic. Owner supplied beach umbrella and chairs can be used a little further down the beach as the area directly in front of the building is rental umbrellas only. In unit laundry and kitchen were perfect. Just what we needed for a lovely vacation.

5 Stars!!! The location, the condo, cleanliness, communication were all top notch! Owners answered any questions promptly and everyone we made contact with at the resort was super helpful! Will definitely stay again!!! All my favorites were in close proximity to the condo as well! Target, Starbucks, chick fil a, so many restaurants!

The condo was super clean and located in a prime spot. Decor was nice and we were comfortable. Only complaint was the master bedroom bed. Sheets wouldn’t stay on and bed or maybe the topper was way too soft. We slept on the Murphy bed which was great.

The owner has this property set up as home away from home! Very comfortable unit and balcony with view of the beach. would love to return with our grandchildren!

The condo we stayed In was very clean and had all amenities we were looking for. The owner had everything there for us. Coffee maker, pots pans, grill, towels, washer and dryer. Overall great stay

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The owner was very quick to respond to all questions. The pictures that are shown in the listing are exactly what it looks like. It has every amenity you can imagine, and then some! We loved having the Keurig and coffee available in the mornings. There were items like an air fryer, crockpot, toaster, and ample cookware and utensils, just to name a few. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. Although we did not sleep in them, the two bunkbeds in the hallway had a little cubby with an outlet and a dimming light in each. There were extra blankets in the living room which came in helpful since it was a bit chilly when we were there in March. The washer and dryer look to be brand-new and were awesome to have! There are a variety of beach items on the balcony - a cooler, boogie board, sand chairs, umbrella, and a foldable beach wagon. **FYI although there is an umbrella, you are not allowed to take it to the beach. You can rent chairs and umbrellas if you wish. The location of this condo was fabulous - closes to many restaurants and Walmart. We stocked up on food for breakfast and lunch for the week. There are also freezer packs in the freezer which was great for the cooler. There is also an ice maker which we loved! We would definitely rent again!!

Had a great stay in Destin. This place had everything we needed for our stay. It is located within a resort condo that has easy access to the beach, great pools and a bar/restaurant. Close to anything in Destin that you want to do. Hosts and condo were great to work with.

Short little visit to Destin. Lovely stay. Accommodations were wonderful. Loved our balcón view of the ocean. Everything was perfect. We have already booked a return trip.

We had a beautiful view and a lovely stay in Destin. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I have two children, 16 and 13 they had a good time however, I think it would’ve been better if the water was warmer and they could swim during the day but other than that Dustin is beautiful. The place was nice. We had a fun time.

You could see that the kitchen had been redone & was nice. Cleanliness was good. Bathrooms are very small, vanities have no counter space & toilets would barely flush. Bed is not comfortable at all. View was just ok, obstructed because of a roof of some sort.

Girls Trip! This unit was very comfortable for all of us! The beds are amazing, including the murphy bed. The bunk bed was big enough for a adult to sleep in, which was a nice surprise. We had a car and had plenty of parking, but we did utilize uber to go to the harbor for our fun tiki sunset cruise. The view from the balcony is amazing, and you feel like you are on the beach. There is a very nice and warm indoor pool, an outdoor pool and the beach is steps away. outdoor showers are available. This unit does have everything you could ask for. The washer dryer is an added bonus. The owner left us treats, candy and chips, and left a huge variety of kcups for your morning coffee! We walked to back Porch to eat. Its on the beach and has an excellent selection of local seafood. Blalocks, is a seafood market, and is probably half a mile away. call or order online and your food will be ready to eat as soon as you get it home. We had fresh shrimp and crab legs! Yummy

We had a great time at this property, had other family members in other condos rented through the on-site company that paid a lot more and they were nowhere near as well furnished as this one. We stopped at the store for a few things on the way and never needed to go again, since just about everything was provided by the wonderful owners. Sunblock, shampoo, body wash, lots of towels, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie board, pool float, I could go on. Owners also answered questions very quickly, I asked about the wifi, not realizing that it was on the paper the room keys came in, and was answered very promptly. There were no issues, there were lots of places to sleep, lots of blankets, loved the bathroom and a half, the in unit washer and dryer, everything was perfect.

Overall very nice. The owners have done very to improve an older property. They were very easy to communicate with. The condo gave us no issue, water pressure is low and the place is a bit dark but thats beyond their control. Deck has pretty good view of the beach. Loved the washer/dryer as well as the fact that they had coffee, sugar and cream with a little welcome basket of snacks. Even had several water bottles cooled for us. They had all the toys kids would need as well as a cart to hail back and forth. Nice restaurant/bar downstairs and the staff were very friendly.

Anniversary trip

Will definitely try to stay here on our next trip to Destin.

Great stay

This condo is really nice! It is on the 3rd floor close to the elevators. The owner provides everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Sundestin is in a great location and is right on the beach. I highly recommend this condo.

Enjoyed our stay at Sundestin and the condo was just a described. Pools, on-site restaurant and store were great. One item of note, Beach Service (umbrella and chairs) is not included with the rental and the cost is $60/day.

Great location, & awesome beach access

My family and I recently stayed and it was just what we were looking for! The condo was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. You can’t beat the beautiful beachfront view especially early mornings with the dolphins. Paul was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay great. Two things: 1. The WiFi is pretty slow and would cut out often but we were on vacation and enjoyed having time off our phones. 2. The ac can’t go below 72 which was an adjustment for us who keep our home super cold. We kept the fans on and that helped a little but wish it could’ve been cooler. All in all, if we are ever in Florida again- this will be our place! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

A very good location on the 3rd floor and the room felt comfortable. And there was beach accessories included too! A canopy a cart for the stuff, some shovels and some bodyboards. Overall, the hotel was a very nice vacation stay place.

Great place and a lot of fun

We had a great time. Only downside was that we wanted to check-in early, but the room was not ready, but we understand. The property is well maintained, clean, has beach equipment (chairs, boards, etc.), fully-equipped chicken.
