Relaxing, pet friendly, cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Nice hot-tub on a cool night.

This cabin was everything we wanted in a weekend stay to play in the snow. It’s dog friendly and my two pups were right at home. The cabin it’s self was cozy and comfy. The hosts were top notch and so friendly! We’ll deff be staying again.

Cozy getaway that was just what we needed. Cabin had all the essentials, the internet was speedy, and the location was wonderful. It's just a quarter mile to Lake Cle Elum, which is absolutely stunning in the winter. We loved walking our dog around the area. Roslyn and Cle Elum are so close for groceries, dining, and shopping. Loved The Coal Chute for dinner and the Cle Elum Bakery had some yummy donuts. Hosts were friendly and very responsive when we had questions.

Felt like walking into someone's house. Good and bad! Loved the condiments in the fridge and food in the cupboard, video game was a big hit. Hot tub required turning on jets to get it to 99 degrees. Host tried to be helpful and responded quickly, but hot tub needed maintenance (that was the main reason we stayed and paid 350 a night on a holiday weekend.) Host did take a small amount off our stay, but we could have got a much nicer and much cheaper place if we had known the hot tub wouldn't be working. Bland decor, hard to find things we needed like paper supplies. No directions in the house (was sent thru email) so we were left to figure most stuff our on our own. Snow minimally removed, we fell several times trying to get to and from our car. Host tried to be helpful! But it seemed like renting was just not a priority, and guests were an afterthought.

We stayed at this cozy spot for a long weekend for some snow adventures. Loaded up the snowmobiles, and the dog for a weekend away from the city. The spot is conveniently located and cozy! We were minutes away from the snow trails, a walk to the lakeside for the dog to play, and not too far from the store to pick up a few things we had forgotten. The cabin was stocked with a few extras, the comfy beds were a plus, and board games kept us entertained in the evenings. The hot tub was a perfect way to end each day. Thanks for sharing your space with us! I'd recommend it to anyone who'd listen to me! ;-)

We had the most wonderful time staying at this cozy cabin! The perfect fit for our family of 3 (and our dog). We came up for snow, relaxation, and a change of scene and got all that and more. Maria is a fantastic communicator and super helpful. We were so grateful to find a home that would let us bring our dog so he could enjoy the snow with us. Speelyi beach is gorgeous covered in snow, with the lake and mountains all wintry and lovely. There's even a little hill where you can take a run on a sled. We hiked a bit on the Iron Horse Trail which was lovely and lots of fun. It's so great to come back to the cabin and the fireplace after a day out in the cold, read some books, and play some games. The cabin is clean and well-equipped and Maria is one of the best hosts we've had on VRBO!

House was perfect size for just myself and my partner. Kitchen was well appointed but we also didn’t cook full meals there. Great location. We enjoyed the distillery in Roslyn, bakery in Cle Elum. Hiked and then loved the hot tub in the evening. Everything was very clean.

This cabin was nice, but unfortuantely a few hick ups interuppted our stay. The cleaning fee is almost cost of 1 night, seems high, for all the cleaning you have to do prior to departure (wash towels and bed sheets, and put them in dryer, wash/ dry / put away dishes, take all trash/recycle with you, etc.). Also some of these items were not even done when we arrived. The host was ameniable/understanding and refunded us (for the cleanliness issue as well as issue of not having hot water one night). But overall, with the nightly rate and then all fees/taxes included, it's almost seemed more worth it to stay in a hotel and not have to do all the clean up the morning of departure.

Perfect size for my wife and I and our 2 dogs. Having the gated off porch was a godsend so we could enjoy our time on the deck and not worry about our dogs safety. The nearby lake was also an unexpected delight!!

Everything worked and was in great condition. We happened to pick the hottest week of the year which made being a short walk from the lake a huge bonus.

We had a great time at this cabin, lake is walking distance or a few minute drive away. Beautiful area to hike and explore. Enjoyed the hot tub and games at the cabin; got provisions and take out on nearby Roslyn. Great stay!

The host was very easy to communicate with and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Great location just a short walk to the lake!

