Excellent experience at this condo. It was perfect for our family, very clean and convenient and right on a beautiful beach. Wonderful communication with the owner.

This is an ideal location on Hutchinson Island. First of all, it is right on an uncrowded beach, and the sunsets are breathtaking. Several restaurants and the grocery store are within walking distance. The owner was exceptionally responsive to our needs. After being rented so frequently, some updates to the property would be desirable.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s birthday. The owner was extremely helpful with our reservation. The location is excellent, facing the ocean. We watched the sunrise every morning, just beautiful! The condo was well equipped and comfortable. A great place for a great vacation.!

Fabulous third floor property facing the ocean, located on the side away from the pool (much quieter). Owner is great, good communicator and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

The view was spectacular as always, love our daily sunrise, the condo was neat and clean , loved the couch very comfortable and more than enough seating. My daughter loved your curtains wondering where you got them. Had an issue with the livingroom TV not working the whole week, the owners tried their best to fix but no success and the hairdryer in the guest bathroom does not work and providing correct pool access codes was frustrating but the owners were very accessible for help.

Excellent condo. Well maintained, easy communication with owner. We would rent again in a second. Has everything you need for a week at the beach. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Great view of the water from the windows and large balcony.

The place was beautiful and had everything you would need. It was like a home away from home. The beaches were beautiful with tons of shells. It was also not a heavily populated area with very few people on the beach. A great place to just get away from everything and unwind.

we really enjoyed our stay-we love Stuart and esp Hutchinson Island and always stay in Pelican at the Indian River Plantation. The condo is a great location and view and close to beach. It was nicely furnished and decorated. We hope to come and stay again.

We are repeat renters, and we continue to love this condo. The view, the balcony, the accommodations, and the town are all wonderful, and we keep coming back! The owners continue to add items to the condo and update things as needed. It is perfectly maintained! We hope to return soon! Highly recommend!!

We love this condo! The view of the ocean and the access to the beach are amazing. The huge balcony with comfortable brand new patio furniture was such a luxury. The condo is spacious and so clean. The provided beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas make travel so easy. Our family has rented it several times in the last few years, and we hope to return soon!

We really enjoyed our stay @ Pelican Unit was perfect for us. Repairs were being done to the exterior of the building and hallways, a little noisy at times, but did not Restrict us from enjoying the Beach, pool and gorgeous views. We would definitely like to return again soon!!

The views from the condo are great. Neighborhood is quiet. The owner's are amazing, responds quickly, communicated updates, gave us great restaurant recommendations. Overall a great place to be able to kick back and relax on the beach.

There was construction going on during our stay and Stuart. However, the owner made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. The House was stocked with essentials that were needed! Such a great location and nice place!

The condo is gorgeous, the balcony generous & the view every bit as beautiful & relaxing as the picture shows. My mother loved the breeze & sound of the waves & chaise lounge out there so much, so started sleeping out there midweek! The proximity to the beach, and handy showers coming back, spectacular pina coladas at the Marriott Tiki Bar in walking distance (if you like them light or without alcohol, they are really amazing that way and the bartender will make it how you like it), being able to watch the surfers from the balcony and the privacy we enjoyed facing the ocean was a dream! We had a table to play games as a family & eat meals together. The TV's were nice & big. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could want & then some. The comfort items were helpful to allow us to drop off our luggage before heading to the store. It was awesome to have laundry right outside. The pool was A DREAM, especially on the cool days, since it was warm, clean, and not crowded. I loved the decor and feel of the place. It was so relaxing. It's a fantastic home & I felt so lucky they let us stay there. Charles & his wife put so much thought into all of the little details & just made the place so fun & special. Charles was just excellent with communication & they were so accommodating as hosts, that they got coolers for the condo for us to use, and even a conversion kit to turn the 2 twin beds into one big bed, so our stay could be more comfortable for our family!!!! The condo had some construction happening & he had extremely fair policies if it affected our trip (although it didn't!) & his communication about it was excellent. I had so many questions, and he answered all of them & was really kind & patient, not to mention fast in responding. The key codes were super. Charles made everything convenient and easy. There's an awesome view of the sunset from the balcony before you go into the room. I watched the lunar eclipse with my mom from there! I highly recommend this lovely condo with its excellent host!

We enjoyed our week long stay at this condo. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable and clean. Balcony was private and has a wonderful view of the ocean. Quiet location away from the pool. The owner was very communicative and helpful. You will enjoy your stay at this condo.

Wow! We truly loved this location and the place was clean and better then we expected! Every person we met said “don’t tell anyone about it” cause it’s truly a hidden treasure! Thankful for the memories we made, and will def be back!

Our family has now rented this condo three times because it is beautiful, has a huge balcony, and has an amazing view of the ocean. The inside of the condo is spacious and beautiful with lots of recent updates. We love eating and lounging out on the double balcony where we can see and hear the ocean. Beach access is extremely convenient and the beach is not crowded. We love walking and finding the pretty shells. Our kids enjoy the pool, too. Many excellent restaurants and shopping areas can be found just minutes away from the condo as well. The owner has been very helpful! We hope to rent this condo again in the future.

Condo was very clean, well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Beach was clean and easily accessible. Close to the grocery store and historic town of Stuart.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Before I arrived I was skeptical because I'm a neat freak but the property was immaculate. The view was beautiful! I received a welcome packet from the owner that was very informative. It even had pictures of how to use the remote controls which was really helpful! This property had everything you need and more. The owner even provides everything you and your kids would need to enjoy the beach (even though we brought our own) I was also worried about the beds since I've had back surgery but the master bed was very comfortable. I give this place 5 stars. I can't say enough about how wonderful our trip was and how easy the owner is to talk to and work with!! We will definitely try to rent this property again next time!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at Pelican Landing! The kitchen is well stocked as well as the bedding and plenty of towels for all your needs. The beach chairs, umbrella, and variety of beach toys made our time playing in the beach great. The location of the condo was perfect. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and all the island has to offer. We highly Pelican Landing for your next beach vacation and hope to return next year!

This place was clean and had a beautiful view! So much to do: surfing in front of hotel, my husband fought a Tarpon on the beach for over 10 minutes, Kayaking and paddling with Juniper Outdoor Center was a blast. Restaraunts everywhere. Both Stuart and Fort Pierce are incredible . was amazing. The owner is easy to work with
