The condo was perfect, clean, plenty of space. The deck is very large with nice hot tub. The beach is absolutely beautiful and only short walk away. There are few restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car and explored the island on our own, it is super easy to drive around and see the beautiful island on your own.

The condo was top notch. Tidy and clean space, friendly and thorough property management, great location. Beach is a very short walk and location made it easy to visit different spots on the island. Very convenient to the airport.

This property was a great fit for my family of four. It is a wonderful location, with easy access to the pools and beach. Great communication before arrival, and we were met by a cheerful woman who showed us around the property and helped us get settled with where everything was.

This was the first time we visited Aruba and this location could not have been better. First floor unit allowed us to have a large deck to spread out to have morning coffee and nighttime cocktails. Just a short walk to pool and just cross the street to Eagle beach, which was fabulous. Great to have washer and dryer and we each had our own bathroom. Walking distance to some great restaurants. The security people could not have been more helpful and they get us taxis whenever we wanted to visit t(e hotel area or other restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

Great home bad for a week or two at the beach or pool. Well stocked and a great location right on Eagle
beach. This was our 2nd stay at Oceania and are sure to return! Unfortunately we had to cut this trip short due to a death on the family and hoping the host will give us an opportunity to utilize the nights we had to leave early on our shortened trip

We love Aruba.Visit 4 times a year.We stay at complexes that we might like to purchase.We loved Oceania.This unit has so much potential & the location of it is perfect.There were issues with the unit.The master bath light/ceiling was falling in & everytime the door shut it fell more.The kitchen light would work for a bit then short out then just come back on later.The furniture has lived its life & looks really worn. We booked this unit because it had a hot tub but when we got there the hot tub was nearly empty (Anna then filled it) appears it has a leak because it kept going down.When you would get out of it you smelled like eggs. It appears the cleaners forgot to put the chemicals in it & did not put the floating chemical thingy back in. The washing machine was full of detergent pods that were not dissolved & we had to clean that out so we could put liquid detergent in.The last big thing is that it is important to us to have a safe for our passports and such. There were 2 safe but we were told neither worked. We were told to lock the closet door which anyone would have the code to.If the condo was updated or maintained it would be 100%.Location of the complex and the condo were perfect.The pools were perfect.The yards and parking etc were all well kept.This unit has just been really lived in.We will definitely stay at Oceania again.Anna was great to work with! We did everything but wash the sheets when we left.These things did not hinder our trip. Unit just needs some love!

We had a great time in Aruba. The condo and facility in general were both great. The owner was great to work with. The airlines caused us a one day arrival delay. The owner allowed us to push everything back one day which meant our trip wasn’t cut short. He was very understanding and it meant a lot to us. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the grounds and location. The condo was cleanish but worn. Light switches, doors, curtains and shelving all had discoloration and need a deep cleaning or replacement.

This was a perfect location and we have no complaints! Two adult couples shared the rental and enjoyed cooking in mostly. The pool almost seemed private. The simple walk to the beach was wonderful. Would highly recommend this property! Would love to come again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property is great. The location is perfect. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 teens. The hot tub was great after scuba diving. The only complaints, we could not get the BBQ to work (probably user error), the plastic chairs inside are not necessarily comfortable but probably needed that close to the ocean. Last but certainly not least, the dryer needed at least two cycles for a small load. This is more a concern for the owners electric bill. Overall, we had a blast. We loved Aruba and our home away from home. Thank you!

Perfect place for relaxation in paradise
Everything about this unit was perfect. It was clean, equipped with everything we needed and it was in a perfect location for us. We loved being in the quiet area right on beautiful Eagle beach. My kids were with us age 18 and 20 and although they liked being down in the palm beach area for the evening they did agree that this area was the best beach spot. We solved the issue of not having a lot to do at night by renting a car. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the pools on property. They were also usually quiet. It was nice to have chairs provided and a cooler. There were a couple skinny noodles for the pool and we bought a couple bigger ones and left them in the closet for the next renters. The managers that checked us in were informative and left a number in case we needed anything which we didn’t). There are some nice restaurants just a short walk away but everything else is only a short drive. Also close to the grocery store. My kids loved that there were huts to rent her skis just a few steps from our property. I would definitely rent from this owner again. We loved the property! I already recommended it to a friend that is planning to come this winter.

