We have been traveling to this area for years. We love Indian Rocks Beach. We have stay at this complex before in a different unit. This unit was just as described, I like how it was decorated. The views are amazing and the location is great! I would stay in this unit again. I like that we can walk up the steps and not have to rely on an elevator. I do cook a bit on vacation and it had everything I needed.

Condo was super nice and clean. Had the the kitchen supplies need to cook brakfast and small meals. Water pressure was a little lacking in both bathrooms would be nic3 to have access to the locker in the parking garage so you wouldnt have to carry beach chairs ect up amd down every day but thats our only complaints. Views and beach access were prefect. Able to walk to several resturants and ice cream shops. Great all around experience.

We stayed for a week and have no complaints. Pool, hot tub, the beach and a deck overlooking sunset! We got a call that we were walking too loud. The floor above us was loud too but that did not bother us at all. The condo has tile floors so i am assuming that is what makes the noise! A perfect place to stay if you love the beach and sunsets!

Very cute condo, nice pool, hot tub, and gas grills. The beds were comfortable which is very important to a family on a short trip. All the furniture was in good shape. There were several additional pillows as well as a selection of kitchen utensils. The dryer lint catcher was pretty worn- and i cut my fingers several times trying to clean lint out. The keruig also needed cleaned. There was a broken drawer in the refridgerator- and I removed it so my kids didn't grab it and potentially be injured. I don't feel this was the condo's fault- it's clear plastic so it may not have looked cracked. I would rate this a solid 4.5. The garage parking was tricky, but we managed okay.

The condo met all of our expectations based on the pictures advertised. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The location of the condo, to the pool, to the beach, was all very convenient and visible from the balcony. Which is helpful if you have kids/teens or a group. The beds are very high, which we could tell based on the pictures provided. We have a traveler with physical disabilities so that was a bit of a challenge, even with the step stool provided. Again, we knew that based on the photos, and wouldn’t have been a problem otherwise. We would definitely come back again!

We loved the condo! Despite the construction going on on the beach, it was still very enjoyable and we were able to still sit on the beach! The condo was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated! There was some confusion on guest parking and a call was made to clarify of which I received a call back very quick. The only issue is that when sending the email out with instructions, please make reference to the fact that the guest needs to have a pass in the car and where exactly for them to park. There was compact guest spots that confused both them and myself, but it was clarified when the call was returned. I will definitely be back to rent again. I absolutely loved it!

This condo was perfect from the cleanliness to the furnishings. We would recommend this condo to anyone. Perfect on the beach. Easily accessible with the elevator. Covered parking and a wonderful pool and hot tub. The beach was a little washed out due to the hurricane Idalia, however it was still fun to walk on and look for shells. This was a pleasant trip and we will remember it forever.

Everything about this property was 5 stars. We stay in IRB and / or Clearwater 2x a year so we have lots to compare to. Everything was clean and well stocked. The beach goodies were better than any property we have stayed at in the past, plenty of chairs, umbrellas etc. location is outstanding, very walkable if you want, but also parking available at local stores and restaurants if you prefer to drive. The beds could be more comfortable but it is on par with all the beach properties we have stayed at in the past. The pool was always clean and nice to have when the kids needed a break from the beach. Prior reviews talk about ability to hear upstairs neighbors. Again, on par with every location we have stayed it in the past-it comes with the territory on a beach condo rental and was not bad at all!! We’ll definitely be back!!!!

We arrived too experience a freshly remodeled Condo. Decor was fresh and light indicative of its surroundings. The view from the living room and balcony was unbelievable. We even got to witness dolphins swimming by the first night we were there. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, silverware, and glassware that you would need to cook and serve. The beds were comfortable. Even the hide a bed in the living room was comfortable per the kids. Close to many different restaurants, stores, and activities for all ages. There were a couple minor issues which were rectified very quickly after being reported. The iTrip staff were very responsive to all our needs. Thank you for a great experience and we hope that we will be able to come back again.

Let me start by saying my husband and I travel a lot, and frequently stay in the same location, and the same condo complex, when heading to the beach. This year, due to Hurricane Ian, we had to make a change in location. We felt very lucky to find this gulf-front condo only a couple of months prior to our vacation. It’s been recently remodeled and is stunning. However, upon our arrival, we noted that the balcony was missing furniture. Ack! We love sitting outside in the evenings. We emailed with no response other than “Thanks for letting us know.” So, we called and within 48 hours, we had furniture. So, GREAT response time on that! (Rosie was wonderful to work with us!) We also had a quick response for how to use the app-based Roku TV (from Rosie again!). If you aren’t familiar with using one, look it up prior to arriving. We had no clue. I’d suggest the owners or property manager leaving a set of directions for folks, too. The condo is spacious and would be great for a family or 2 couples. It’s within walking distance to several restaurants. The beds are so comfortable. Both are King sized and have built in lights on the headboards. So, truly a lovely place. With a few “tweaks” this could be an absolute jewel of a place and we’d consider returning. We didn’t enjoy being next to a public access, but that might not be a big deal to some folks. Here are the tweaks I’d suggest for the owners:
- Replace the Keurig. The one in the condo did not work and we’d already purchased K-Cups. We used the traditional coffee maker but we expected the Keurig as it was mentioned in the description.
- Provide startup laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent
- Upgrade your beach chairs. We had one that was nearly broken that we replaced (with a better one) and left it there. Camping chairs aren’t beach chairs.
- Put trash cans in the bathrooms.
- Replace shades or add blackout curtains in the master suite. The light from the outside hallway comes in at night.
- Replace the sliding glass doors or at minimum, fix the seals on the ones there now. You could hear everything at the pool even with the doors closed. They also don’t lock.
Overall, I’d give this 4/5 stars but with a few adjustments, it’s easily a 5-star condo.

