A propos de ce cottagerental
Relax with ocean views from our Seaside cottage located in a quiet neighborhood

Norm is a great host and love a dog friendly place! Thanks Norm - five stars!

The location is amazing- very quiet, safe streets with a view to the ocean and beach. The house is very comfortable- the primary bedroom especially. The owner/ manager lives very close and responded to a kitchen issue within an hour, and the problem was solved the next morning! It required a plumber. The lawn is great for kids to play. The internet was very spotty and sometimes didnt work at all, though ive heard thats common in this area. I did feel the house could use a bit more of an in depth cleaning- it was mostly fine but the tub and closets could use some attention. Still much better than other places we've stayed though!

We came back to this property and had another wonderful stay. The house is very comfortable and clean. It has everything: plenty of towels, even beach towels, three showers, including an outdoor shower. You can see the ocean from the yard and the windows. It's less than a mile from one of the most beautiful beaches in New England. You will love it here.

The house is small and quite cute. However, the house needs some serious maintenance. The garage door barely works & would not shut after a few days. The sliding doors leading to the patio are impossible to open/close if you are trying to carry food out. It is obvious that the Owners never visit the property. The property manager is very helpful & he lives very close by.

Perfect Stay in Little Compton
We had an amazing week in Little Compton. This house is perfectly located in a neighborhood near the beach where we could take walks and our daughter could ride her bike. We loved the big yard and the outdoor shower!

Beautiful quiet spot with easy access to one of RI’s best beaches!
We had a great experience top to bottom, and hope to return soon! We had been looking for something close to South Shore beach, one of our favorites in the state, and this was a perfect biking distance away. Our son loved the local wildlife (bunnies and birds galore!) and we made lots of memories at the beach and local woods trails.

Wonderful Fall weekend
We enjoyed our stay. The grill was terrific and a well appointed kitchen. We brought our bikes and found lovely rides on local roads. Norm was great to deal with. We’d go again. Rob and Gail

Beach house has everything
Three showers, including one outdoors. Two full baths. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Beach chairs. Clothesline in a sunny spot. Large yard. Washer and dryer and laundry detergent. Dishwasher. Olive oil and coffee filters in the pantry. Ocean view. Less than a mile from the beach. I had a very special vacation here.

Lovely and quiet stay in Little Compton
We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here. The location is perfect Dash close to the beach and on a very quiet street which was great for our daughter and the dog. Norm and Pat were very responsive and Norm even stopped over to help us when he saw a struggling with the garage door. My daughter loved the bunkbeds so much she didn’t want to leave. We usually stay with my family further inland so this was a real treat to be close to the water and to see a new part of Little Compton. Finding a dog friendly home was a real bonus!

Comfortable getaway in an ideal location
This property was a perfect getaway!
Truly comfortable and equipped with everything that one would need. Situated in a private neighborhood, there is little vehicular traffic. One beach literally abuts the neighborhood. The dog beach, where we spent the time with our two pups, is only a short drive away (and is truly beautiful).
Norm is a perfect property manager. Everything was ready upon our arrival, and Norm was willing to help out by offering a substitute week when the possibility arose earlier that our plans had to be altered. In the end we were able to go as planned, but the generosity displayed by Norm and the property owner was very much appreciated.

Small but adequate - great views
This rental house was cute and very close to the beach with great views. It was a little small for our family of 4. It was really hot the week we stayed. There is no AC and the house didn’t get enough outside air circulation. Due to the heat the bonus “sun” room was of no use- too hot. House needs new screens and the patio area could be bigger so sitting area isn’t so close to the grill. Nice neighborhood to bike around. Beach was close and not too rough for kids. Great sunsets.

Lovely Little Compton!
This was a great house in a beautiful setting. The manager Norm was very accommodating and even got a plumber out to fix a water issue we had. I will say that you will want to bring your groceries in as the drive into Tiverton takes 26 minutes. There is a general store a short distance away but it is pricey. You have to try A-1 pizza in Little Compton that is incredible. My suggestion is to plan to hang at the house or the beach for your entire stay!!

Cozy cottage
Peaceful, clean and friendly. Norm could not have been more hospital. Only negative no cable,
access to TV was via your phone, not friendly for those not tech savvy ;-)

great place to stay!!
property is a cute and cozy cottage with everything you need, close to the beach and just far enough away to be a nice quiet vacation. Newport is close by and a fun day trip as well as Massachusetts where I was able to catch up with family. it was wonderful to wake up and ride bikes to the beach , there are great restaurants nearby and the general store is a must see. local thrift shop was fun with a sweet couple running it. we love the property , it isn't the Ritz, but it is very clean, awesome location and comfortable. Norm was great , if we had any questions he answered promptly. We would love to go back again. thank you Norm!!!

Hidden gem
Cute cottage. Great location. We loved exploring this beautiful area. Norm was very helpful and responded to our emails quickly. The back bedroom and sun porch got pretty hot at times and were a little uncomfortable. Otherwise we would love to go back.
