Enjoyed our beach stay. Very relaxing and close to everything we needed. Great golf near by with the On I plus a par three for young golfers. House was clean. Immaculate. With all the weather previously outside was not as beautiful as we wanted but we enjoyed it anyways.

Very clean, well stocked & comfortable. Could use luggage racks or tables, & more towel hangers. Unfortunately the house is close to the drive-on beach access, & someone with very loud music came by daily at sunrise. Otherwise it was a very nice house.

The main house was beautiful, recently updated and very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was awesome. Walked the beach every morning around sunrise. The guest rooms were updated and nice. Internet in the guest rooms were spotty.

This was our second stay at this property, as we spent time here before the renovations. The updates were very nice to see and overall the property was clean (listing is accurate). We enjoy how close the beach is, and the ability to go between the beach and house so easily which allowed us to maximize the time we spent on the beach. One thing I will note for others is that this part of the beach allows cars. Even with this, the beach was not overly crowded at any time (early September stay). We also thoroughly enjoyed the front deck. The deck areas of these properties are fairly private with the privacy fencing and shrubbery. This year the neighbor’s new wind chimes reminded me of spa music and created a relaxing environment. We also enjoy seeing the wildlife in the dunes throughout the day (mostly rabbits and turtles). The property is very well equipped, from loads of beach towels/chairs to any kitchen supplies you might need. The only recommendation I have for improvement would be the outside couch cushions need some attention or a refresh. This is a small thing and, with only 2 of us, there was plenty of outdoor seating so it didn’t prevent us from enjoying the outdoor spaces. Overall, we enjoyed this property and would return again.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the units and the layout. They were true to the photos. Updates very nice! We couldn't get one sliding door to latch, but felt safe due to the gate lock. Amelia Island is a wonderful place to vacation and we will come back!

Enjoyed 4 blissful days with our adult children and new grandbaby. The layout of this property is perfect for teen/adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast each day, and the property is beautifully decorated and is as pictured. We would stay here again for sure!

Great Beachfront location. Unique property that is very accommodating.

This property was better than pictured! It's beautifully decorated!! Great location with easy access to the beach. The courtyard area is perfect to hang out with family and friends or the porch leading to the beach. The separate space for the other two rooms is perfect for couples or parents with older children. We spent mothers day here with three generations and it was perfect ❤️

This place is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Open the back screened patio door and listen to the waves and view the ocean as you prepare a meal in the very well equipped kitchen. Great for teens or multiple families with the separate bedrooms and baths across the adorable courtyard. Property managers were very responsive to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again..

The property was extremely clean, very comfortable—beds, HVAC, space, furniture—and an outstanding location. We loved our time here and would be very interested in returning here for future visits

My wife and I met our Daughter and Son-in-Law for a long weekend at the beach in honor of them learning that we are going to be new grandparents (and to watch the Rams win Super Bowl LVI!). This property was perfect for our needs. It has been newly renovated and the owner did a wonderful job. Everything we needed was right there and all of the amenities were first class. The large, well equipped kitchen make making meals a breeze, the oceanfront location was gorgeous and the property management team was most helpful, even with my special requests.I cannot recommend this property, or this company, highly enough, and the area is amazing. We look forward to being back in the summer when the weather is a bit warmer!

This property is fairly represented in the listing. The location is great! The house was very well stocked and our contact with the management company went well. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is big and the two separate living areas/bedrooms are great for our in laws who go to bed earlier. The walkway to the beach wasn’t bad. There’s a little grass in the back that our son could play in. Close to downtown activities and food. Great place to stay!!

Fun weekend with gorgeous sunrises

This vacation was for family and for our 20th wedding anniversary. Staying on the beach was the best decision we’ve made for a family vacation. The ease of going to and from the property to the beach was a huge asset to our time and sanity. No sand being tracked in the vehicle, & no unloading and loading beach items! The main living area and master were quite spacious and we were not crowded at all. The 2 additional bedrooms were just a small courtyard away from the kitchen door, but separated from other properties by the locked gate which gave added security. I would absolutely stay here again. The price was extremely reasonable, location and convenience to anywhere we wanted to go (groceries and dining) and the minimum crowds allowed us to really relax.

The process was very simple to rent and check in. Very spacious. Perfect for a big family with older kids. We had a beautiful open deck with a private walkway to the beach that only one other unit used. Plenty of beach towels and linens. Dishes and needed equipment for cooking simple meals. We did find sand toys and chairs after buying our own. Lovely place and hope to rent again! Also the property managers were so helpful.

Clean and well appointed. If I had known better I would have packed less. Beach towels and extra linens available. Comfy bed and plenty of room for gathering in the main house and on the deck. Boardwalk is in excellent condition, so no worry of splinters on the way to the sand. See bunnies and tortoises eating back yard greens in the early morning. About 1 mile to Harris-Teeter grocery store. A quick grocery run upon arrival and viola!