I loved this place the first day we arrived! And it is a really nice place. Clean and comfortable and pretty well stocked. Our only issue with the inside of the condo was that the freezer is terrible. Definitely don't try to keep ice cream in it because it becomes soup.
However, something needs to be done about the maintenance man. He's extremely rude to non-residents. The first incident we had with him, he POUNDED on our door and woke the baby up from his nap. Only to tell us (very aggressively) that we couldn't have a swim diaper by the front door. Two other times he yelled at our kids and some neighbor kids for being in the pool. Everyone else in the whole town was amazing so I don't know what this guy's problem is.
Lastly, you can hear every single foot step taken in the nearby units. And a lot of them were super loud. We have kids too so we didn't complain about it, but if you don't have kids and you stay here you probably won't be happy.
Overall, it was a great location, great beach, and great trip. But I wouldn't stay in this particular building again.

This is an excellent location being only 15min from St Pete and Clearwater. Elevators are convenient and even though next to public access the beach is not terribly busy. Great decor, chairs, VIEW, and comfortable beds! I'd definitely stay here again.

When we arrived at the condo, the man was still cleaning. The fan did not work in the living room and the toilet was running. When we called, the property managers were quick to call back and had someone out on Monday.

We didn’t even have to buy beach toys for the kids or bring our umbrella or chairs since the condo had it all. Will definitely be back. Excellent weather
Besides the water not working on the refrigerator door as we communicated earlier in the week. There was only one beach chair that wasn't broken, purchased two and donated to the future tenants. The beach umbrella was worth carrying down the the beach. Besides these few items our experience was great just like the weather.

Nice Place, good price, could use some updates
The location was great, and pool/amenities were fantastic. The condo itself is showing a lot of wear and tear (the floors are in bad shape, paint is chipped, some things work some don't) The rooms were relatively clean.. but the kitchen and bathrooms could use a deep cleaning.
I still give this 4 stars. There were no serious issues, I just had some observations on the upkeep of the unit that could be solved with a relatively small investment.

Spacious and comfortable but cleanliness was an issue
The unit was very spacious and the beds were big and comfortable. The patio was also big. However, the flooring was very cheap peel and stick faux wood flooring and it was coming up in several spots, and it was easy to catch your toes on it. Also, there was a significant amount of what appeared to be black mold in both bathrooms, to the point where I considered it a health hazard. We notified management but didn’t want to disturb it by attempting to clean it as black mold needs to be cleaned very carefully and it releases spores into the air. So I asked them to deal with it after we left and I kept the doors closed and fans on all week to keep it dry and used the bathroom as minimally as possible. I had mild headaches all week and my kids would sneeze whenever they were in the bathroom. This was one of the more expensive condos I looked at so I expected a better experience. I’m pretty forgiving and don’t write bad reviews often, but in the case of potential health issues, I feel like potential renters would want to know. The bedroom televisions are also small (19 inch) but that was a minor inconvenience compared to the mold.

Stay Away
Upon arriving, we quickly noticed the unit was in serious disrepair and also not cleaned properly. The cleaners completely missed the floors. There were dirty cabinets, dirty table, dirty utensils inside of drawers, stained towels, and mold in the bathroom (tiles and shower head). The living sofa was broken, and the floors were so badly in need of replacement that you could not walk barefoot for chance of stepping on a popped up nail holding the laminate floors in place. It is truly incredible that we paid a premium for a place that was not fit to stay in. The owner did not care to discuss or to credit any money - not even the cleaning fee (since we did not stay there at all). He claimed we were trying to extort him but he would not even speak with us. He even deleted all messages from us and deleted his incredibly horrible responses. The property manager knew the unit needed repairs and was surprised the owner did not complete them prior to our arrival. Stay away from any property with host “Kevin”. VRBO was no help.

great location and view but not the best place
The location of this property is incredible! On the beach, walkable to great food and activities. The condo is large. The bedrooms are large. And the way you check in is great and the Alexa was very helpful. It had a nice TV and a washer and dryer. The balcony is large and it has doors that open up nearly the whole width of the room. The physical state of the condo is not good. It wasn't clean (don't look under the beds), the king bed had a queen sheet on it, the refrigerator's ice maker didn't work, the dishwasher didn't really clean the dishes, the fan in main room didn't work, the bathrooms had tiles coming off wall and had some questionable mold, the furniture could use a professional cleaning and worst of all is the flooring. It could really hurt someone soon. It is a trip hazard and could cut someone's foot if caught just right. That could be a liability soon. I read the reviews that mentioned the floor, but it is really bad. Just a little bit of work and this could be a 5 star again.

Location Excellent
Third floor overlooking the Gulf from the patio is very nice. Furniture and some appliances seem dated. the dishwasher does not clean very well. Water to/from the refrigerator leaked under the floor boards. Owner may not have invested much in maintenance and upkeep as current problems noticed during this vacation have been mentioned before. This does not speak particularly well for the management company, although the check-in process was easy.
