Everything was great. Beautiful place, good location, very clean and safe, 3 pools, awesome host. One very small item-we could not lower the AC below 71 degrees. For those who prefer sleeping in a meat locker, like me, this would be noticeable. For others, maybe not a big deal.

We had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and comfortable. We were greeted upon arrival and given a quick overview of the property. The unit was within walking distance to great restaurants. The beach and pool were not crowded. The location is safe and convenient. Will definitely rent here again.

Check-in process was excellent. Danielle was helpful in giving us tips on local questions we had on what to do and where to go. Condo was clean. As others have said, it is nice in person than the pictures. it is very spacious. View is gorgeous. We enjoyed the 3 pools on the premises and many excellent, walkable restaurants. Would stay here again.

We loved almost everything about our stay, except the beds (not the most comfortable mattresses). The beach was right across the street, we felt safe on the property and when exploring the island, and we found great restaurants close by. I’m so happy with the decision to stay at Oceania Residences!

First-off, the location rocked. It's quiet over here, but there are plenty of restaurants to keep you busy. The taxi ride to Palm beach for dinner was only $9. The condo was absolutely lovely. The neighbors were really nice - saying good morning to us while having our morning coffee on the terrace. You cannot beat the view! It's AMAZING anytime of day. The balcony spans one bedroom and the living room so room for all four of us. Laundry in the unit was really helpful. Shower was hot and had AMAZING pressure. You can drink from the sink making things much easier. Please update the listing's photo because the fitness center has been souped up with lots of equipment and is very modern. Really impressed and one of us used it everyday. The unit had noodles, and water rafts and a cooler which was really helpful. Ana - our check in assistant was so awesome and friendly and kind and helpful. Her energy set the tone for our Aruba adventure. It was truly a perfect stay and we would 100% stay here again! Thank you!

Communicated minor issue (no coffee maker) with local property management, who addressed it immediately. Great view and location on less crowded Eagle Beach. Condo complex has multiple pools and tennis courts. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our 5th visit to Aruba and our first time staying at Oceania. We absolutely loved the complex. It is in a great location! Easy walk to many restaurants. Our place was so nice! Only issue was the musty smell in our unit. I don’t remember other places we have stayed smelling so musty. Other than that the place had everything we needed! Beach towels , beach chairs and a cooler too. So nice being right across from Eagle Beach which is the prettiest beach on the island!

We stayed at the Oceania Residences-Palm Building in August 2023. We had a wonderful time. The condo is in a great location on Eagle Beach, which is short walk outside the gated resort complex. The water was calm, clear, and shallow so it was perfect for relaxing. I suggest renting a car so you can freely explore the island. I highly suggest you get away from the expensive tourist restaurants and look for the local spots for great food. The Old Cunucu House and Pika's Corner are great! The grocery store and plenty of restaurants are within a few mins of the condo. Our family of 4 was comfortable with all the basics such as beach towels, chairs, WiFi and the basics in the kitchen. I suggest you bring your own water bottle to refill and stay cool. Ricardo was very responsive and helped us extend our reservation when we missed our flight to Aruba.
Con: There's a large resort being constructed next door. We didn't notice much noise from it but it's worth mentioning in case someone is sensitive. We could hear some banging around one pool area, but we weren't bothered.