We had a great time at this Funky Lil Cabin. It has GREAT POTENTIAL. The grounds were overgrown, the deck needs some serious work, and it needs some TLC DEEP CLEANING. But if you looked past that, it was fun, and the owner is easy to communicate with. We will stay again.

The property was wonderful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

The process of renting the Morris cabin was easy from the very beginning. Marie was great with communication and answering all of our questions. The location of the property was in a quiet neighborhood, that had easy access to get to the lake, or go into Roslyn for a meal out. I will definitely bookmark this property for future trips.

This is our first time booking a cabin. Maria’s and Adam’s place is just perfect for a family to spend time peacefully away from the busy city. Maria was very communicative and provided detailed instructions for everything we needed to know about the place. We would definitely go back again sometime in the future. Only thing I can mention is; it would be nice to have a trash bin where we could dump the trash at departure, unsure if the location itself doesn’t have trash pick up services but that is all we thought could have been different.

Stayed here to attend a wedding in Cle Elum and really enjoyed our stay. Cle Elum lake (Speelyi Beach) was close by and a great walk for our dogs to get some exercise. We didn't use the hot tub, but I think there is a credit or no charge if you don't end up using it. My husband and I were able to relax, kick back and unwind and watch some Netflix which was much needed! Great place to stay for small families! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Such a perfect cabin getaway—home away from home. Really close to gorgeous Lake Cle Elum, which was a perfect place for sledding, and then jump in the hot tub to warm up.

We had a great time at the cabin. We had everything we needed while there, and were very comfortable. We did have a couple of hiccups, but the owners were very accessible and responsive and got everything taken care of promptly and more than satisfactorily. Would absolutely rent again if we were in the area.

This was a perfect quiet getaway. Maria was more than helpful with paperwork and making sure all things were covered. Adam came over and fixed a stove problem we incurred and got all back in order. Extremely great hosts!!!!!!!

We enjoyed staying here and had fun with all the things the area had to offer. From swimming daily in Cle Elum Lake, a short drive/walk away from the cabin to dining in Roslyn. Also the kitchen was ready to cook any meal we wanted to when we stayed in. Finally the hot tub was a great way to end the day.

Wonderful getaway with my husband and our 2 year old. So very quiet and peaceful. We spent most evenings sitting in the hot tub checking out the birds and deer that frequented the side yard. Comfortable beds and an attentive host.

The good:The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to make meals throughout our stay, the beds were comfortable, and the layout of the cabin is great.The bad:A few days before the trip I received a 13 page rental agreement that I had to download an app to sign and return. I have never had to do this for any VRBO, ever. It was a huge inconvenience and quite frankly, a red flag. The check-in/check-out process is not revealed until you've already paid in full, and let me tell you, it's a bit arduous. If you're looking for a true vacation, this isn't the place for you.Upon arrival, we checked to see if the hot tub was ready, as this was a big reason why we booked the place. It was filthy dirty and there was a used bandaid in it. I contacted Maria, and it was blame-shifted onto the hot tub company. After several texts back and forth, no one ever came to fix it, and at that point, it didn't matter, we just didn't want to deal with it anymore.The location is not great. The photos make it look like it's a secluded cabin and it is nowhere near that. The neighbors are very close with a full view of the deck (where you'll do most of your hanging out) - it is not great if you're looking for any sort of privacy.The ugly:Within the first hour of our arrival, the neighbor across the way flipped me off for about 15 seconds straight apropos of nothing. It is important to know that the neighbors do not want you there. Maria did confirm that they don't approve of them having VRBO guests at the cabin. Every question I had for Maria was answered in a timely manner, which was great, though it didn't feel professional - instead, the blame was always shifted. As the guest, I didn't want the sob story of how horrible the hot tub company was or that the last guests didn't put the spare key back where it goes, I just wanted the owner of the VRBO to take care of it. Accountability is a must for the owner of the property.It doesn't seem like a lot of care is put into making this cabin a great getaway - instead it felt like a way to collect money while doing the absolute bare minimum. We definitely won't be back.
