Very nice, big house with lots of room for our girls’ getaway weekend. We loved being right on the lake and the large space to accommodate all of us comfortably. Hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen with everything we needed to cook lots of meals. The enclosed sunroom with screened windows had a separate dining and lounge area. 6 bedrooms and bathrooms allowed everyone to have space and privacy. We only heard the bar next door a little after 10 pm. Not bad but you may want earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. We really enjoyed this house!

We celebrated my wife's 50th b-day with with adult family and friends. The Beckman House is absolutely perfect. There is more than enough room in this house. It is well equiped. The location is literally steps from the water. Toss a line in the water right off of the docks and you will catch something. It is also right next to the Inn Between. So, if you dont want to cook, walk next door and eat at the Inn Between. We can't wait to come back.

Just had my bachelor party here with a group of 10 guys and this the perfect spot. The bar next door has good food and is a great place to hangout. The house itself has plenty of communal space (more than I realized) and plenty of room to sleep even a couple more than we had. Overall I would recommend this house for anyone.

This house was perfect for our weekend!! 5 couples all with their own room and bathroom. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. We loved the sunroom, just needs a bit more lighting. The food and drinks at the Inn Between Bar were delicious. The only problem with this rental was that the bar stays open late and it is very loud with people and music. We knew this when we booked the house because of other reviews. Besides that, everything was great and we hope to stay there again next year.

We were in town for a wedding at the Delavan Yacht club. 13 people from 2 years old to 70. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. There were ample dishes and cookware to accommodate our numbers. Gas stove!! A major plus for this cook! Loved that we could walk to the yacht club as we helped with some of the event set up. Beds were comfortable. Fun dart board in the basement. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

House was great, great view of lake, as others have said, first floor bedroom is not good for sleeping until the bar closes. People are directly outside of your room on 2 sides. There is also a lot of foot traffic from the docks. I imagine it’s really busy in summer. Location was convenient, plenty of dishes etc, room to spread out. Our group thoroughly enjoyed it

We have kids 24,23,22, and 20 and this was a perfect house for us. Space for a few friends to stay, lots of games in the yard, and the best bar on the lake out our back door!

Perfect place for a vacation for a large family group
Thought the bar on the property might be a problem. It was not. Pleasant, family-oriented clientele. House had a large dining table for dining or games, smaller table for 4 card players, excellent kitchen.

Weekend with the boys
Hosted a bachelor party, and couldn't have been happier with the property. Extremely conveniently located between the bar (where you can find great burgers and fish and chips), and the lake. The weather kept us indoors, but there's plenty of room to spread out inside. Great kitchen, incredible master bed/bath. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Our Family Presidents Day Trip
We have been coming to Lake Delavan for many years. The house we used to stay at was sold. We have been searching for a new place ever since and nothing has worked for us until now. I believe we have found our house. The host was helpful and the accommodations were perfect. The lake is beautiful. This house really worked for our family. We will be back.

Sorority Sister Weekend
Everything was amazing and the host Greg could not have been more accommodating. This is an incredible home with five bathrooms and six bedrooms. It worked so well for us.
Was so fun for us to be Inbetween the restaurant bar on the Delavan Lake and the waterfront.
Great property. If we go again we would bring a few extra lawn chairs as we enjoyed sitting on the waterfront side of the house!

Spacious house located right on the lake - ideal for family vacationsns
This was a large home located right on the lake with a beautiful view and nice areas for meeting and dining with a larger group. The picnic table out front was nice to hang out at, the fish were biting, and we rented a pontoon boat for the week that worked out great since the house was only a few steps up from the pier.

Super convenient lovely lakehouse
Perfect place for relaxing. Lovely comfortable beds. Basement was super chill even on the hottest days. The AC was fabulous and the screened in sunroom allowed us to open windows and air out in the evenings. Kitchen was well- appointed. Great space for our two extended families with plenty of room.
There’s a little store with ice cream a10 minute walk away, an Aldi & WalMart a 10 minute drive away.
Pontoon boat and canoes were rentable on the lake so no hassle with a trailer. Kids also loved fishing off the dock.
Sharing the same property with the InnBetween meant it was not quiet and there were patrons sharing our ´yard space’. However, we thought it was a serious bonus to be able to get amazing french fries and on tap beer in the backyard.

Beautiful house, quiet, lots of room
Perfect house on the lake for 14. Everybody had a bedroom. Tons of space for everybody to be together or do their own thing. It is located right in front of the bar, but there is no blaring music or yelling people. You can’t hear it for the most part. It’s also convenient to get a drink of amazing food. Everybody enjoyed their stay and loved the house!!

I would recommend having blinds for privacy on the main floor especially being that the bar is on the property, along with more seating outside by the water would be nice. The pier directly in front of the house should also be marked for private boat parking during guest stays at the house so there is less foot traffic right in front of the house. Otherwise everything was TOP NOTCH and would definitely stay here again if these little changes were made.Thanks again for a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful Home Great Atmosphere
Me and my family stayed here last week and it is a beautiful home! Plenty of room for all 6 of us, nice gas grill, darts in the basement, they just added to their kitchen collection and it is quite adequate now! It is on the same property with a bar, so there's plusses and minuses.
If you are looking to rent a boat for a relaxing day on the lake call Sean or Danny at Delavan Boat Rental and they'll bring the boat right to your pier! Great prices.
The Inn Between is a friendly bar, and a bit of a local hangout. It's great because when you are grilling or chilling out back you are separated, but there's always great bar music playing at just the perfect level. I danced a lot while I was here! The crowd is friendly, laid back, good mix of families and singles. If you want to mingle the night away and forget the world with some new found lake house friends, you've come to the right spot! I bet a baby monitor would even make it to their patio! Or if you want to get away, watch a movie, and relax in luxury you can do that as well.
I'm a bit of a pain in the arse, but Greg was willing to work with me on my requests. We only had very limited interactions with people during our stay due to COVID, but we are looking forward to returning and enjoying the scene a little more next time!

Celebrating our 60th Wedding Anniversary
Any initial uncertainty of being close to the Inn Between tavern was quickly erased. The people there - the owner and workers and the customers were all very friendly; an asset, not a problem. Being on the water was great and the house was very comfortable and modern. We had a great time and will plan (I hope) to return. Excellent!

Great house for 15 to celebrate the New Year!
If you have a large group, BOOK THIS HOUSE!
For our group of 15, the house was perfect because it was spacious enough for everyone in the group to be together, but have alone time if needed. Everyone in our group was pleased because they got a bed, which is rare when there are so many people staying in one place.
The house was clean, beautiful and exactly what we needed. We stayed in the master bedroom and loved the view and the gorgeous bathroom!
The check -in process was easy and Greg was able to answer any questions that we had. The bar was RIGHT behind the house, but it was perfect for our group when we wanted to get out.
There's plenty of parking available and shops like Starbucks, WalMart etc were only a 5 minute drive away. If you're into skiing/snowboarding, Alpine Valley is only a 20 minute drive away.
All in all, we had an amazing 3 day stay and can't recommend this property enough.

Family Christmas Vacation
The house was very clean. We rented for 14 of our family members. 7 are kids under 11yrs. Accommodations were great for all of us. We were a bit concerned about the proximity of the bar, but it posed no issue.
If we were to be critical of anything, it would be that the kitchen was not as well stocked as we would hope.
The house was well decorated for the holiday and our kids were able to enjoy the magic of the season, just as we hoped!