We were very fortunate to find this property as we started looking late! My Aunt and Uncle joined us with our 2 and 4 year old children and we had a wonderful time. The layout id perfect when you are traveling with another couple or family as there are two cottages separated by a small courtyard. If our children were a little older it also would have been ideal for them to stay in the one cottage with a queen and two twin beds while we had the king to ourselves in the main cottage with the kitchen and the living room. The back deck is brand new and the boardwalk out to the beach is as well. We spent every day looking for the 3 turtles in the dunes on the property and rushing off to the beach with the kids. The beach is an area where locals are allowed to drive on the beach and this turned out to be a very nice surprise as we came down from NY (completely locked down with covid) and our kids were very eager to socialize. We really enjoyed the property. There are four different "condos" so to speak as part of this same building and they are all laid out the same. The couple next door own theirs and were very gracious and welcoming. We also enjoyed both of the families on the other side so this added to our trip especially for the kids. Thank you for helping make a much needed vacation one for the ages!

This property could be wonderful with some updates and needed repairs and deep cleaning. Although it is beachfront, the broken blinds in the living room prevent you from having ANY view out unless you leave the sliding glass door open, which doesn’t work well in cold weather and only gives you about 3 ft. of view, instead of the whole wall. The new boardwalk, deck and beachside yard are lovely, but the courtyard is constantly wet and muddy (too much sprinkler?}, so the floors get dirty every time you come in from the street or the guest bedrooms across the courtyard from the main building. The layout was perfect for us and our two grown children and their spouses, but constantly cleaning the floor was a pain. The fireplace has an artificial plant in it, so I doubt it is functional, although we didn’t try. In spite of these drawbacks, we had an enjoyable week together - the living/dining space is great for 6 adults with no crowding.

Well stocked kitchen - had everything we needed.

First, let me say the property location and check- in process were fine with this property. However, it was a disgusting property with no boardwalk. When I arrived on Friday afternoon for check-in I walked around the property to make sure everything was as it should be. The first thing I noticed as I stepped out onto the porch is there is no private boardwalk (like the description claims). Where the boardwalk should be there was tons of construction equipment and yellow caution tape everywhere. After contacting the booking agency it seems the owners of the property didn’t tell the agency the boardwalk was torn down to be redone. So the entire weekend we stayed there we had to use the neighbors’ boardwalk. I was given a slight discount for the inconvenience but not nearly enough for the boardwalk plus all the other issues this place had. (Also a crew came to fix the boardwalk...the morning we were leaving.) The big issue was the cleanliness of the property. I was told before check in that we could not arrive early because of the extensive cleaning they were required to do to the property due to Covid. Which was perfectly fine. However, when I arrived the property was filthy. There was half empty bottle of water left on the master bedroom nightstand, animal hairballs rolling across the floor, old coffee left in the coffee pot and the windows were covered in paw prints and handprints. Then on the first night we move the living room coffee table to make room for the pull out bed, only to find used men’s black socks underneath. I know they were not ours because we were all women and only brought flip flops for the weekend. I took pictures of the property and Included them in an email to the booking agency so they could see the condition of the property but I never heard back from them or the voicemail I left them.

My husband, sister-in-law and two boys stayed several nights in this villa on the beach. It was the PERFECT set-up: The main house with plenty of room to move around. The back garden had two bedrooms separated by a wall- each with their own bathroom and private entrance. It was perfect for my SIL and teenage son who were able to be independent and have their own privacy. The villa included a garage, which was nice as we barely left. The villa was well equipped with plates, etc., but strangely didn't have mugs for the all-important cuppa coffee. The internet worked well in the main living space, but did not adequately reach the backyard bedrooms, which was a bit of a bummer in the evenings. ALL of the above pales in comparison to the AMAZING location. The main house has a sliding glass door that leads to a private deck and dock that lead RIGHT.TO.THE.BEACH! It was nothing short of magical to have such great access. There was also a private rinse off shower leading up to the back deck. The villa is on a stretch of the beach with other residential homes, so the beach was not crowded which allowed for social distancing and not fighting for space on the sand. I would certainly recommend this villa and hope to return soon!

This had everything we needed for a great beach trip! The location and views are great!

I would definitely stay here again. Having the two bedrooms separate from the main home was very convenient.

Nothing more relaxing than the Sea Breeze and sound of the sea......This rental was perfect for us. We were in Amelia for a family reunion and had to prep food for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were able to enjoy family time, quiet time and went to your lovely downtown area for a little fun and shopping too. The beach walkover right off the back deck made it easy to enjoy the beach. Thank you for sharing.

Very comfortable and relaxing home in a great location! Loved the beach access. Attentive to our needs with all the small details covered - beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc. Nicely furnished and great decor. Look forward to coming back again. Thanks!

We enjoyed our time here, with one caveat. The location is excellent. The place was clean and well equipped. The booking process was easy and we got lots of support from the friendly staff (we had a lot of questions). The owner/manager even came to show us around the property in person. The downside is he did not tell us that the doors to the guest rooms automatically lock when latch is in a certain position. We locked ourselves out with the keys to the rooms inside. We phoned at 10:25pm after arriving home from dinner to realize we were locked out. My husband & I both have medical conditions and our medication was locked in the guest room. We had to use the pull out couch in the living room of the main house and go without medication until the following morning. It was understandable that we called after hours (the office closed at 10:00pm), but we would not have made the mistake had we known that sliding the door closed would 'lock' it automatically. We wish he had told us that. All in all it is a nice place with easy ocean access and was very comfortable for 6 adults - one of us in a wheelchair. It is a bit pricey, but I expect a full week of air conditioning probably adds up. Hopefully the price drops some in the Spring & Fall.