We loved staying at Eagle Beach for this stay. We enjoyed the beautiful pools and the walking distance to the beach and the nearby restaurants. The view was incredible so we enjoyed sitting on the deck. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Being provided a parking spot for our rental car was also very convenient as we enjoyed taking daily excursions (unit’s beach chairs/cooler came in handy). Having more adequate lighting in the second bedroom and more updated appliances would have made our stay in this spacious condo even better. I recommend this unit for your stay in Eagle Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property on the happy little island of Aruba!! It is exactly as advertised. The Oceania residences are a great complex! Highlights of our stay are as follows:
- Very clean condo. Bright, white and refreshing. Clean modern look
- Gorgeous view from patio out over complex to Eagle beach. Stunning sunset views in the evening due to it being on the 4th floor.
- Ideal amount of room for a family of four with two older children (22,17)
- big comfortable beds and roomy bathroom and showers.
- great walk in closet in master bedroom so easy to hang and store vacation clothes and feel like you are temporarily living somewhere instead of staying
- Nice breakfast bark and eating area so very good to stay in for a few meals
- Absolutely stunning island location. Eagle beach is fantastic and not very crowded at all. In addition, excellent walking path for morning jogs/walks
- The beach is literally across a small not busy street from pool. Makes it so easy to pick a spot to drop stuff and then people can go back and forth with ease and not have to pick pool or beach....helps to not have family deliberations and decisions :)
- Walking distances from a few restaurants and convenience store.

Quiet condo overlooking eagle beach. If you don't mind walking, this place is perfect. Pillows & beach chairs could use an upgrade but overall, perfect. Grounds were immaculate & pools very clean.

My husband and I stayed in Unit 415 at the Oceania for 6 nights with our two teenage daughters and had a wonderful time. The location and views were wonderful! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, the proximity to Palm Beach was excellent and there are no words for the beauty of Eagle Beach and having it just across the street. I loved that Anna( from the property management company) met us at the condo to go over things and show us around. I would definitely stay here again. The only complaints I have are just personal preference things. Two of the beach chairs needed to be replaced, but we were able to use them. There were only 2 bath towels, one washcloth and one hand towel for each person for 7 days. We would have preferred to have access to more bathroom linens for sure. We had to do laundry several times while we were there. The beds had super firm/hard mattresses and I am accustomed to a softer one. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay in Ricardo's unit again!

Wonderful stay and great location
This was a great place to stay for a vacation in Aruba. Right across the street from the best beach in Aruba. The pools on property were wonderful as well. They were constantly keeping the whole complex clean and loved how friendly everyone from the security gate to the workers on property were. It was very close to many things too like grocery store, some restaurants, and an easy scooter ride up to Palm Beach to the massive hotel zone if you want to do that too. Would gladly stay here again. The management company was very helpful for both check-in and check-out.

This is my 4th or 5th time staying here, and I just love it!!!!! The property manager and owner are very helpful. It is so close to the beach, restaurants, and a great grocery store. Amazing Caribbean views. I can't wait to go back later this year.

Perfect condo
This is my third time staying in this condo, and it is wonderful! Right across the street from Eagle Beach. The condo is spacious with amazing ocean views. It is a short drive to a great grocery store and walking distance to a number of restaurants and activities.

We had a great time at the property. Location is great on Eagle Beach - soft white sand and no rocks or seaweed! You are away from the crowds you see at Palm Beach and can enjoy the amazing beach without hundreds of people around you which is exactly what we were looking for. There is a bike/walking path along eagle beach and we brought along our kids scooters so they could scooter to dinner while we walked. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance and the supermarket is about 15 mins walk. We opted to not get a rental car during this trip and it works out fine. A taxi up to the Palm Beach hotel area was only $9 and taxis arrived very promptly when security called one for us.
Our kids are 10 and 8 and had a great time The property was quiet and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment is relatively big and as our kids get older it helps a lot having 2 bathrooms and some space.
The property itself was well maintained and the gardens were well looked after. The gym was quite good for a hotel gym - relatively large range of dumbbells up to 50# with the normal cardio machines. I am a Crossfitter so care about hotel gyms and thought it was worth mentioning. I highly recommend using the walking/running track along the beach though!
Overall we were very happy with our stay and would come back again.

Amazing Stay
Great condo. It is the second time I have stayed there. Spacious 2 bedrooms with ocean views. The complex has 4 pools and access to Eagle Beach. The owner was very helpful, and Aruba Homeminders was great. Also close to shopping (Super Food) and restaurants. I would come back again in a heartbeat.
