Vacation Delavan Lake Home Description - SLEEPS 1-18
Cette maison de lac incroyablement décorée et spacieuse mesure 3 200 pieds carrés et se trouve sur le lac Delavan! Ce est une maison de bord de mer privée sur les rives nord du spectaculaire lac Delavan. Il est situé à 10 minutes du lac Léman - «la prochaine lac au cours '.
Il dispose de 5 très grandes chambres comprenant 1 lit king-size, 3 lits queen-size, 2 lits doubles, 2 lits jumeaux et des lits superposés. Trois salles de bains, manger dans la cuisine, salle à manger, salle familiale, salle de soleil avec un coin salon et une salle à manger, buanderie et salle de boue. La maison dispose d'une belle enveloppe autour du pont qui surplombe le magnifique lac Delavan. Le pont a une table de parapluie magnifique définir avec six chaises et deux chaises longues.
Il ya aussi une terrasse inférieure couverte avec chaises longues et une table de pique-nique surdimensionné qui siège 8 facilement. Juste à côté de la terrasse est un foyer pour faire griller des guimauves et hot-dogs. Vous aurez votre propre quai privé à pêcher, nager ou tout simplement de tirer votre bateau jusqu'à. Comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin: linge de maison, machine à laver et sèche-linge, barbecue à gaz, cuisine complète avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, mixeur, batteur à main, vaisselle, casseroles et poêles, poêle à frire électrique, ustensiles de cuisine, ouvre-boîte, ouvreur de vin etc ... etc.
Cette maison offre vraiment toutes les commodités! Le paysage comprend de nombreuses, diverses plantes vivaces, graminées ornementales et d'arbres matures. Il est agréable de se asseoir sur la terrasse ou patio inférieure ayant le café du matin, le déjeuner ou le dîner, tandis que les bateaux avec les tubercules et les skieurs nautiques ou voiliers passent par. Ce est presque comme se ils mettent un spectacle juste pour vous!
Une autre caractéristique merveilleuse est le chemin à pied le long du lac. Il est directement en face des belles maisons. Vous pouvez PD sur elle du côté du lac de la maison et aller faire une promenade le long du lac.

Il suffit de conduire jusqu'au Lake Lawn Resort, à moins de 3 minutes, et de profiter de sa belle piscine, de son bain à remous et de son sauna! En été, les piscines extérieures sont également incluses! La carte journalière du dimanche au jeudi est de 5 $ par jour et du vendredi au samedi, la carte journalière est de 10 $ par jour. Ils ont également le restaurant Frontier et Look Out Bar pour socialiser ou dîner pendant que vous et votre famille êtes en visite!

The lake house was wonderful. We had a party of 9 adults, one child. and one infant and had more than enough room in the house with beds to spare. The lake is not overly busy even on weekends and the swimming right off the dock was fantastic (not too cold or warm and no leeches) in late July. We caught a few fish right off the end of the dock also. The owner gave some great recommendations for food and where to rent a boat which all worked out great. All in all it was a more than a five star experience. I could not recommend higher.

What a perfect spot to bring the family to all get together over the Christmas holiday. The house was perfect, spacious, and everyone was comfortable. The large, well stocked kitchen was also perfect for many big Family meals. Great views of the lake an access to walk along the path as well. Would highly recommend, and definitely would go back!

This place was perfect for a large group of friends. The kitchen was newly redone and well equipped with everything we needed. There were great views of the lake and a perfect place to fish and boat off of. We rented a boat at Boat Wranglers - which I recommend as well - and was easy getting to/from. The location was perfect - right on the lake, but also close to anything we needed to buy. Maureen was great working with and made the trip easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful and peaceful location. We truly enjoyed our stay. We had business meeting by day and boating by night. The boat dock was perfect and secure. The master bedroom's bed was the best. I drifted off to sleep in no time.

For a family of 14 the property was spacious. We had a terrific time. We were very nervous having the little ones on the upper deck as the fence around the deck was made of wire for the slats - one of those kids could have easily slipped right through them. Only one of the sliding doors were working properly on that upper deck also. Owner was aware and said the maintenance crew was aware of the doors not working. Unfortunately we could not have them out there. Which is fine there was plenty of room outside in front. I wish we could swim off the pier. Too much sea weed and apparently a hot fishing spot. There were fishing boats there all week. I get the well water issue, but there has to be something you could use to clean the toilets and sink. For as beautiful as this house is, something needs to be done about that. I wondered if that was why there were no photos of the bathrooms. Glad we rented the pontoon and enjoyed this beautiful lake.

Our group of families had a fantastic time. The property was in great condition and we enjoyed the large front yard, walking path along the lake, and amazing view from the deck. The upstairs room with the 4 beds was perfect for all of the kids to stay together.

This house was breath taking. If your family loves to cook, throw the football outside and gaze at a beautiful view, this is the house you must stay at. It was very clean but extremely comfy. We cooked a lot of food but also catered a meal from a local Mexican restaurant that the host recommended. I think my favorite part was waking up and having a cup of coffee on the balcony that overlooks the lake. Please stay here with your family and friends!

Spent a long weekend with our adult family here. The location and views of the lake are awesome! The lake is great. We rented a pontoon boat that was delivered and picked up at the pier at the property, so that was very easy. We had a great time! Maureen was very responsive with anything I needed.

