Condo and owner Mike were great. Only negative might be the double bed in master. Needs replacing and a queen would be so much nicer.

This property was perfect! The condo was very clean and was in the perfect location. The room was very close and convenient to parking and was just a few short steps from the pool and beach access. We were thrilled with our stay and will absolutely try to book this property for future visits. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

In years past, we have stayed at another condo at One Ocean Place on the north side in upper floors that was larger than this condo. However, we found this condo to be exactly the right size for our group of three. Cleanliness was top notch. We appreciated the labels on each of the many wall switches. I was also impressed with how well the owner has stocked this condo. He has thought of anything you might need, from a flashlight to more than one extra roll of toilet paper to a bowl of 'welcome' candy on the kitchen counter. And close proximity to vehicle parking and the entrance to the pool and beach were a definite plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Mike was amazing during our stay. The air conditioning was out when we first arrived, but he was already on site and had a repairman fix it within an hour. Condo is clean, has a wonderful view and was the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day on the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Our family of four (7 yo and 11 yo) stayed for one week in August at Mike's place and had a great time. Mike was communicative and left us a lovely arrival gift.
The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed, security and property staff were friendly and professional. The overall building was quiet and full of friendly guests enjoying the beach. The foyer provides a good landing zone when returning from the beach or pool.
The kitchen has all appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals, view is great, and the unit has plenty of room for a family of four to relax. Location is close to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Highly recommend as a place to get away and enjoy the Atlantic.

Our family of four, ranging in ages from 23 to 75, enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's a great location with ample parking and lots of amenities. The property owner made everything so easy and thought of everything to make our vacation wonderful. We will be back!

Fantastic location, to beach, pool, parking garage and restaurants. Only downside was pool was not heated, but kids don't care.

Facility and ocean view were great. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine as well as a bowl of sweet treats. There was also an assortment of coffee pods. Everything was well stocked in the condo. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water however in order to use it, you have to step into a very high tub , this possesses a potential hazard of slipping. We recommend the owner consider installing a couple of grab bars. Also, if you consider this condo, you need to be aware that while you have the convenience of a first floor, you are also part of the pool population and noise.

We stayed a long weekend and it started off with such good communication from the host about the check-in process and the stay. Great, clean condo with easy access to the parking garage. So close to the pool and the beach access. Would love to stay here again in the future!

I have stayed in various units in One Ocean Place for many years. Mike’s unit on the first floor was the cleanest and the most well-stocked unit I have ever stayed in. The master bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft that I didn’t even need to use my own sheets. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and I look forward to staying again. Mike is very gracious and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this unit.

Just the right size for my wife and I and our 2 friends. The view of the ocean is great and the weather was really nice for November. The tropical storm messed with 2 of the days, but we felt secure during the wind and high tides. Would love to repeat our stay again.

The condo is very clean with many extras. Mike takes great care of hus guests that are coming to visit. The location could not be any better. Condo located so close to the beach and pool. Love this place.

Loved the condo.. close to the beach, pool and hot tub were amazing. Condo offered all the geeks from home. Close to shops and restaurants. I loved it was gated with a key pad lock. Would definitely stay here again.

We came to S.C. to move my Daughter into her Dorm for her Freshman Year of college so we were already nervous. Mike was so responsive with anything that we needed it made things alot smoother for us! The condo was perfect, the view amazing and only a short 25 minute drive to CCU. Thank you Mike for making the accommodations part of our trip seamless and amazing! We will definitely be returning!

Will probably never stay anywhere else. My primary concern is cleanliness and this place is definitely clean. Great response from owners if anything is needed.

Great stay, wish it didn't end!
The unit was very clean and we loved that it was fully stocked with beach chairs, kitchen amenities (paper towels, dish soap, etc). Owner communication was great. We loved that this was on the first floor as well. We were originally a little bummed but it ended up being great because it made beach access and parking garage access a lot easier than having to wait around for the elevator. Overall, great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike's condo. The view and beach access were fantastic. The condo was clean and well stocked upon arrival. Communication with Mike was easy and he was quick to respond. We definitely would stay again.

The placed was very clean and had everything that you may need to feel right at home. The beach wasn't overly crowded and neither was the pool/hot tub so that made things with our kids much easier. I had concerns about being on the first floor because I wasn't sure that I would have the beach view that I wanted but it was perfect! We never had to even ride the elevator so that made it much easier to get back and forth to where we were going. We will definitely stay again!!
