HUGE ONE BEDROOM APT IN FORT GREENE
Immense chambre dans 2 chambres apt.
Une magnifique chambre ensoleillée super spacieuse vous attend dans ces deux chambres
appartement. Livré meublé avec lit et beaucoup de rangement (2
bureaux ainsi qu'un grand placard suspendu) et des étagères pour d'autres articles. Il y a une télévision dans le salon mais peut facilement être déplacée dans la chambre sur demande. L'appartement est à l'arrière du bâtiment, il est donc très calme et la chambre donne sur de magnifiques arrière-cours remplis d'arbres.
Les parties communes: cuisine, salle de bain et salon sont également très agréables et
la salle de bain est de taille généreuse. Ceci est une marche de trois étages.
CET APPARTEMENT EST SUR LA MEILLEURE RUE DE BROOKLYN - arboré et
calme, mais à seulement un pâté de maisons d'un accès facile au métro et de tonnes de cafés, épiceries fines
et des restaurants dans les blocs. DeKalb B, Q, R ou Nevins 2,3,4,5 ou Lafayette
C ou Fulton G ou Atlantic Terminal qui a pratiquement toutes les lignes de métro
qui le traverse. 2 arrêts de Manhattan ou 15 minutes en train.

Great space and easy host!
I had a great experience staying with Andy. The room is huge and only a block away from the park, multiple metro lines, and two blocks from the hospital. The street and neighborhood are beautiful and feel safe. The only comment I would make is the lighting at night in the room was a little sparse- but really it was a great stay!

I am a nurse & came to Brooklyn to assist w/the COVID crisis. Andy has been nothing but helpful and understanding throughout my first travel assignment and has made it a very pleasant one. The room is very spacious, the bed super comfy and the views from the room, the living room and kitchen are beautiful. Lots of trees and plants. The location is also great. There's a park, nice little cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, produce stands, etc.

Great option to stay at in NYC
The apartment has a great location. Very close to the DeKalb station where you can take the G and Q trains, Lafayette Ave where there's the G a A trains close by. The apartment is beautiful and the bedroom huge. Andy, the host, is really social but very respectful of your space. He is a great source of local knowledge in case you need any.
Overall, a great experience all around. No complaints.

Beautiful, huge, and close to everything.
This was my first time visiting NY and when I go back I’ll absolutely be staying with Andy again. Located right in Fort Greene this place was close to two train stations, and sooooo many food places. Literally took like 20 minutes or less to get to Manhattan. Andy was an awesome host, super sweet, very helpful, and gave me so much good advice. I felt right at home.
