We absolutely loved our time here! The house was clean, tidy and well stocked! It was perfect for a family with older kids. The hosts were very helpful with our questions and stayed in contact with us through the remainder of the stay to ensure we had a pleasant stay! Would highly recommend these hosts and this unit to others!!!

The home was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean, well stocked, and well appointed. The home is conveniently located near markets, shopping, restaurants, and is still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will be looking forward to booking this property again in the future.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at this home. The house was stocked well for all our needs. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The pool temperature was perfect and they don’t charge extra for the heating. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet located close to restaurants and shopping.

My wife and I were fortunate to be able to stay at the property for 30 days, January 2024. The property is as or better than as appears on vrbo. Very comfortable location in good neighborhood on a quiet street. Even though the month was cooler and wetter than normal, we spent a considerable amount of time either in the covered back porch or in and around the heated pool. Access to I75 for north and south day trips and local shopping areas (Publix) and our favorite local seafood places (Brothers Fish House) and (Charlotte Fish Depot) were easy drives. Check out Punta Gorda Farmers Markets held every Saturday for fresh foods and local crafts. We plan to stay again, as soon as possible.

My husband and I stayed first 2 weeks in July(Family in the area). Of all the places we have VRBOed, this was the homiest! Safe,quiet neighborhood, quick access to Punta Gorda, Englewood, Boca Grande.Kim was instantly available( we had a short power outage).Pool was clean and absolutely lovely! Side note:Primary shower was fine and typical set up for SWFL, used a mat.Finally a/c temp of 78F was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

The house is comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom is private from the other bedrooms and has direct access to the patio. The pool is refreshing with lots of pool furniture and covered area also. It is conveniently located near friends we visited. It is a comfortable house with all the amenities.

Our almost two month stay was great. House was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone friendly. Low traffic streets offered lots of safe walking. Very convenient to shopping and other activities in area. Already booked a stay next year. Thank you Kim and Bill!

We rented this property before hurricane Ian and were not sure what to expect. Kim was wonderful to work with during the days after the hurricane. She did a great job of communicating everything that was on-going with the house and kept us posted on the power and internet connections. We were amazed at how the house looked upon our arrival. They had put so much time in cleaning things up and getting it ready for our visit. The property worked great for our needs as we were staying during our on-going house build. The house had everything we needed and the pool was great to come back to after our daily walks to cool off! Overall, the property was great and the communication with Kim was excellent. I would highly recommend this property to any future renters!

my trip was to visit with our family that live close by. it was great. Granddaughters loved the pool. thought there was a hot tub but looks like it was removed. but the house was wonderful regardless. Very clean and had what we needed. close to everything. would stay again.

We stayed this past week and had a phenomenal experience. The property was wonderful!! It had everything we could need/want from pool toys and floats to coolers, beach chairs and towels! The electric went out and Kim was quick to keep me updated on the time frame of it being restored. Kim and Bill are very thoughtful towards their guest because they went above and beyond what anyone could ask for in a vacation home. I will definitely be booking again!

This house was perfect for our family. The pool was an every day go to. The house has had some updating and it looks great!
I would maybe put a door or 1/2 door on the master bedroom shower. The entire floor would get wet as the shower head is right by the opening. But the shower itself had great pressure and the shower space was excellent.
I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and have had to buy my own set of pots and pans so that I could cook confidently for my family. These were ok to use but could probably use some updating in the future.
Easy to get to, great location and minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Clean and organized as well. AC has to be left on 78 so not very cool inside so we made sure to spend days in the pool when home

Nice house in a residential area. Pool was great, but hot tub had been removed. Chairs and umbrella were available for the beach. No full length mirrors. Overall it was a great rental if you don’t mind driving 20-30 minutes to the beach.

Easy access to Veterans Highway, Rte 75, Tamiami Trail that will take you anywhere you want to go. Home is well maintained and located in a quiet neighborhood. Interaction with owners had a quick response, although was minimal as there were few issues. Pool was well maintained. There is a hot tub, however, we did not use it.

My family and I rented this property for a week stay on August. It was absolutely wonderful! The rental is exactly as listed in the description and pictures match the house to a T. This home is beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The bedrooms were very comfortable and outdoor pool/patio area was perfect for the hot summer days! Kim was quick to respond to any questions we had and her directions for check in/out were very clear and easy to follow! Another feature we loved was the attached garage for easy in/out access with our rental car. Overall the rental exceeded all of our expectations and we had a phenomenal trip. We are even looking in to a future rental at this property again! I would highly recommend this rental for your next vacation!

My family stayed in this beautiful home for 2 weeks while we were in the midst of moving from NY to FL and moving our 2 college age boys out of college in FL all while my husband had to continue to work remotely everyday. The wifi of the home supported his needs and ours, and the home provided the space we needed for everyone.
This home was a welcome respite from the craziness we had going on. The neighborhood was quiet except for the birdies chirping. Some features I really appreciated about the home were the fully stocked kitchen, large screened in lanai, welcoming pool, and relaxing hot tub.
I spent many mornings eating breakfast on the lanai enjoying the beauty of the backyard and enjoying the calm before the hustle and bustle of the day set in.

We stayed in Kim's beautiful home for the month of April and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort. The house did not disappoint at all! It was stocked with all amenities you would need. Loved the pool and walking our little dog in the neighborhood where we met many friendly neighbors! Loved our stay! Thank you Kim!

From the moment we walked in the door we felt at home. The house is immaculate and well maintained. The kitchen is outfitted with anything you might need. Beautiful pool area with comfortable loungers. Table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining. Absolutely loved our stay, plan to return.

First time with VRBO and very impressed. Owner Kim was always available and our only issue was how to turn heat on in hot tub-she was quick to return our call and issue was resolved over the phone. We enjoyed the hot tub every day! House was immaculate and equipped with everything you will need and more! Lovely, quiet neighborhood -yet very close to shopping . I would highly recommend this home-our only regret is that it is booked for next year and we will have to find a different home to rent. Couldn't have asked for a better place to call "home" during our stay in Southwest Florida!