The Lake house on Delavon Lake was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Owner, Maureen was very accommodating and quick to respond to any and all questions. The house was very clean and more spacious than anticipated with plenty of open space for our large group with plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms. The large back deck was perfect for watching activities on the lake and the firepit down below was very enjoyable and a great location for looking at the amazing night sky over the lake. The horseshoe dock was ideal for all of our water toys and having a pontoon boat delivered to the dock was an added bonus and highly recommended! This home is very comfortable. All of the bedrooms are comfy and there are plenty of them. The kitchen is new and modern. Plenty of fridge space. We rented a boat for the week and that adds lots of fun

Family Get Together
Over all the property is nice. The Kitchen is beautiful, the living areas are a little warn. Easy parking and getting into the home. Remember your OFF, the mosquitos were really bad (mid May). Really the only complaint that I had was that there was a dishwasher, but no dishwasher soap and only two extra trash bags. Overall very nice relaxing home to view the wonderful lake. Please note the 4th bathroom is located in the uninviting basement with no outside access and is really not that use-able.

Fun Winter Getaway!
Our group consisted of 15 family members aged 1-61 and the house worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was outstanding, it was absolutely huge and a great place to hang out with plenty of seating. We had everything we needed to cook meals. The first floor has a beautiful view of lake with lots of windows and sunshine! There were plenty of bedrooms with varying set ups to accommodate our individual families. Bathrooms were great with plenty of towels for all of us. We enjoyed a wintery walk on and around lake delavan. The entryway was so convenient with lots of space for shoes and winter gear. Would definitely recommend this host and property for a relaxing and fun lake vacation. Many great memories were made. Thank you Maureen!!!!

We are a group of 76 year old ladies who went to high school together. We have been staying in the Wisconsin area for the past years and this home has been our favorite. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful Lake Home and Location
We had a wonderful time staying at this location. Highly recommed it.. The home was beautiful and very clean. It had plenty of space and amenities for our group. I was a little nervous about being so close to the lake with our 2 year old grandson but the way the house was set up it worked perfectly. Also the lake was very clean which made it enjoyable to play in. Maureen was very good with providing information about the house and location. We rented a boat from her recommendation and visited most of the restaurants she suggested. All were very good.
It should be noted that the 4th bathroom is in the basement and not in the common living space. It worked fine for us but that means all three bedrooms upstairs share one bath. I loved this house and can't say enough good things about it. We definately hope to be back.
The one thing I wish is that they provided a few more things. Most of the homes I have rented in the past provided more common items, such as: beach towels, hair dryers, games, chairs by firepit, basic things in kitchen like cooking spray, spices, tin foil, more garbage bags, etc.
Still we all give this property a 5 star because it was beautiful and a great family vacation spot just had to pack more things and run to the store for more things.

For what you get it's overpriced. The kitchen was stocked just average. Need more cooking i.e. corning ware, flatware for 3 meals a day vs 1. We went to Walmart to get plastic ware and paper plates or we would have had to run the dishwasher twice a day. No blow-dryers, beach chairs, or beach towels were provided. We had to bring our own. The boat house was locked which was a problem since we had a boat with fishing motor that needed charging along with a baby monitor. Texted the owner, no response which was unusual as she responded prior. The shore on the lake is not swimmable water as it's filled with all see weed. We took the boat out 30 feet from shore and just swam out there. One of the bedrooms upstairs has an electrical problem for when we turned the lights off, they continued to flicker. We loved the balcony and the two tables with chairs on it. The grill was perfect. I think with just a little more attention this home could be a "5" easlily.

It worked out great that the property is pet friendly, as we were able to bring along our 12-week old Cockapoo - he did awesome and enjoyed swimming in the lake as well. Beautifully updated kitchen and room for LOTS of guests. We brought our ski boat and kept it at the pier during our stay. We had perfect weather and spent much of each day skiing, tubing, and swimming. One day for much we tied off at The Inn Between and had a great lunch there. The evenings were spent on the deck grilling/eating dinner and enjoying the wonderful views - including watching other boats cruise past. The boys also enjoyed fishing off the end of the dock in the evening. They each caught a bluegill and were very proud of their catch. The house setup was perfect and had everything you need. The deck facing the lake was where we spent most of our time. Great views all the way around. Maureen referred us to a boat rental place and they delivered and picked up the pontoon boat right at our dock. So convenient. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

We had a large group of family and friends that stayed over a weekend . The house worked out great for the size of our group. The kitchen and dining room appeared to be brand new which was an added plus. The location was perfect for local fun and convenience. The owners were very nice and easy to work with about anything that came up. We would definitely come back to this same property in the near future.

Perfect Lake House
This was our second stay at this property, and once again, we had an absolute blast. This house met all our needs: plenty of parking, large dock for our boats, large house with plenty of space for our large group. In fact, this house was recently renovated and the kitchen area furniture is beautiful! Love the upper balcony overlooking the lake with two large patio tables and a grill to hang out on and relax! Maureen is great to work with. I highly recommend this home to families and fishermen!

Family Vacation
The house setup was perfect and had everything you need. The deck facing the lake was where we spent most of our time. Great views all the way around. Maureen referred us to a boat rental place and they delivered and picked up the pontoon boat right at our dock. So convenient.
We would definitely return and highly recommend.
