Had a great time at this location...Dana Point is a short drive over the Ortega Pass. Lake Elsinore oldtown is small and the people there are open and friendly! We will make this an annual trip and hope to rent this property if available.

Our family had a wonderful time together and this home made it possible. It was large enough for us, well equipped kitchen, plenty of activities for all ages, clean, well maintained property and home. Often photos don't tell the whole story. In this case they don't. The home was much better than we anticipated. The "host" was very accessible and promptly answered texted questions.

Was a fun, quiet and comfortable place for our group of 8! David was a great communicator and we had everything we needed for the stay. Only small cons were only two bathrooms and toilets were not comfort height making it difficult for our family over 80. Overall had a very nice stay and enjoyed the neighborhood and the poppies!

Everyone in our group absolutely loved the home and area! All of the kids stayed in the pool the majority of the time. We had to make them get out due to how pruney their skin was. We were worried about it splitting! Haha! Plenty of room for our large group as well! There were 4 adults and 8 kids. Plenty of space, beds and household needs. No one was tripping over the other and there was plenty of sitting space! Definitely recommend renting this beautiful home if you're looking for a place in the area. We had the San Diego city passes and it was about an hour to an hour and a half drive each way for the activities that we picked. It was totally worth it though! We are also a family of reptile lovers! There's so many different types of lizards that roam the back yard and some are fairly friendly and would get pretty close to you and keep you entertained with their funny antics! My favorites were the baby Agamas. We loved sitting out and watching them roam around! Thank You for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home with our family. We were able to make some beautiful memories that will last a lifetime!

We had 3 families with us including kids. Perfect place for a large group gathering and hanging out. The setting was beautiful. I'd pay more money for a heated pool, but it was still fun to jump in quickly the run into the Sauna. David was Super!

In Ca for a MLS Next college showcase for soccer. Four families shared the property. Plenty of room for everyone, outside was like a little paradise with amazing views. Definitely recommend!!

Our family got together for my brothers wedding. My sister and her family, my husband and our 2 kids and my mom all stayed together and thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this home away from home. With a 40min drive (including traffic) to all our events, it was the perfect location. It had all the amenities we needed for a large family with multiple aged children and was a great place to spend time together. You won’t be sorry for booking with David!

We had a wonderful time in this private and well furnished house. Very comfortable sleeping quarters and great family open spaces. The pool was the big draw and it was lovely. The water sparkling and inviting and we also found the sauna to be a big plus! The backyard is enclosed and felt safe for children. Many nice touches throughout the home and the kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use & the huge dining room table was a real asset. We had a perfect family gathering!

The house was perfect for our needs and the backyard was like being at a resort with a great view.

We loved the house. It was everything it showed in the pictures. My children & nephews most definitely enjoyed the put put and the pool. It was still a little to chilly for myself so I enjoyed the sauna more. Will definitely be back in the future.

My family and I had a great stay at this vacation rental. It’s clean, roomy, and has great ammenities for adults and children alike. The house host was quick to respond and very accommodating. The only downside was that the pool is not heated. I knew this before our stay, however I had no idea that the water would be as cold as it was and would therefore be rarely used- even though the weather was quite warm (mid to upper 80s). A bit of a bummer but not a deal breaker as we were able to spend our time by playing pool, hitting golf balls, and relaxing outside in the rocker patio chairs. Overall, a great location to rest and relax!

The house is great it has everything you need, especially if you are traveling with children they have all those extra amenities for the little ones, the pool is beautiful and we all enjoyed it very much. David was great he responded to all our concerns. Will be coming back soon thank you for the great stay!!!

Home away from home! Like staying at gramas house without the smell. Quite all day and night. Every amenity and more. Can’t say enough, will return and already referred to a friend.

The house was great for the family ita has nice rooms the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen was big and nice open room to the dining room its was great for get together with lots of people, the outside pool and the patio was big and spectacular for bbq time. We enjoyed it so much the kids had so much fun in the pool and enjoyed the house space as well the adults enjoyed the kitchen and bbq area so much this place was fenomal for the entire family.

From reservation, to check in to check out - it was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. The pool was so great- used it twice a day! The back patio had comfy furniture and was a great outdoor living room/hangout. We really felt like we were staying in our own secluded resort! Thank you David for your hospitality!

The house was as advertised with PLENTY of room. We were away for our daughters wedding activities and sight seeing during the days. But when we were there we used the sauna (although I don't know why, it was in the 90's everyday), the pool (spectacular at night) and the pool table was a central point in the house. I don't think we watched more than 30 minutes of TV for the week. One more bathroom would have been nice. Our family had a GREAT time. Thanks David!

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation over the long 4th of July week/weekend. We enjoyed the pool, the sauna, the bbq and the extensive selection of movies while catching our son's minor league baseball games in town and a side trip to Disneyland. David was very responsive to issues that came up during our stay and was quick to remedy them. We would book this place again!

A group of us have been getting together over Super Bowl Weekend for 30 years. We've been everywhere from the Redneck Riviera to the Texas Gulf to the California desert and this is one of the best places we've stayed. It's roomy, has terrific amenities and the owner made us feel welcome and comfortable. We golf and fish and the house is 30-45 minutes for some of the best of each activity. The pool table was a huge bonus. Thank you David. We'll be back.

The house was easy to find and get in. Huge beautiful interior, everything we could need. Pool was perfect my kids woke up and got in most mornings. The most incredible part of the whole trip was when my husband had to go to emergency room and had to have immediate surgery the owner was not only caring and understanding but allowed us to stay an extra day with no charge. We will absolutely be staying here again for our California visits!! Thank you for your kindness and understanding!!

The home layout is awesome. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful, homey. Wish we could of stayed for a month! Loved the backyard, pool was great, the sauna was an added treat and our dogs loved exploring the big back yard! The palm trees provided great shade and the fruit trees provided a little treat! Definitely would stay again and David was great.

This home was perfect! Plenty of room for our group of 12. Nested in beautiful foothills and so quiet. David made it so easy and nice.

First of all, the pictures don't do the house justice. It is nicer in person. My family and I loved how spacious the house was so everyone had their own space. The kids loved the pool. Enjoyed everything especially the outside pool, and the pool table. Perfect for family vacations.

There was more then enough room for my family. This was our first family get away like this. Everyone enjoyed the pool and pool table. I would love to do this again next year.

Our Story We had a very large family gathering and used this house for 4 days and 3 nights! It was such a wonderful time for all of us adults and for our 3 kids under 3! The house was spacious, ideal for our long stay and it allowed us to be loud in one part without disturbing the other part of the house. We spent a lot of time in the pool and in the dining room and just loved being able to hang out and feel comfortable. David (homeowner) was very accommodating and we just felt like it was our home away from home. What we loved: - Lots of Counter Space for Cooking - Pool - There was an AC issue and David (homeowner) was really responsive and got someone out to fix it the next morning - The spacious backyard allowed us all to hang out and relax together or apart - the jetted tub - spacious living room - bbq grill - it feels very private and secluded - which is what we wanted! Things to Consider: - the pool is not gated, so it can make for a stressful time with the little ones - the doesn't have a ton of grass so toddlers can get more scrapes - all the beds are twin sized (we moved the mattresses to the floor for our little ones) - the pool is not warmed, so it takes some getting used to We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful home. Spacious family room, eating area, kitchen, patio. David responded quickly when we had questions. We enjoyed the gathering spaces to prepare meals, play games, etc. Patio has a gas barbecue available. Pool area was just enough. Enjoyed the relaxing sound of the waterfall. We enjoyed our stay. Except for the loft bedroom, everything was accessible which was great for my mother who uses a walker/cane.
