Cette toute nouvelle maison de vacances à Telluride est parfaitement située pour des vues incroyables sur la vallée de Telluride à l'est et à l'ouest. Il a également la capacité rare de loger deux familles amies ou étendues, chacune avec leur propre espace. Cette maison naturellement bien éclairée a beaucoup d'espace pour vivre et dormir. Le premier étage a une entrée accueillante avec une chambre à coucher King, une chambre avec une salle de bain et un petit salon / salle à manger / kitchenette. Cette zone a un grand canapé-lit ainsi. Le niveau principal a un design contemporain avec une cheminée, salon, salle à manger et un grand coin cuisine. Ce niveau a un bain complet. Deux balcons sont sur ce niveau principal, l'un faisant face au sud au domaine skiable, et l'autre au nord et le flanc de la montagne rouge. Le canapé du salon est un grand canapé en face de la cheminée contemporaine. Le banc à la table de salle à manger pourrait être utilisé comme une zone de couchage double. Le niveau supérieur est la belle suite de chambre à coucher principale. Juste à l'extérieur du couloir de la chambre principale est une autre zone de couchage bonus (canapé-lit queen) avec une vue imprenable sur la fin de la cascade de la vallée de Telluride. Une fois dans la chambre principale, il y a un balcon pour siroter votre café du matin ou un verre de vin du soir et profiter du coucher de soleil sur le plancher de la vallée non développé à l'ouest de Telluride. Une fois que vous avez séjourné à Bachman 13, vous n'avez pas besoin de chercher votre lieu de vacances pour toujours Telluride! (Le "Hot Tub" montré est en fait le spa de nage à jet privé du propriétaire. Il peut être loué pour 350 $ de plus). Licence d'entreprise # 017232

Overall it was a nice property. Was concerned that there was no air conditioning available, but the weather really didn’t warrant it. Nice walk to town and very quiet neighborhood. The only negative would be that there were not fans in each room as I was previously told via email.

We had such a good time. The house exceeded our needs. It’s in a great location. It’s everything you need to enjoy everything that Telluride and the Mountain Village has to offer.

Beautiful House Right In-town
Great house for family. There were two very important criteria when we were looking for a house: Walk to ski lift and all bedrooms need to have en-suite bathrooms. This house fit the bill. The hot-tub is HUGE. Its oversized and very nice. I wouldn't consider this a true ski/in ski/out. You need to walk to the lift. It is about 6 minutes each way. Not a big deal and can do it in your ski boots. Children may not want to make the trek, especially with equipment. Keep that in mind. Parking spot at rear of house is a little tight for a large SUV but it is manageable. Great place overall and would definitely stay there again.

Had an amazing time in Telluride and this place was one of the reasons why. It was close to both the town and the mountain. Was able to walk everywhere, and only a block away from the market.

Perfect place in town!
This property was extremely clean, modern, and conveniently located in Telluride! We enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to the breweries and restaurants. The check in/out process was extremely easy. Already talking about how we need to stay here next time we’re in town- highly recommend!

This was a great property for me and my family to stay during the Blues and Brews Festival. Nicely appointed kitchen, nice open 2nd floor, and plenty of spots to sit outside. There are couple things I wish were in the pictures: out front in the yard, there's a nice little sitting area with a few chairs and benches. Also not pictured, the bench in the kitchen the description said could function as a single sleeping spot. It's pretty good sized and my tall adult cousin slept there and fit no problem, she said it was more comfortable than the downstairs sofa sleeper. From the description, I wasn't sure if the living room couch was also a sofa sleeper, but can now confirm that it is indeed.
The hot tub is extra on top of the rental, but it is also enormous and can easily fit 6-8 adults. Next to the hot tub is the parking spot off the alley. It will fit a full-size SUV max, so if you have a giant extended truck, you'll need to find street parking. Management was good about getting us 2 street parking passes.
Would stay here again!

We came to this beautiful property in telluride for a bachelorette trip, it fit us all incredibly comfortably, was very clean, beautiful and fun. The openness and natural light in the place is gorgeous and the hot tub is huge! 10/10 recommend

Great house in Telluride
We had a great time the week of New Years. Everyone had their own bed / bath. The property was close to the lifts and Gondola up to the mountain. The location was also walking distance to a grocery store. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Beautiful place
We loved our visit here. The property management company was very accommodating and the property was very beautiful and well-maintained. The hot tub was also really nice to have and the location was awesome.

Great location and flexed well with different age groups
We had young kids, a teenager, young adults, and a mature adult couple. This house is ideally located, right next to grocery store, Main St and gondola within walking distance, and flexed well for the different age groups and sleeping dynamics. Well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen. My only complaint is the hot tub should not be extra. This is an expensive house and the hot tub is not that special and takes forever to warm up.

Amazing house is as advertised
Beautiful home that comfortably slept 12. Even in the carona-fueld toilet paper shortage, the house had more than enough for all 12 guests! Enough linens and towels for the whole group and all the essential for cooking. The swim spa was enormous and was great for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

Perfect house for our group of 10!
We had an amazing trip to Telluride and this house was a big part of it! Our group of 10 loved it and everybody had plenty of space.

worked well for three couples. Very well appointed. We have been to the Blues festival for many years and this is one of the finest properties we have stayed in.

Great house & management
Really great house!! Tons of room for everyone and the steam shower upstairs was a huge hit. The hot tub takes a while to warm up so I'd recommend management turn it on over a day or two before guests arrive. Only a couple minute walk to the ski lift and few minutes into downtown..great location!
