What a nice stay we had. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and the many establishments that are available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we’re impressed by how much room we had in this 3 BR condo! Large areas for gathering and a beautiful large balcony. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Dewey Beach at this property. Spacious, lots of amenities, within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants.

This property is great for time in Dewey. It is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. It’s a quick walk to the beach or the world-famous Starboard. We can’t wait to rent here again!

Great property! Everything from location to the layout/decor of the house was first class! Everything was all on one floor, but was really spacious for the group we had (8 adults). Great kitchen space, outdoor deck, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Other than the second floor hike the unit was perfect! This was our first time staying in Dewey and it was the perfect location to everything we needed! We had 3 children under 5 so the walk to the beach was so perfect. The sunrise and sunsets at this property were amazing and we def will be renting this property again and again! The owner was wonderful and messaged us back in a timely manner.

The property was perfect and fit all our needs. We were traveling with a full extended family group and everyone had their own space comfortably. Including my nephew and my 1 year old son. The location was superb, access to all the things in Dewey and short street crossing to the beach (about a block from Starboard). Would definitely book here again! Tiffany, the host, was also very gracious with her communication.

Beautiful updated condo on the top floor! We let the owner know the outdoor grill is so greasy that it’s a fire hazard and unusable. She said she will address it. Great location! Can easily walk to shopping, restaurants, putt putt, and the beach.

House was beautiful and a great location to the beach n activity in Dewey. Home owner answered questions promptly. Just want to mention there are lots of steps to get up to the property, if you may have an issue with stairs.

We were very pleased that the property looked exactly as it was pictured. There was easy parking for our 3 cars. We had a lot of space for our first all adult family vacation. The layout allowed us to have privacy, but also had plenty of space where the whole group could interact indoors and out. The location was great and was just a short walk from both the beach and several restaurants. The property had extra beach chairs and a shower to rinse off sand before going back inside. The kitchen came fully stocked and we did not need to bring any sort of cookware or plates. Any communications were answered promptly. We would highly recommend staying at this location.

Overall, this condo was updated, spacious and close to everything. The kitchen has everything including a huge island. The deck has plenty of seating including a table, bar seats and outdoor couch. The common area was nice and open, allowing everyone to be together for meals, games and entertainment. Two of the bedrooms had bathrooms and the third bathroom was an added bonus. The interior of the place looked better then the listing and the owner was prompt in her responses to our questions. The location of the property was convenient and in the middle of everything… Cross the street and it’s a short walk to the beach. Plenty of bars, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream and even a fantastic brewery a short walk from the property. It’s also only a few minutes to Rehoboth. The place was almost perfect except for a few issues, some mentioned in previous reviews. The kids/bunk bedroom had strong animal odor/urine mixed with resolve and odor neutralizer. Since no pets are allowed according to the listing, it should be mentioned that the owners have pets in case people are allergic. The outdoor grill works but is in rough shape. The home automation was fairly easy to use but the system is glitchy. Music randomly turned on in living room multiple times in the middle of the night and the hot water heater turned off two days before the end of our stay. On the weekend evenings, the area is lively, noisy and a party atmosphere.

The renovations are beautiful and the well stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook in (or take out) all week. Kids/bunk bedroom has a bad odor and washing machine has terrible mildew smell but other than that the condo is updated and luxurious! 1 block and 1 street crossing to the beach so location is great, but the area was more built up / crowded than we anticipated. The condo is the full 3rd floor of the building - lots of steps but no one above/next to you. Overall it was a great place to stay.

we had a very nice time close to the beach. the house is awesome the only problem we had was the grill was a mess someone took the drip pan off which made a bit of a mess. We cleaned the grill the best we could, also the igniter did not work. the grill was a big part of the stay because of COVID. except for that are stay was very enjoyable

One short block from the beach and across from Dewey Beer Co., how much better does it get! The house was beautiful and the deck made it even better. House was clean and the rooms were spacious.I do have a couple suggestions, like a manual on how to use all the home automation. The guest wifi was very slow compared to what the TVs were running off of. I did read another review complaining about it but I didn't read into it until I saw it myself.Most homeowners have a manual or full check in guide sent a week or so before check in, some even have suggestions and recommendations for the area. Sometimes receiving this makes the trip even more exciting for the renter. This home did not come with any information guide.My last complaint was with the homeowner. Not very friendly with her communication. I even called her before the trip and never received a call back. Although she did answer every question I asked, I did feel like it was an inconvience for me to ask. I texted her a day after we left to thank her for letting us use her home and all I received was "Your welcome". Just feel the hospitality could have been a bit better.