The property itself is wonderful. The unit was large and perfect for our family of 5 - 4 adults one child. A couple of minor issues were quickly attended to by the management company. Some of the furniture etc needs to be updated as it is past prime. Couch not the one in the photos. Deck is huge and BBQ was brand new. Great location, property and service.

Great location. Quieter area than highrise hotels

If you are looking to stay away from the overcrowded area, this is perfect, Yes, still close enough to get there very easily.
The property is well maintained, however, they were a few minor things overlooked.
There is construction going on right next to the property all day every day including Sundays. Constant drilling and heavy machinery.
Then if you are planning on doing laundry, expect to dry things at least four to five times
Only two towels per guest for an entire week.
The private jacuzzi was nice, however the umbrella for the deck is broke and just left there which it gets very hot. Also the toilet in the massive bedroom you have to hold down the entire time to flush. The sliding door leading to the patio does not have a handle on the outside. Which makes it very difficult to close. I understand these seem like minor issues in which they are. However, if they are minor, it should be addressed very easily.
Overall, the place was great besides the small glitches. And I would have recommend it for a quieter Aruban vacation.

It was so easy getting to the pools (which were never busy), beach and parking. We were also right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit- 10 minutes to town, 10 minutes to the Palm beach shops and restaurants. Eagle Beach was by far the most beautiful beach on the island, and the location right across the street from the condo was never crowded. We were so happy we stayed here rather than a busy resort. It was everything we hoped it would be! Aruba was also fabulous- lots of great beaches, good places to snorkel, and fun excursions to keep the teenagers happy (UTV tour to the east coast, 'blocarting', wind surfing, and sailing).

We had a perfect vacation staying at this 2 bedroom unit in the Oceania Residences. This place was very well kept with all the necessary items to make our stay complete. Great for families with kids with such a large deck with lots of furniture, grill and hot tub. All staff were very accommodating and quick to take care of anything we needed. The grounds outside are a lovely paradise with 4 pools and easy access to beautiful Eagle Beach. Will definitely plan a return trip and would love to stay here again.

The unit had different furniture than was listed on line. There was no umbrella for the deck. Toilet leaked in the guest bathroom, sink was clogged in the master bathroom. Ice maker kept getting clogged. Beds were comfortable and appliances all worked, though the dryer was very slow. Outdoor areas were beautiful!!!! Very convenient to the Beach and the staff was amazing and friendly. Contacted the owner a couple of times and though he insisted that he tried, no one ever showed

Aruba is lovely and and easy. The condo is in need of a refresh but the location is wonderful and Eagle Beach is splendid. Food on the island is really great and getting around is fine by cab or car.

Excelente Estadia!!!
Estuvimos desde el 25-12 al 31-12-2018.
Un condominio muy lindo, muy bien equipado. Enfrente a la Playa Eagle Beach. Una de las más lindas de la isla. Teníamos sillitas para ir a la playa. Nos tocó unos días ventosos y descubrimos que yendo más cerca del Hotel Costa Linda no se sentía tanto. Excelente la vista de los atardeceres en la playa. Por la tarde disfrutamos del Jacuzzi y también de la parrilla que estaba en el exterior.
Excelente la atención del dueño Ricardo, que nos asistió en todo lo que les preguntamos. Sobre todo cuando nos dimos cuenta que llegábamos en Navidad el supermercado estaba cerrado el 25-12 y 26-12, y gracias a él, pudimos realizar la compra online anticipada en el Supermercado "Groceries to go" y cuando llegamos teníamos todo en la heladera.
Luego hacíamos las compras en Supermercado "Super Food" que íbamos caminando.
Lo único que no sabía era que no incluía el servicio de limpieza diario. Sólo incluía el final. Si lo quería, se tenía que pagar. Me fijé en la reserva y no decía nada que lo incluía. Como fueron pocos días, no lo necesitamos.

We had a great stay! The beach is beautiful and the water perfect -- we had a couple windy days but the pool was perfect and we usually had it all to ourselves. The deck allowed us plenty of room to relax outside in the shade when we needed a break from the sun. Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed preparing breakfast and lunch at home and then going out for delicious dinners. Hope we can go back again next year!
